Abstract

Jembatan merupakan suatu struktur yang berfungsi untuk menghubungkan dua bagian jalan yang terpurus oleh adanya rintangan-rintangan seperti lembah yang dalam, alur sungai, irigasi, dan pembuangan. Kualitas bangunan jembatan juga dipengaruhi oleh kecermatan dan ketetapan dalam memilih material yang sesuai.Untuk mengurangi kesalahan yang terjadi, dalam mencapai pekerjaan yang efisien dalam waktu, tenaga, maupun biaya diperlukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan Box Culvert pada proyek Jembatan Kucing Ruas Sukodadi-Sumberwudi Kabupaten Lamongan.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei kegiatan dan penjadwalan ulang pada proyek pembangunan jembatan kucing ruas Sukodadi Sumberwudi.Evaluasi pekerjaan meliputi perhitungan volume, perhitungan pembesian dan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan.Urutan pekerjaan dimulai dari  pekerjaan persiapan, pekerjaan tanah, pekerjaan struktur Box Culvert.Dari penelitian tersebut  diketahui biaya pekerjaan struktur Box culvert sebesar Rp.345.536.000,00 (Tiga Ratus Empat Puluh Lima Juta Lima Ratus Tiga Puluh Enam Ribu Rupiah).Jangka waktu pelaksanaan selama 8 minggu.Kata Kunci : Evaluasi Pekerjaan,Jembatan Kucing, Box Culvert, Metode Pelaksanaan

Abstract

Proses analisa biaya konstruksi adalah suatu untuk mengestimasi biaya langsung yang secara umum digunakan sebagai dasar penawaran. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan perbandingan estimasi adalah metode SNI dan metode BOW. Dalam penyusunan harga satuan pekerjaan diperlukan data-datayang mendukung diantaranya gambar rencana, volume pekerjaan, RAB, RKS, daftar harga bahan dan upah tenaga kerja pada daerah penelitian. Dan hasil perhitungan analisa harga satuan pekerjaan yang dilakukan didapatkan perbandingan harga satuan dengan analisa SNI dan BOW. Dari analisa tersebutmemperoleh hasil estimasi anggaran biaya yang ekonomis dengan menggunakan metode SNI yaitu sebesar Rp.2.253.760.000,00 sedangkan hasil estimasi anggaran biaya dengan metode BOW yaitu sebesar Rp. 2.625.418.000,00. Hal ini karena koefesien dari metode BOW lebih besar dari metode SNI. Kata Kunci : Perbandingan Estimasi, Anggaran Biaya, Proyek, Metode SNI, Metode BOW

Abstract

Commuter Rail Operation is prioritized for the middle to lower classes. But in fact the prospective commuter train passengers complained of comfort in this regard relating to the number of seats and standing places available. The discussion was analyzing the comfort per seat and standing that had been set, analyzing the operational capacity of the Surabaya - Lamongan Commuter Railway. To be able to answer these problems, a study was carried out on Commuter Trains and related agencies. From the analysis results obtained the value of comfort of the seat (r) = 0.4 m2 / space and the value of comfort of the stand (σ) = 0.87m2 / space. The total capacity of one series of commuter trains (Cv) is 312 passengers, while the total seating capacity for a series of commuter trains is 248 passengers. Average Load Factor (LF) of 0.51. Keywords: Commuter Trains, Performance, Capacity, Comfort Level Pengoperasian KA Komuter diutamakan bagi masyarakat kalangan menengah kebawah. Namun pada faktanya para calon penumpang kereta api komuter mengeluhkan kenyamanan dalam hal ini yang berkaitan dengan jumlah tempat duduk dan tempat berdiri yang tersedia.Pembahasan ini adalah menganalisa kenyamanan per tempat duduk dan berdiri yang telah ditetapkan, menganalisa kapasitas kendaraan operasional KA Komuter Surabaya – Lamongan, Untuk dapat menjawab  permasalahan  tersebut  maka  dilakukan  penelitian  terhadap  KA  Komuter  dan  instansi terkait. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan nilai kenyamanan tempat duduk (r) = 0,4 m2/space dan nilai kenyamanan tempat berdiri (σ) = 0,87m2/space. Kapasitas total satu rangkaian KA Komuter (Cv) sebesar 312 penumpang, sedangkan kapasitas total tempat duduk untuk satu rangkaian KA Komuter sebesar 248 penumpang. Rata-rata Load Factor (LF) sebesar 0,51. Kata Kunci : Kereta Komuter, Kinerja, Kapasitas, Tingkat Kenyamanan

Abstract

The main objective of this study was to find out and analyze how much the influence of the coconut shell charcoal had on changes in compressive strength and water absorption in the K-175 paving block. This research method is experimental research, which is a research of making paving block specimens, by conducting activities or experiments using coconut shell waste as a mixture of paving blocks, with a mix design mix referring to the comparison of concrete mix with K-175 quality (SNI 03-2834-2000). The conversion value of compressive strength of specimens at the age of 7 days to 28 days from specimens N, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% is 271,80 kg/cm², 205,12 kg/cm², 102,57 kg/cm²,76,92 kg/cm² and 64,11 kg/cm² respectively. In the normal test code, the paving block is classified as class B quality, while the 5% specimen code is classified as class B quality, for the test object code 10%, 15%, and 20% do not meet the paving block quality standards. The results of the water absorption test increased in paving blocks with a combination of coconut shell charcoal. All of them have increased water infiltration on paving blocks.Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh arang tempurung kelapa terhadap perubahan kuat tekan dan resapan air pada paving block K-175. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen, yaitu penelitian pembuatan benda uji paving block, dengan cara melakukan kegiatan atau percobaan pemanfaatan limbah tempurung kelapa sebagai campuran paving block, dengan perbandingan mix design mengacu pada perbandingan campuran beton dengan mutu K-175 (SNI 03-2834-2000). Hasil nilai konversi kuat tekan benda uji pada umur 7 hari ke umur 28 hari dari benda uji N, 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% adalah 271,80 kg/cm², 205,12 kg/cm², 102,57 kg/cm²,76,92 kg/cm² dan 64,11 kg/cm². Pada kode benda uji normal paving block tergolong dalam mutu kelas B, sedangkan pada kode benda uji 5% tergolong dalam mutu kelas B, untuk kode benda uji 10%, 15%, dan 20% tidak memenuhi standar mutu paving block. Hasil dari uji resapan air  paving  block  dengan  penambahan  arang  tempurung kelapa dari benda uji 5%, 10%, 15% dan 20%. Kesemuanya mengalami peningkatan resapan air pada paving block.

Abstract

Langgar  Dhuwur  Mbah  Yai  Mastur  is  a  lifted  small  mosque  established  by  Hadratus  Syaikh  KH.  Mastur Asnawi, until now it is still used for the activities of the Tahfidhul  - Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, in terms of architecture, this  building  has different characteristics from the surrounding buildings, namely a simple design in the form of a stage made of wood and roofed with traditional roof (Limasan), so that the existence of  meaning Historically  this  violation  has  not  been  eroded  by  development,  so  the  need  for  research  on  architectural preservation  with  the  consideration  that  this  object  has  fulfilled  the  requirements  of  the  Cultural  Heritage Objects  Act  No.  11  of  2010,  the  method  used  to  examine  the  preservation  of  architecture  is  a  method  of qualitative  analysis  using  an  approach  with  three  methods,  namely  analysis  description  method,  evaluative method  and  development  method.  The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  some  visual  elements  of  Langgar Dhuwur  are  still  permanent,  which  can  be  known  through  observation  on  the  object  of  study.  Preservation directives  for  building  visual  elements  are  classified  into  three  potential,  namely  low,  medium  and  high potential, then from the three potential levels, preservation actions will be determined

Abstract

Economic inequality between cities and villages, this must be immediately prevented and minimized because it is an injustice in the economic field, therefore the government through village funds encourages villages to develop their existing potential, one of them is from the tourism sector, Takerharjo Village sees potential spring and spring as something more value that must be lifted and highlighted as an icon of a new tourist place managed by the village, it requires good planning, this study aims to provide recommendations on the Sendang arrangement concept in the village by using the concept of Ecotourism to plan the potential of spring and Takerharjo village springs became a village tourism icon, and also held a socialization on the importance of preserving the natural environment of the area so that the spring water source was maintained, with the aim that the spring and springs of Takerharjo Village could improve the welfare of the Takerharjo Village community.

Abstract

The Great Mosque of Lamongan as a cultural asset in Lamongan has experienced many developments, expansions, and changes in physical form, especially in the facade which is the outward appearance of a building. In this study, there are problems with the morphological approach and physical transformation in the Great Mosque of Lamongan based on the incorporation of a typology of the facade into new formations ?. The method in this study with descriptive analysis in the manifestation of the change in the form of the Lamongan Great Mosque facade from time to time, then the approach used is a historical approach. From this approach, the physical changes are analyzed according to the style (typology) of the existing Mosque Architecture typology. The results of this study state that the merging of forms between the characteristics of universality and locality results in a dynamic formation with local characteristics

Abstract

Dalam menentukan harga suatu pekerjaan, diperlukan sarana dasar perhitungan harga satuan yaitu analisa biaya konstruksi. Dalam menghitung analisa biaya konstruksi selama ini memakai analisa BOW, SNI dan perhitungan kontraktor. Diperlukan studi komparasi dari ketiga metode tersebut sehingga diketahui mana yang lebih efektif dan efisien sebagai dasar bagi semua pihak dalam menentukan strategi dalam hal estimasi anggaran biaya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya proyek berdasarkan volume pekerjaan pada bill of quantity (BoQ) tender. Analisa harga satuan pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan analisa BOW, analisa SNI dan analisa versi Kontraktor. Dari hasil estimasi tersebut diperoleh harga berdasarkan analisa BOW sebesar Rp. 2.682.315.013,-, berdasarkan SNI sebesar Rp. 1.958.002.381,- dan berdasarkan perhitungan kontraktor sebesar Rp. 1.781.956.483,-. Selisih harga BOW dengan SNI Rp. 724.312.632,-. Selisih harga BOW dengan perhitungan kontraktor sebesar Rp. 900.358.529,-. Selisih harga SNI dengan harga perhitungan kontraktor Rp. 176.045.897,-.

Abstract

It is very important to understand the more favorable cost estimation comparison between SNI 2022 and the Contractor, because this information is used as a reference in calculating contractors and preventing losses. The purpose of this research is to identify the differences and similarities between the contractor calculation method and SNI 2022, and also to find out which budgeting method is effective. This study uses the analysis method of SNI Number 1 of 2022 and the contractor calculation analysis method. Based on the research results, the effective price is Rp. 2,988,685,140.71 which is calculated based on the contractor's analysis. This price is 14.59% efficient from the price calculated based on the SNI 2022 analysis. Meanwhile the price set based on the SNI 2022 analysis is Rp. 3,424,599,423.59. From the results of the cost comparison between the 2016 SNI method and the contractor, it is known that the difference in costs is around Rp. 435,914,282.88. Based on the research results, the effective budget is calculated based on the analysis of contractor calculations.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest coconut fiber producing country in the world and has not been able to process it optimally. Egg shell waste is also one of the wastes that is often encountered because many food raw materials use eggs. This research was conducted to determine the value of the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of coconut fiber ash and eggshell powder as a substitute for cement and which of the percentages of 0%, 0.5%, and 1.5% added mixture has optimal compressive strength for concrete quality. K – 225 or equivalent to 19.3 MPa at 28 days of age. The method used in this study is an experimental method according to SNI 03-2834-2000 concerning Procedures for Making Plans for Normal Concrete Mixture. The results of this study revealed that the addition of coconut fiber ash and eggshell powder to the concrete mixture decreased the compressive strength compared to normal concrete but not significantly. The average compressive strength value of normal concrete is 19.58 MPa. Whereas the compressive strength of concrete with the highest added material is the percentage of 0.5% coconut fiber ash and 0.5% eggshell powder with an average compressive strength of 19.30 MPa.
