Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang model inovasi, eksplorasi, dan evaluasi peluang kewirausahaan serta pengambilan risiko sebagai bentuk kesediaan untuk berkomitmen pada tingkat sumber daya yang signifikan untuk mengejar peluang pada UKM Schmiley Mo sebagai bentuk perilaku kewirausahaan perusahaan atau corporate entrepreneurship behaviour pada UKM Schmiley Mo. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi mengenai perilaku Corporate entrepreneurship atau Corporate entrepreneurship Behaviour pada UKM Schmiley Mo. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan literatur terkait, observasi, dan wawancara dengan narasumber Diana Rikasari sebagai pendiri Schmiley Mo. Schmiley Mo berhasil menjadi salah satu UKM lokal yang go international melalui kemampuan iwearup dalam berinovasi, eksplorasi, dan evaluasi peluang kewirausahaan serta pengambilan risiko sebagai bentuk corporate entrepreneurship behaviour.

Abstract

The use of digital technology in industries brings advantages. The film industry which uses digital media for distribution has succeeded in increasing revenue from exporting films. Marvel Studios collaborate with Disney to make the series available on the Disney Hotstar app. Connoisseurs of the series grew in number and diversity. Of the seven series released, Loki has the highest audience while Ms. Marvel has the lowest audience. The level of audience must be addressed because it affects the income and sustainability of the business in the film industry. Next films must improve the reputations to make regular audiences and newcomers enjoy the products created. Organizational diagnosis is one method for identifying needs, problems, and quick solutions. This article discusses organizational diagnostic method based on system thinking to diagnose a series created by Marvel Studios in the early stages of development using the component model. The sample was negative comment/critique. The results show that the main component has to be improved is the storyline of a recently released series. Emotional engagement gains the smallest point.

Abstract

Abstract. The concept of knowledge management as the mainstay for building the competitive advantage of large companies has been highly emphasized in the strategic management literature, but similar studies are still rare in the realm of MSMEs. To fill this gap, this paper empirically examines the relationship between the dimensions of knowledge management capability and competitive advantage through the entrepreneurial orientation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The knowledge management dimensions used include knowledge management infrastructure and knowledge management processes. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. Research respondents are owners/managers in 75 MSME sentra in Jakarta, Indonesia. Statistical tests show that knowledge management infrastructure has a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation but does not have a significant effect on competitive advantage. The knowledge management process has a significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation and also on competitive advantage. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. This reality confirms that when there is high pressure on MSMEs, it will cause actions and reactions among companies in the industry. To emphasize the important role of knowledge management in facing future pressures, wider research is needed on the consequent variables of the application of knowledge management in MSMEs, such as digital capabilities, business agility and business performance.Keywords: Knowledge management infrastructure, knowledge management processes, competitive advantage, entrepreneurial orientation, MSMEAbstrak. Konsep knowledge management sebagai andalan untuk membangun keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan besar sudah sangat ditekankan dalam literatur strategic management, namun studi serupa masih jarang dilakukan di ranah UMKM. Untuk mengisi kesenjangan tersebut, makalah ini mengkaji secara empiris hubungan antara dimensi kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan dan keunggulan kompetitif melalui orientasi kewirausahaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Dimensi manajemen pengetahuan yang digunakan meliputi infrastruktur manajemen pengetahuan dan proses manajemen pengetahuan. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan SmartPLS. Responden penelitian adalah pemilik/pengelola di 75 sentra UMKM di Jakarta, Indonesia. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa knowledge management infrastructure berpengaruh signifikan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Proses knowledge management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dan juga keunggulan bersaing. Sedangkan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Realitas ini menegaskan bahwa ketika terjadi tekanan yang tinggi terhadap UMKM akan menimbulkan aksi dan reaksi antar perusahaan dalam industri tersebut. Abstract

This article aims to find out the development of the government's role in providing SME financial governance policies. The development of knowledge is seen from the relationship and direction of collaboration of affiliation, country, and relationship between authors so that the dynamics of novelty can be known. The method used is bibliometric science mapping. Data was taken from the Scopus database in several stages, namely identification, filtering (inclusion and exclusion criteria), and data finalization. We use the Analyse Results and Source menus on Scopus, Scimago Journal, and Country Rank. Cluster co-authorship calculations and their visualisations use VOSviewer software version 1.6.12. The results showed that publications on the topic of entrepreneurial finance began to appear in 1992. The United States was the country with the most publications, with an output of 92 documents out of a total of 327 documents. The most prolific writer is Douglas Cumming, with a total of 18 articles. Based on the visualisation analysis of VOSviewer, Douglas Cumming has a strong relationship in terms of collaborative writing with Silvio Vismara, Massimo G. Colombo, and Joern Block. The results of his research found that venture capital was approached significantly by technology-based companies compared to other external sources of capital. The results of our mapping can be used to determine reference information and future research bases, both by author and by country, for the application and development of the topic of entrepreneurial finance research, especially for SMEs.

Abstract

Megawarni.ori is one of the online-based businesses engaged in the Muslim fashion industry. This research aims to obtain information and a more concrete picture of the application of Entrepreneurial Marketing in increasing sales conducted by Megawarni.ori. The method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive research type to describe in detail how the application of Entrepreneurial Marketing dimensions, which consists of proactiveness, opportunity focus, customer intensity, innovativeness, risk management, resource leveraging, and value creation is carried out. The data collection techniques were conducted through interviews with six informants and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the application of Entrepreneurial Marketing carried out by Megawarni.ori is quite effective, by applying the seven dimensions of Entrepreneurial Marketing Megawarni.ori can survive in a dynamic business environment and support its efforts in increasing sales.
