Abstract

The purpose of analyzing the application of the Land Value Capture (LVC) approach in infrastructure development. This study uses a qualitative methodology to gain an understanding of the concept of value capture and institutional design approaches in certain contexts. The approach method that will be used to carry out this work is in the form of: inventory, analysis and discussion which can further be in the form of: Desk Study (literature study): best practice, related literature and Primary Survey: direct observation in the field. The results of the study are the following factors: the determinants of the success of the implementation of the LVC policy in Semarang City are very likely to make LVC an alternative funding for infrastructure, however, in order to achieve the successful implementation of LVC, the Semarang City government must be able to overcome various challenges.

Abstract

Terboyo Semarang Terminal is getting worse day by day due to tidal water that always inundates the terminal Terboyo Semarang. The existence of the terminal is needed by the community, so the government as a public servant continues to do various ways to make the terminal users feel comfortable. With the condition of the Terboyo terminal which is already less suitable for use as a passenger terminal, the Semarang City Government moved the Main Terminal located west of Semarang City, namely on Jl. Mangkang Raya Semarang in early 2016 with more complete facilities. With the passage of time, the Mangkang Terminal that has been provided by the government is not maximally used by traders, bus crews and passengers. In this study, the data from the research results were analyzed with qualitative methods by conducting direct observation or observation, interviews and documentation. from the results of interviews conducted by researchers, namely the bus crew and traders with the move of the terminal, the income received has decreased, which for the bus crew costs higher for diesel fuel and less time to rest. The use of this qualitative research aims to be more in-depth in understanding how much influence the terminal move has on traders, bus crews and passengers. The results of this research show an adverse impact, namely reduced income for bus crews, traders or sellers at the Terboyo terminal, while the impact on passengers is different, some feel benefited and some feel disadvantaged.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang akan kami laksanakan pada UMKM di Kelurahan Dadapsari Kecamatan Semarang Utara dengan khalayak sasaran pelaku usaha yang ada di Kelurahan Dadapsari. Adapun permasalahan utama adalah selama ini belum terbentuknya KUB dan belum mengetahui tentang pentingnya strategi pemasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini Metode yang digunakan ini adalah pendampingan pembuatan KUB dan penyuluhan tentang strategi pemasaran dan Promosi sehingga produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM  Kelurahan Dadapsari Kecamatan Semarang dapat lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya KUB dan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang pemasaran dan promosi.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located at RT 14 RW 09 Pedurungan Tengah Village with the target audience of UKM in the RT! 4 RW 09 area. Pedurungan Tengah Village, Semarang. These SMEs produce food products whose sales are increasing day by day and have a wider range of consumers. Products that have been sold in the market and are well known do not yet have a name or brand, SMEs do not understand the importance of a brand for a product. They only care about the important product sold. In this Community Service activity to introduce more about the importance of a brand for a product, socialization and an explanation of the importance of the name or product brand are given to differentiate it from other similar products.From the results of this dedication, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand the importance of brands for products that have been produced and make them start thinking about or designing names or brands for their products.

Abstract

This research located in Mangkang Zoo. The aim of the research is to evaluate services that influence the decision to purchase tourism services at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang, by considering perceptions of price as a moderating factor. This research shows that service quality has an impact on purchasing decisions at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang. Meanwhile, other findings, namely price perception, show that service quality has an influence on purchasing decisions, with price as a mediating variable at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang. This illustrates that management has succeeded in implementing an appropriate pricing policy, including in terms of price levels, special price offers, payment processes, payment terms, all of which are in line with the quality of the services provided. The population studied was visitors who decided to use tourist services at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang, with an unspecified number. The sampling method was carried out by chance and involved 100 respondents. The research results are that service quality has an impact on the decision to purchase tourism services at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang. Furthermore, perceptions of price also have a positive and significant influence in strengthening the correlation between service quality and purchasing decisions for tourism services at the Mangkang Zoo, Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT JNE Branch in Depok City. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative method. The population of employees working at PT JNE Branch in Depok City is 44 people. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin census so that a sample of 44 people was obtained. The research instrument used a questionnaire and interview list. The results of the quantitative study were analyzed using Eviews 11. The results of the study obtained partially that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT JNE Branch in Depok City, while simultaneously that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT JNE Branch in Depok City
