Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena saweran (pemberian hadiah) di TikTok dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, dengan menekankan implikasi etis dari transaksi yang terlibat. Saweran telah menjadi tren sosial yang signifikan di mana pengguna memberikan hadiah virtual kepada pembuat konten selama streaming langsung. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi apakah praktik ini sejalan dengan etika transaksional Islam. Desain/Metode/Pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kepustakaan, mengumpulkan data dari jurnal akademik, artikel, dan dokumen resmi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang terkait dengan pemberian hadiah dalam konteks ekonomi Islam. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian hadiah di TikTok dapat dikategorikan sebagai hibah (hibah) atau ju'ālah (kontrak hadiah) dalam transaksi Islam, tergantung pada niat dan mekanisme transaksi. Namun, praktik tersebut menimbulkan risiko maysir (perjudian), gharar (ketidakpastian), dan isrāf (pemborosan), yang dapat membuatnya tidak konsisten dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Selain itu, kekhawatiran atas eksploitasi emosional dan konsumerisme berlebihan muncul sebagai pertimbangan etika. Implikasi/Keterbatasan Penelitian – Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada kurangnya data empiris dari praktisi industri. Penelitian di masa mendatang sebaiknya menyertakan wawancara atau survei untuk memberikan analisis yang lebih komprehensif. Orisinalitas/Nilai – Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan memandu pengguna TikTok dan regulator dalam mengadopsi praktik pemberian hadiah yang sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam. Regulasi yang lebih ketat dan edukasi pengguna diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa transaksi mematuhi standar etika Islam. Abstract

Islamic tourism has gained significant attention as a driver of community-based economic development, with mosques playing a central role in religious, social, and economic activities. One notable example is Jogokariyan Ramadhan Village (JRV), an annual program that attracts thousands of visitors through religious events and MSME-driven markets. This study aims to analyze the sustainability of JRV in economic, social, and environmental aspects as a community-based religious and economic tourism destination. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Respondents included mosque managers, MSME actors, and tourists, with data analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques based on the Triple Bottom Line model (economic, social, and environmental). The findings indicate that JRV has successfully improved the local economy through active MSME participation and transparent mosque fund management. Socially, JRV fosters strong community cohesion through mutual cooperation and empowerment initiatives. However, challenges persist, including a decline in economic activity after Ramadan and the environmental impact of market waste. The study underscores the importance of mosque-based economic initiatives in sustaining local businesses beyond Ramadan, demonstrating how religious tourism can be a catalyst for long-term economic resilience. Additionally, it highlights the need for improved waste management strategies to mitigate the environmental impact of large-scale religious events. To address these challenges, this study recommends strategies for economic diversification, the digitalization of MSME marketing, and the optimization of social programs to extend JRV’s positive impact throughout the year. By implementing these measures, JRV can serve as a model for sustainable religious tourism that can be replicated in other regions.

Abstract

This study explores the application of digital marketing strategies as a means to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in rural areas, particularly in light of the challenges posed by shifting market dynamics during the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes data derived from an extensive review of academic literature, including journals, articles, and relevant research reports, to identify best practices and provide a comprehensive overview of the utilization of social media and online marketplaces in marketing MSME products.The findings indicate that digital marketing serves a critical role in expanding market reach, fostering customer interactions, and optimizing business processes for MSMEs. However, the implementation of these strategies continues to face significant obstacles, such as low digital literacy among entrepreneurs, limited access to technology, and increasingly intense competition within the digital space. To address these challenges, the study recommends the development of targeted training programs and supportive policies that promote the digitalization of MSMEs, thus enhancing their long-term competitive viability.The insights derived from this research are expected to offer valuable guidance for MSME practitioners and policymakers as they navigate the path toward inclusive and sustainable digital transformation, ultimately contributing to robust economic growth and resilience in rural communities.

Abstract

Abstract: Waqf is a unique Islamic economic instrument that functions to distribute social benefits sustainably. However, the management of waqf in Indonesia faces challenges, particularly related to certification that provides legal certainty over waqf assets. This certification is crucial for optimizing the utilization of assets and enhancing transparency and accountability in their management. Without certification, waqf assets are vulnerable to ownership disputes and ineffective management. The waqf certification policy in Indonesia has evolved since the issuance of Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977, with various regulations released by the government to expedite the registration and certification process of waqf land. This study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities within the waqf certification policy and provide recommendations for more efficient policy development towards sustainable development. The findings indicate that despite existing barriers in the certification process, there are also opportunities to improve waqf management through collaboration among institutions and increased public awareness regarding the importance of certification

Abstract

The development of cooperatives in Indonesia is now on the rise but the increase is not followed by the number of members participating. While micro-Sharia financial institutions such as BMT or baitul mal and baitul tamwil are present as a sharia-based financial institution whose purpose is to help the problems of small communities. The development of the amount of performance can be measured through the performance of the enterprise through the level of customer satisfaction. The purpose of this investigation is to know the quality of the products and services of BMT Bangun Rakyat Sejahtera Yogyakarta against customer satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with the analytical technique used is SPSS. This research obtains results that the quality of products and services affects customer satisfaction. This is in line with the TMQ or Total Quality Management theory on the focus of customer satisfaction by optimizing competitiveness through the quality of products and services will have an impact on business performance.
