Abstract

Mas Kirana banana (Musa acumunata L.) is a superior variety that has been inaugurated by the Ministry of Agriculture so it has great potential for cultivation. One of the successes of banana cultivation is sufficient irrigation. Drip irrigation is a watering method of choice that aims to utilize the very limited water availability efficiently. Banana plant water requirements can be calculated using the Cropwat 8.0 model. This research aims to determine the effect of drip irrigation scheduling calculated by Cropwat 8.0 at various time intervals on the growth of Mas Kirana banana (Musa acumunata L.) seedlings. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with one factor, namely interval (I), which consisted of 3 levels, including I1 (1 day, 1 watering at 09.00 WIB), I2 (1 day, 2 waterings at 09.00 WIB and 16.00 WIB), and I3 (1 day 3 times watering (at 09.00 WIB, 13.00 WIB, and 16.00 WIB). The treatment was repeated 4 times. The parameters observed were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), stem diameter (cm), and leaf greenness (SPAD). The results showed that scheduling drip irrigation with the amount of water needed from Cropwat 8.0 at a time interval of 2 times a day (I2) had the best effect on the height parameters of five-month-old Mas Kirana banana seedlings. The I2 treatment also tends to give higher average values for the parameters number of leaves, stem diameter, and leaf greenness (SPAD). Keywords: Banana var. Mas Kirana, Cropwat 8.0, Drip irrigation INTISARIPisang Mas Kirana (Musa acumunata L.) merupakan varietas unggulan yang telah diresmikan Kementrian Pertanian sehingga sangat potensial untuk dibudidayakan. Salah satu keberhasilan budidaya pisang adalah pengairan yang cukup. Irigasi tetes menjadi pilihan metode pengairan yang bertujuan memanfaatkan ketersedian air yang sangat terbatas secara efisien. Kebutuhan air tanaman pisang dapat dihitung dengan menggunakan model Cropwat 8.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjadwalan irigasi tetes hasil perhitungan Cropwat 8.0 pada berbagai interval waktu terhadap pertumbuhan bibit tanaman pisang Mas Kirana (Musa acumunata L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) satu faktor yaitu interval (I) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf antara lain I1 (1 hari 1 kali penyiraman pukul 09.00 WIB), I2 (1 hari 2 kali penyiraman pukul 09.00 WIB dan 16.00 WIB), dan I3 (1 hari 3 kali penyiraman (pukul 09.00 WIB, 13.00 WIB, dan 16.00 WIB). Perlakuan diulangi sebanyak 4 kali. Parameter yang diamati adalah, tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), diameter batang (cm), dan kehijauan daun (SPAD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjadwalan irigasi tetes dengan jumlah kebutuhan air hasil Cropwat 8.0 pada interval waktu 2 kali sehari (I2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman bibit pisang Mas Kirana berumur lima bulan. Perlakuan I2 juga memberikan nilai rata-rata cenderung lebih tinggi pada parameter jumlah daun, diameter batang, dan kehijauan daun (SPAD). Kata kunci: Cropwat 8.0, Irigasi tetes, Pisang Mas Kirana

Abstract

The research was aimed to determine the effect of gibberellin hormone (GA3) concentration and coconut water on the viability of mangosteen seeds (Garcinia mangostana L.). This research was conducted from July 2023 to September 2023, located in the screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study used a Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). The first factor is gibberellin hormone (GA3) with 2 levels, G0 (0 ppm) and G1 (75 ppm). The second factor is coconut water with 3 levels, K0 (0%), K1 (25%), and K2 (50%). Parameters observed in this study include the time of shoot emergence, germination capacity, maximum growth potential, normal germination, abnormal germination, non-germinating seeds, and plant height. The research results show that a concentration of 75 ppm gibberellic acid (GA3) has a positive effect on the emergence of shoots and germination capacity. A 50% concentration of coconut water also has a positive effect on the emergence of shoots and germination capacity. There is an interaction between the treatment of 75 ppm gibberellic acid (GA3) and 50% coconut water in the timing of shoot emergence and germination capacity. Keywords: coconut water, giberelin acid, mangosteen seeds INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi hormon giberelin (GA3) dan air kelapa terhadap viabilitas benih manggis (Garcinia mangostana L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2023 hingga bulan September 2023, yang bertempat di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Penlitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama hormon giberelin (GA3) yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu, G0 (0 ppm) dan G1 (75 ppm). Faktor kedua air kelapa yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu, K0 (0%), K1 (25%), dan K2 (50%). Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah waktu muncul tunas, daya berkecambah, potensi tumbuh maksimum, kecambah normal, kecambah abnormal, benih tidak tumbuh, dan tinggi tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi hormon giberelin (GA3) 75 ppm memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap waktu muncul tunas dan daya berkecambah. Konsentrasi air kelapa 50% memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap waktu muncul tunas dan daya berkecambah. Terdapat interaksi perlakuan antara hormon giberelin (GA3) 75 ppm dan air kelapa 50% pada waktu muncul tunas dan daya berkecambah. Kata Kunci: air kelapa, hormon giberelin, benih manggis

Abstract

The research was aimed to know response of various doses of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste on the growth of avocado plant (Persea americana) in seedling phase. This research was conducted from June until August 2023. The method used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) as factorial with two factors. The first factor was the Chicken Manure which consisted of four levels, namely: 0 kg/plant, 0.5 kg/plant, 1 kg/plant and 1.5 kg/plant. The second factor was the Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Tofu Waste, which consisted of four levels, namely: 0 ml/l, 75 ml/, 150 ml/l and 225 ml/l. The results showed that 1 kg/plant dose of chicken manure was the best effect on the number of branches, the number of leaves and diameter of stem. 150 ml/l dose of Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Tofu Waste was the best effect on plant height, the number of branches, the number of leaves and diameter of stem. There was interaction between chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer  from tofu waste to parameters, plant height, the number of branches, the number of leaves and diameter of stem. Keywords: avocado, chicken manure, liquid organic fertilizer from tofu waste  INTISARI            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respons pemberian berbagai dosis pupuk kotoran ayam dan POC limbah tahu terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat (Persea americana) pada fase pembibitan. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan sejak bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2023. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu pupuk kotoran ayam yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: 0 kg/tanaman, 0,5 kg/tanaman, 1 kg/tanaman dan 1,5 kg/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu POC limbah tahu yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: 0 ml/l, 75 ml/l, 150 ml/l dan 225 ml/l. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk kotoran ayam dengan dosis 1 kg/tanaman menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter jumlah cabang, jumlah daun dan diameter batang. POC limbah tahu dengan dengan dosis 150 ml/l menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter pertambahan tinggi bibit, jumlah cabang, jumlah daun dan diameter batang. Terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk kotoran ayam dan pupuk organik cair limbah tahu yaitu pada parameter  pertambahan tinggi bibit, jumlah cabang, jumlah daun dan diameter batang. Kata Kunci: alpukat, pupuk kotoran ayam, pupuk organik cair limbah tahu

Abstract

This study is a report on strengthening the profesional capabilities. The purpose of this study is to improve science learning achievement through demonstration method in vegetative plant material artificial breeding to students class VI semester I SD Negeri jimus Polanharjo 2021/2022.The study consisted of two cycles and each cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects of this study is 12 students of class VI Sd Negeri Jimus Polanharjo 2021/2022. The collection of data through written test, documentation, interviews and observation. The result showed that the application of the method of demonstration can improve science learning achievement. In the I cycles activities mastery science learning achievement percentage of 75% or as much as 9 students, while the II cycles completeness already meet the target of 100%.The conclusion of this study is science learning achievement is increased through the application of method demonstration on plant vegetative propagation material artificial in class VI semester I SD Negeri Jimus Polanharjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bukti apakah Kondisi Makro Ekonomi dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Reksa Dana Terproteksi di Indonesia yang di Moderasi Umur dan Ukuran Reksa Dana periode Januari 2018 – Agustus 2023. Motivasi untuk penelitian ini berasal bahwa dari mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kondisi makroekonomi dan kinerja reksa dana secara simultan sangat penting karena memiliki implikasi yang signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja reksa dana terhadap kondisi makroekonomi. Namun, terdapat keterbatasan studi empiris tentang dampak reksa dana ini karena series tahun datanya terbatas hanya mencakup beberapa tahun. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode regresi panel Random Effect Model (REM), periode analisis dari januari tahun 2018 sampai Agustus tahun 2023 data panel pada makroekonomi dan reksa dana, ditemukan terdapat bahwa variabel makro ekonomi nilai tukar rupiah terhadap dollar AS (NT) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana terproteki yang di ukur dari rasio sharpe. Sementara variabel makro ekonomi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana terproteksi adalah variabel suku bunga (SBI) dan inflasi (INF). Variabel umur (age) dan ukuran (size) reksa dana memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja reksa dana terproteksi. Selain variabel independent tersebut, dalam penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel moderator/moderating. Variabel moderator untuk melihat hubungan interaksi antara variabel moderator dengan variabel predictor (independent). Variabel moderator merupakan variabel yang dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antar variabel independent dengan dependen. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the synergy between education quality management and transformational leadership as a strategy in increasing the effectiveness and competitiveness of educational institutions in the era of globalization and digitalization. The approach used is a literature study by examining relevant theories from various academic sources, both national and international, which discusses the basic concepts of quality management, the characteristics of transformational leadership, and the implementation of both in the context of education. The results of the study show that quality management functions as a management system that ensures the sustainability of improving the quality of education through the principles of planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. Meanwhile, transformational leadership acts as a driving force that provides inspiration, motivation, and moral direction to all members of educational organizations. The synergy between the two forms a managerial pattern that is not only systemically efficient, but also humanist and visionary in value. Transformational leaders are able to internalize a culture of quality into every educational process, so that quality is no longer understood as an administrative obligation, but as a collective commitment to produce graduates with excellence and character. This study confirms that the integration of quality management and transformational leadership is the main foundation for the creation of adaptive, innovative, and sustainable educational institutions in the midst of the challenges of the 21st century.
