Abstract

This paper presents the simple design of a grid-tied single-phase with distributed rooftop photovoltaic (PV) non-uniformly location and ratings. All the inclusion components in the developed scheme are estimated and defined as the inevitability of low voltage (LV) residential network. This developed scheme is purposed for allocating AC and DC load, which are divided into four steps: the sized determination of PV inverter (1-5kW), the selection of PV array, the size determination of battery and the selection of other supporting components. The purposed configuration consists of modeling the system with non-uniform distributions of rooftop PVs, modeling the rooftop PVs based on their injected active and reactive power, and finally the inclusion of battery storage, based on its state of charge (SOC). Due to test the configuration, several cases are built in the MATLAB platform. Simulation results have been generated and analyzed for an unbalanced three-phase residential feeder which is populated with rooftop PVs and battery storage (BS). The simulation results show that the unbalanced reduction due to the coordinate of PVs and BS that provided educated energy storage when the unequal loadings are there, have significant effect toward the anxiety of the distribution network are successfully done.

Abstract

As commonly known that theload fluctuations that have been performed on an induction motor operated as an induction generator (IG) triggers unstable induced voltage and frequency. Asthe result, the load that receiving the power quality is not running properly and the efficiency is low. The problems that have beenmitigated in this research in such way is the stability of the voltage that generated by IG due to fluctuating loading, and the harmonics can be damped by single tuned due to the work of thyristors and non-linear loads. The used method is the Ziegler-Nichols method by measuring and testing the design of prototype to get the best performance in stabilizing the voltage by using thyristor control reactor (TCR). The results showed that the induced generator with single tuned filter and TCR to nonlinear load variation at 1618 RPM is maintained stably for the voltage and frequency. Although, 3rd order harmonics of voltage and current that has been tuned can be dampedby using THDI 8.36%. Furthermore, it can be said that the response that generated by voltage control system using proportionalintegral (PI) control in 1kW-4 poles three-phase IG with additional and reductionalload generated a stable response.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the application of electronic control on the distillation boiler of nutmeg oil. The control system is based on fuzzy logic and as the input parameter is temperature and vapor pressure. The temperature parameters are set in the range 80-120ºC, and the vapor pressure parameters are set in the range of 1-2.5 atmospheres. The output parameter is the time required in the distillation process. The optimal values of these input and output parameters are embedded in microcontroller based control. The control responds to the temperature and vapor pressure to select the gas flow rate at the distillation boiler. This experiment was conducted on a distillation system with a capacity of 25 kg of crushed dried nutmeg, manually and with control based on fuzzy logic. Conventional testing requires 6.90 kg of gas and applying fuzzy logic based control requires 5.50 kg of gas. The yield of nutmeg oil from the distillation process is 2.5 kg conventionally and 2.63 kg with fuzzy logic control. Based on the optimal time of 16 hours distillation process, there was a decrease of gas consumption by 20.3%.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju, teknologi robot merupakan alat yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu manusia dalam pelayanan sosial yang memiliki beberapa kelebihan. Tujuan dalam pembuatan proyek akhir ini adalah untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia dalam penyambutan tamu sehingga pelayanannya selalu menjadi yang terbaik. Pada penelitian ini dibuat Robot Humanoid meggunakan Mikrokontroler ATMega2560 sebagai pengendali utama, tinggi robot mencapai 50 cm  dan dengan menggunakan 11 buah motor servo sebagai motor pergerakan robot dalam melangkah dan melambaikan tangan  serta  modul Bluetooth Hc-05 sebagai komunikasi robot, Sedangkan Sensor PING digunakan untuk mendeteksi adanya objek didepan robot. Jarak objek dengan robot akan  ditampilkan dalam bentuk tulisan pada layar LCD 2x16. Dan pada saat objek terdeteksi robot akan melambaikan tangan dan mengeluarkan suara, Segala aktivitas robot dikontrol keseimbangannya dengan sebuah sensor gyroscope. Dari hasil pengujian tegangan pada motor servo adalah 5V dan arusnya 1A sedangkan pada modul mp3 hanya 3.3 V dan Robot humanoid dapat melangkah secara perlahan dan dapat mendeteksi objek maksimal 50 cm serta dapat melakukan lambaian tangan dan mengeluarkan suara.

Abstract

In this paper, a developed simulation of a photovoltaic (PV) station that includes a PV module, a grid-connected inverter, a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) system, and a DC link capacitor was discussed. The MPPT uses a proportional integral derivative (PID) incremental conductance controller. Due to make it simple to control and monitor the PV station, Simulink dashboard is used to develop an interface that resembles a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system. Then the faults circumstances were simulated on one of the circuits of the double circuit transmission line using the faults combo box that is accessible in the interface. Then the cases were developed to examine the impact of various faults on the operation and control of the solar station. The developed cases namely normal circumstance, single-phase to ground fault circumstance, double-phase fault circumstance, and three-phase to ground fault circumstance, respectively. Three-phase voltage and current at given fault conditions have been measured to control voltage sag and swell. The active and reactive power are also measured due to obtain that they are injected or absorbed the power from and to the transmission line and maintain toward their setpoint values as indications while the faults occurred.

Abstract

The control and monitoring of the water tank, located on the third floor of the building, continues to face problems related to the filling process and limited monitoring. Water continues to enter the tank unnoticed, resulting in energy wastage. This study aims to create a framework that can monitor the water level in the tank of a three-storey building using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The tank's water level monitoring system uses a JSN-SR04T ultrasonic sensor to collect water level data, with a Node MCU serving as the microcontroller. The system can monitor water levels from 0% to 100%. A reading of 0% indicates that the water is at its minimum level, while 100% indicates that the water tank has reached its maximum capacity. The system created can monitor excessive water consumption at each level using a flow meter sensor. The Virtuino application can stop the water flow by pressing the ON button, which activates the relay in the design model and stops the water flow at any desired level. The water pump will start to fill the reservoir until it reaches the desired level set by the user based on their needs.

Abstract

Pembangkit listrik tenaga air merupakan salah satu jenis dari sistem kelistrikan yang berbasis generasi terdistribusi dengan energi terbarukan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan energi potensi air yang ada pada Krueng Lhok Sandeng yang berlokasi di Gampong Lhok Sandeng Kecamatan Meurah Dua Kabupaten Pidie Jaya menjadi energi listrik, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi listrik masyarakat disekitarnya dan masyarakat Aceh pada umumnya. Perancangan pembangkit tenaga air Krueng Lhok Sandeng dimulai dengan pengukuran debit air yang tersedia dan mencari elevasi tertinggi pada sungai tersebut dengan panjang dan diameter pipa penstock yang paling optimal dengan metode pembatasan kecepatan air dan minimalisasi rugi-rugi ketinggian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh sebuah kesimpulan bahwa pada perancangan pembangkit listrik tenaga air Lhok Sandeng Meureudu menghasilkan daya listrik efektif pada alat ukur Current Meter sebesar 1616,4 kW, pada alat ukur pelampung menghasilkan daya listrik efektif sebesar 1590,47 kW dan pada debit andalan 90% mendapatkan hasil daya efektif sebesar 1607,66kW. Pada debit 4,7 m3/det dengan elevasi 21 meter dan panjang pipa pesat 1300 KM. Dan rugi-rugi pada pipa pesat dengan debit andalan 90% mendapatkan hasil rugi-rugi daya listrik sebesar 21,34 kW, pada alat ukur Current Meter menghasilkan rugi-rugi daya listrik sebesar 12,6 kW dan pada alat ukur pelampung mendapatkan hasil rugi-rugi daya listrik sebesar 38,53 kW.

Abstract

Temuan studi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini bahwa dasar pemikiran yang dapat memberi justifikasi teoritis penerapan asas retrokaktif dalam hukum pidana islam adalah karena asas retroaktif dapat lebih mewujudkan kemaslahatan. Ketika kemaslahatan yang ada dalam penerapan asas retroaktif lebih luas cakupannya dan lebih bersifat pasti kemungkinan terwujudnya, maka asas retroaktif boleh diterapakn demi mewujudkan tujuan hukum pidana Islam. Dilihat dari alasan pemidanaan, penerapan asas retroaktif dalam hukum pidana Islam lebih condong kepada alasan keadilan disamping alasan lainnya juga ikut terwujud dengan sendirinya. Asas retroaktif sebagai asas yang bersifat pengecualian. Adapun kaidah fiqhiyyah yang menyatakan لاجرىعة ولاعقوبةالابنصnamun untuk menentukan boleh tidaknya asas ini diterapkan dalam hukum pidana Islam, penentuannya bukan dengan mempertimbangkannya dengan kaidah fiqih – atau kaidah uhul fiqh – tersebut, tapi dengan melihat korelasi kemaslahatan yang merupakan مقاصدالشرعيةapabila asas retroaktif ternyata lebih bias mewujudkan مقاصدالشرعيةmaka asas retroaktif dapat diterapkan dengan melalui metode استحسان الضرورية sebagai pengecualian atas asas retraoaktif.

Abstract

Ada tiga pendekatan semantik yang dipakai oleh para linguis dan filusuf dalam usahanya menjelaskan makna dalam bahasa manusia, yaitu: (a) dengan memberikan definisi hakikat makna kata, (b), dengan mendefinisikan hakekat makna kalimat, dan (c), dengan menjelaskan proses. Hakikat pengertian ‘amr (perintah), sebenarnya ialah Lafal yang dikehendaki supaya orangmengerjakan apa yang dimaksudkan. Sighat ‘amr berbentuk sebagai berikut: (1) BerbentukFi’il ‘amr/perintah langsung; (2) Berbentuk mudhari’ yang didahului oleh lam ‘amr; dan (3). Bentuk lainnya yang semakna, seperti lafadz faradla, kutiba, dan sebagainya. Dilalah ‘amritu ada yang menunjukkan wajib ada juga yang menunjukkan anjuran. Sedangkan nahi menurut bahasa artinya mencegah, sedangkan menurut istilah adalah:Lafal yang menyuruh kita untuk meninggalkan suatu pekerjaan yang diperintahkan olehorang yang lebih tinggi dari kita. Sighat Nahi mengandung beberapa pengertian, antaralain: (1) untuk du’a; (2) pelajaran: (3) putus asa; (4) menghardik. Nahi itu sendiri terbagidalam: 4 bagian, yaitu: (1) Nahi yang menunjukkan perbuatan itu sendiri; (2) Nahi yangmenunjukkan Juz’i dari perbuatan (bagian dari perbuatan); (3) Nahi yang menunjukkansifat perbuatan yang tak dapat dipisahkan; dan (4) Nahi yang menunjukkan hal-hal di luarperbuatan yang tidak mesti berhubungan dengan perbuatan itu.

Abstract

The integration of akhlaq (Islamic morals) into daily life and Islamic business practices is an effort to incorporate moral and ethical values into all aspects of life and economic activities. In the context of daily life, good akhlaq includes attitudes such as honesty, trustworthiness, justice, and empathy towards others. Meanwhile, in Islamic business practices, principles such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility are highly emphasized. Islamic business strives to create a balance between individual and societal interests and to avoid practices that harm others. The integration of akhlaq in business also promotes the implementation of a sustainable and just economic system. By applying akhlaq in life and business, it is hoped that a more harmonious, just, and prosperous society can be created. Research findings indicate that awareness of the importance of akhlaq in daily life and business is very high among individuals and companies. The application of akhlaq values in daily life and business has a significant positive impact. Individuals who consistently apply akhlaq report improvements in the quality of social relationships, psychological well-being, and a deeper sense of satisfaction in their lives. Despite the high awareness of akhlaq values, the practical application of these values still faces various challenges. External pressures, a lack of practical understanding, and unsupportive organizational cultures often become obstacles to integrating akhlaq.
