Abstract

This study is motivated by the rapid development of social media, which has become an inseparable part of children’s lives in the digital era. While children gain educational and creative benefits from social media, they are also exposed to risks from negative content such as violence, pornography, and consumerist behavior, as reported by KPAI (2023) and data from We Are Social & Hootsuite (2024). To analyze this phenomenon, a library research method with a qualitative approach related to the development of children’s thinking patterns, and child protection regulations, aiming to gain a comprehensive understanding of social and juridical implications. The results indicate that social media plays a dual role in shaping children’s thinking: providing positive impacts through learning and creativity, while also posing potential negative influences if not properly supervised. Therefore, synergy is required between law enforcement based on Law Child Protection and Law Information and Electronic Transactions, parental supervision, and adequate digital literacy, so that social media can be used as an educational and safe tool for healthy child development.

Abstract

This community service addresses the critical struggle of students at SMP Taruna Islam Al-Kautsar (SMP TI Al-Kautsar) to understand the major psychological and emotional changes during adolescence. This lack of clarity often led to confusion and challenges in self-adjustment, pointing out a significant gap in the school's existing guidance support. The main goal was to solve this by creating and implementing an Integrative Mentoring Model (IMM). This model directly explained their developmental stages using three key psychological frameworks: Kohnstamm, Oswald Kroh, and Jean Piaget. We followed a hands-on Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, where 50 adolescent students actively joined six specialized, interactive workshops and group coaching sessions over two weeks. The activity showed clear success, as students displayed much stronger self-awareness regarding their cognitive and emotional growth after the program. They reported increased confidence and began using the developmental theories to better understand their peers and manage their own changes. The IMM effectively translated complex academic concepts into practical life knowledge. This success confirms the IMM as a valuable, theory-backed framework for enhancing student well-being and adaptation in other religious educational settings.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of rekrutmen and disiplin kerja on the kinerja karyawan of PT Inspirasi Bisnis Nusantara both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 60 respondents. Data analysis employed simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (r2), partial test (t-test), and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study discuss the influence of rekrutmen (X1) and disiplin kerja (X2) on kinerja karyawan (Y), as follows: the variable rekrutmen (X1) has an insufficiently significant effect on kinerja karyawan (Y), which can be seen from the correlation coefficient of 0.220, where this value falls within the interval 0.200-0.399, meaning that the two variables have a low or weak level of relationship. Based on the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence, it was 4.8%, while the remaining 95.2% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. The variable disiplin kerja (X2) has a fairly significant effect on kinerja karyawan (Y), as indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.685, which lies within the interval 0.600-0.799, meaning the two variables have a strong relationship. Based on the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence, it was 47%, while the remaining 53% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. The variables rekrutmen (X1) and disiplin kerja (X2) together have an insufficiently significant effect on kinerja karyawan (Y), which can be seen from the correlation coefficient or level of relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable obtained at 0.272, where this value falls within the interval 0.200-0.399, meaning the two variables have a low or weak level of relationship. Based on the coefficient of determination or contribution of influence, it was 47.1%, while the remaining 52.9% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of equal distribution of education funding in Senior High Schools (SMA) through a library research approach. Equal distribution of education funding is one of the government's strategic efforts to realize justice and equality of access to education for all Indonesians. This research focuses on examining government policies, such as the School Operational Assistance (BOS), the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP), and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) in the education sector, as well as a review of academic literature discussing the principles of equity and justice in education funding. The results show that the policy of equal distribution of education funding has made a significant contribution to improving access and quality of education at the senior high school level, especially for students from low-income families. However, the implementation of this policy still faces various challenges, such as limited resources, regional disparities, and weak budget oversight and transparency systems. Therefore, strengthened collaboration between the central government, regional governments, and the community is needed to create a more effective, transparent, and equitable education funding system. Keywords: Equity, Education Financing, High School, Education Policy, Literature Study Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep dan implementasi pemerataan pembiayaan pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) melalui pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Pemerataan pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya strategis pemerintah dalam mewujudkan keadilan dan kesetaraan akses pendidikan bagi seluruh masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kajian terhadap kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah, seperti Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP), dan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) bidang pendidikan, serta tinjauan terhadap literatur akademik yang membahas prinsip pemerataan dan keadilan dalam pembiayaan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerataan pembiayaan pendidikan telah memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat SMA, terutama bagi peserta didik dari keluarga kurang mampu. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, ketimpangan wilayah, dan lemahnya sistem pengawasan serta transparansi anggaran. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penguatan kolaborasi antara pemerintah pusat, daerah, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan sistem pembiayaan pendidikan yang lebih efektif, transparan, dan berkeadilan. Keywords: Pemerataan, Pembiayaan Pendidikan, Sekolah Menengah Atas, Kebijakan Pendidikan, Studi Pustaka

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of book collection availability on students' reading interest at Madrasah Manba'ul Hidayah Asahan. The method used is library research, where data is collected from various relevant literature and previous studies. The results show that the diversity and quality of book collections significantly affect students' reading interest. Students with access to a diverse range of books tend to show higher reading interest, positively impacting their academic performance. This research provides insights for the madrasah management to continuously improve book collections and design effective strategies to enhance students' reading interest. Keywords: Collection Availability, Reading Interest, Madrasah, Education, Literacy Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan koleksi buku terhadap minat baca siswa di Madrasah Manba'ul Hidayah Asahan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai literatur dan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman dan kualitas koleksi buku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat baca siswa. Siswa yang memiliki akses ke koleksi buku yang beragam cenderung menunjukkan minat baca yang lebih tinggi, yang berdampak positif pada prestasi akademik mereka.
