Abstract

This research aims to see the potential and strategic development of religious ecotourism in the Drajat village, Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this study was seen from three main points of observation, interviews and documentation which were summarized using qualitative descriptive analysis with the SWOT method approach. The results of this study are as follows: first, the strength of religious tourism in Sunan Drajat’s grave is a very strong and hereditary religious culture that occurs in pilgrims. Secondly, the weakness in this research is that tourism objects are less extensive and management is still sectoral ego on certain parties. Third, the threat in this study occurs in pilgrims who are reduced in the melenial generation or productive age due to the erosion of technology. Fourth, the opportunity in this study is the amount of regional government contribution in the development of the tourism sector.

Abstract

Mosque is a place of worship, which requires comfort to enhance the quality of worship, thermal comfort being one of the considerations in the prayer space of the mosque. This study aims to analyze the level of thermal comfort and thermal preferences of users in the interior space of the Grand Mosque of Lamongan. The method used is quantitative, collecting data through surveys at the Grand Mosque of Lamongan. Some of the data collected include personal data (clothing and activities) and measurements of environmental parameters; air temperature, air humidity, and wind speed. At the same time, users were asked to fill out a questionnaire asking about their perceived level of comfort at that time. The results of the study show that the interior space of the mosque has an average temperature ranging from 28.4 ºC to 29.08 ºC, while the survey questionnaire results indicate that 89.1% of respondents can accept the existing thermal conditions. This may be due to the fact that the temperature inside the mosque is much lower compared to the outdoor temperature.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki iklim tropis lembap, yang menyebabkan suhu udara relatif tinggi dan kecepatan angin cenderung rendah. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya tingkat kenyamanan termal di dalam masjid. Kenyamanan ruang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan, kesejahteraan, dan produktivitas individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kenyamanan termal di dalam Masjid Agung Tuban yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tuban serta mengevaluasi potensi perbaikan melalui simulasi modifikasi menggunakan Software Ecotect Analysis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup pengukuran langsung suhu dan kelembapan udara di lokasi. Selanjutnya, dilakukan modifikasi terhadap material dinding dan sistem ventilasi menggunakan Software Ecotect Analysis untuk menilai efektivitas perubahan tersebut dalam meningkatkan kenyamanan termal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi awal masjid belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar kenyamanan termal. Modifikasi dilakukan dengan menerapkan dua jenis material dinding alternatif, yaitu Timber Clad Masonry (dinding batu bata berplaster dengan lapisan marmer) dan Concrete Block Plaster (dinding beton dengan lapisan plester). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Timber Clad Masonry menghasilkan nilai Mean Radiant Temperature (MRT) sebesar 25,79°C. Selain itu, uji Predicted Percentage Dissatisfaction (PPD) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan termal sebesar 94,52%, yang berarti mayoritas penghuni merasa nyaman dengan kondisi tersebut. Nilai solar gains dalam ruangan tercatat sebesar 87,25 watt, yang menunjukkan bahwa beban panas akibat radiasi matahari masih berada dalam batas yang memberikan sensasi hangat bagi penghuni.

Abstract

Investment is the activity of allocating funds to assets or projects that aim to generate profits in the future. The housing sector is one of the attractive investment alternatives because its demand continues to increase. This study aims to assess the feasibility of investing in Sakura type houses at Chrysant Luxland Lamongan Housing project. The method used is investment feasibility analysis with the Net Present Value (NPV) approach. The data analyzed includes development costs, sales assumptions, and relevant interest rates. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in data processing. The results showed that the project generated an NPV value of Rp 221,248,788.21. This value reflects the positive added value of the investment made. Thus, the construction project of Sakura type houses is financially feasible. This investment is able to provide potential profits and a good return on capital. Based on these results, the Sakura type house in Chrysant Luxland Lamongan Housing can be used as a promising investment option, especially in the midst of the high community need for decent housing and continues to increase from time to time.

Abstract

Housing is one of the most popular investment objects in Indonesia. According to the Residential Property Price Survey, housing sales were unstable in 2024. Given this condition, a feasibility study is required for housing projects under development in 2024, particularly for subsidized housing types with relatively low prices, which may result in narrow profit margins. This study conducted a feasibility analysis of the Ababil Land Babat Lamongan housing project, specifically for the 30/60 type unit. This research aims to gather information on the profit margin achieved by the company and the overall investment feasibility of the project, providing valuable considerations for companies or developers in their decision-making processes. The method used in this study is a financial aspect approach, including Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR). The results show that the project yields NPV = IDR 115,222,182.95 > 0, IRR = 7.65% > MARR = 6%, and BCR = 1.031 > 1. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Ababil Land Babat Lamongan housing investment project is financially feasible.

Abstract

Human resources are very important in the work environment, especially in the construction sector. Without a qualified and productive workforce, the project results will not be satisfactory. This research aims to observe the productivity of workers while constructing the pedestrian in front of the Surajaya Stadium in Lamongan, focusing on rebar work, formwork installation, and concreting using the time study method. The initial stage involves analyzing the project and collecting data that will be used as material for observing labor productivity. The productivity for foundation rebar work is recorded at 134.86 kg/person/day, and for column rebar work at 96.84 kg/person/day. The productivity value for formwork also varies, reaching 351.82 m²/person/day for slab formwork work.. Casting work has varying productivity, for example 9.10 m3/person/day for foundation casting. Several factors that affect productivity are the lack of worker skills, hot weather, and obstacles at the project site. The productivity of rebar work, formwork installation, and casting in this project is low due to the lack of worker skills, hot weather causing fatigue, and access barriers. To improve efficiency, training for workers, scheduling work hours, and managing the surrounding environment are necessary.

Abstract

In a building construction project, of course, there are many methods used to schedule a job as well as the cost budget. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of time and cost analysis on the Satnarkoba Police Lamongan Building Construction project. This research uses Critical Path Method (CPM) and Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) with the help of Ms Word 2010 application program to analyze cost and time management. From the results of the analysis, a Network Diagram was found in which there was a series of critical work. Cost analysis is obtained by processing RAB and AHSP data. From this data, the volume, coefficient and wages of workers are obtained as a reference for processing workers' wage data. Based on the results of the analysis found, the critical trajectory, namely with work codes A, E, D, C, G, J, K, N, AF, and AE on a project that lasts for 180 days, gets an acceleration result of 144 days, so the chances of the project can be completed within 144 + 36 = 180 days, with a probability of 4.02%. Based on the results obtained, the average level of probability is greater than 4.02%, this is included in the very high category. In terms of costs incurred from each development, it shows optimal cost efficiency.

Abstract

The Blimbing Paciran Market is a bustling economic activity center, but the available parking facilities are still limited and poorly organized. This causes parking irregularities and congestion around the market area. The main problem raised in this study is the suboptimal capacity of the parking area to accommodate the increasing number of vehicles, especially bemo vehicles. This study aims to evaluate the parking area at Blimbing Market, Paciran, in order to determine the optimal capacity for two-wheeled, three-wheeled, and four-wheeled vehicles. The research location experiences high market activity, yet the limited parking facilities often lead to disorganized parking and congestion. The research methods employed in this study are quantitative and qualitative approaches based on statistical analysis. The results of the study showed that over a 7-day observation period, the average accumulation per day was 37 motorcycles, 16 bemos (three-wheeled vehicles), and 6 cars. The average parking duration was 26 minutes for motorcycles, 29 minutes for bemos, and 29 minutes for cars. The average parking volume was recorded at 183 motorcycles, 40 bemos, and 23 cars. The parking index indicated average values of 38.99% for motorcycles, 129.76% for bemos, and 58.44% for cars. The average parking turnover rate was found to be 1.90 for motorcycles, 3.31 for bemos, and 2.08 for cars.

Abstract

The growth of the residential property market, particularly in the housing sector is currently experiencing a slowdown. This condition is influenced by economic instability and a decline in consumer purchasing power. Such circumstances pose significant challenges for developers and investors, especially those in the project development phase. Based on this background, this study aims to evaluate the financial feasibility of an investment in the Chrysant Luxury Land Housing Project, which is also expected to serve as a reference for future residential development and planning. The research method employed is Return on Investment (ROI), focusing on the construction of 11 housing units. The data analyzed include revenue details, total expenditure, and the project site plan as the basis for financial calculations and simulations. The analysis results show an ROI value of 8.8%, indicating a positive return. This suggests that the project is financially profitable and feasible to proceed as an investment endeavor.

Abstract

Kenyamanan termal merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam perancangan masjid sebagai ruang ibadah yang digunakan dalam waktu lama oleh jamaah. Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas material selubung bangunan dalam menjaga kenyamanan termal di Masjid Jami’ Kabupaten Gresik. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana material selubung bangunan berkontribusi terhadap kondisi termal di dalam ruang masjid. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengukuran suhu dan kelembapan di dalam dan di luar bangunan, serta analisis karakteristik material selubung bangunan. Analisis kenyamanan termal dilakukan menggunakan metode PMV (Predicted Mean Vote), dan diperoleh hasil rata-rata sebesar 1,00 yang menunjukkan sensasi termal Agak Hangat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kenyamanan termal di dalam ruang masjid belum sepenuhnya optimal. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja termal bangunan melalui pemilihan material selubung yang lebih efisien dan sesuai dengan iklim lokal.
