Abstract

Paving Concrete is a composite of building materials made from a mixture of Portland cement or adhesive, water, and aggregate with or without other additives, which do not reduce the quality of the Concrete. In the research, fc' K-175 kg/cm2 of bagasse ash was added with variations of 0%, 6%, 8%, and 12% bagasse ash; the weight is based on the weight of the cement. This study aimed to determine the compressive strength of Concrete obtained from a mixture of bagasse ash in K-175 kg/cm2. The concrete mix design refers to SNI-03-0691-1996. Test samples prepared for each additional percentage of bagasse ash were three samples in the form of cubes with a length of 20 cm, a height of 8 cm, and a width of 10 cm. The results showed a decrease in strength with each addition of bagasse ash. It is known that the average compressive strength of Concrete after 28 days is 176.66%. Kg/m2 and the lowest compressive strength were obtained by adding 12% ash from bagasse aged 28 days, which was 73.33 kg/m2.

Abstract

This research aims to see the potential and strategic development of religious ecotourism in the Drajat village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this study was seen from three main points of observation, interviews and documentation which were summarized using qualitative descriptive analysis with the SWOT method approach. The results of this study are as follows: first, the strength of religious tourism in Sunan Drajat’s grave is a very strong and hereditary religious culture that occurs in pilgrims. Secondly, the weakness in this research is that tourism objects are less extensive and management is still sectoral ego on certain parties. Third, the threat in this study occurs in pilgrims who are reduced in the melenial generation or productive age due to the erosion of technology. Fourth, the opportunity in this study is the amount of regional government contribution in the development of the tourism sector.

Abstract

Delays in construction projects often lead to cost increases, reduced quality, and even the risk of penalties. This was the case in the Rehabilitation Project of the Regional Inspectorate Office Building of Tuban Regency, which experienced a 4.735% progress deviation in the 14th week. Such delays could affect the overall completion and increase project costs. This research aims to analyze the relationship between project time and cost using the Time Cost Trade Off method to find an efficient way to speed up the project. The study was carried out by collecting field data, analyzing the S-curve, identifying the critical path with the Critical Path Method , and simulating different overtime scenarios. From the three overtime options tested, adding 3 extra hours per day turned out to be the most effective choice. This scenario successfully shortened the project duration and achieved a 0.207% cost efficiency without causing significant changes to the work structure. This means that the application of the Time Cost Trade Off method is effective in optimizing resources, reducing the negative impact of delays, and maintaining a balance between time and cost in similar construction projects
