Abstract

Conditions in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic have an impact for women. Women must be able to empower themselves optimally so that they can provide added value to the family. This community service activity was carried out at Gampong Sukajadi Kebun Ireng Kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa which aims: (1) to provide socialization to housewives about the use of internet technology and the use of digital marketing technology-based marketing methods, (2) to provide motivation utilization of marketing methods based on digital marketing technology for entrepreneurship, and (3) assistance in making online sales media. This socialization activity was carried out using the lecture method, direct practice, and discussion and question and answer. This activity ends with an evaluation of the program of activities. The evaluation of this service activity was carried out by the PKM Team together with the community and the Sukajadi Kebun Ireng Village apparatus. The result achieved is that community service activities run well and smoothly. This can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the socialization. Village officials and housewives were very active and involved during this socialization activity because they wanted to become strong, independent and prosperous women in order to help the family economy.

Abstract

Community service activities carried out at Karang Anyar Village, Langsa Baro District, Langsa City aimed to: (1) Socialize the types of traditional medicinal plants that are useful for health to housewives, (2) motivate the use of the yard for medicinal plants. traditional medicines, (3) using used materials as a medium for planting traditional medicines. This activity is carried out using counseling, discussion and question and answer methods. The training was carried out on how to plant and nursery by utilizing used goods as media. The result achieved in this activity is that the activity runs smoothly and in accordance with the previously determined plan because it gets positive appreciation from the village apparatus and the surrounding community, this can be seen from the licensing process to the final implementation of the activity. The community, especially housewives, were very enthusiastic in participating in this training activity because they wanted to become an independent and healthy community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product variants and brand image on purchasing decisions of Pucuk Harum Tea in Langsa City. This study used a sample of 96 respondents who are consumers of Pucuk Harum Tea in Langsa City. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression equations, t test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study show Y = 12.518 + 0.584X1 + 0.332X2. The results of the t test stated that product variants had a significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Langsa City. The results of the F test stated that product variants and brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pucuk Harum Tea in Langsa City. The results of the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R2) obtained a value of 0.351 or 35.1% product variants and brand image can explain the purchase decision variable while the remaining 64.9% is influenced by other variables such as: cultural, social, personal, psychological factors and marketing mix .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Tanjung Pura Laundry Savings. The sample used in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is  Y = 3,820 + 0,115X1 + 0,190X2. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Tanjung Pura Laundry Savings, where from the t test results, the t sig value is satisfaction at Tanjung Pura Laundry, where the t test results obtained the t sig value. and location simultaneously have a satisfaction at Tanjung Pura Laundry Savings, where from the F test the F value of sig is obtained. 0.000 < 0.05. From the coefficient of determination test it can be explained that service quality, price, affect customer satisfaction at Tanjung Pura Laundry Savings by 59,4%, while the remaining 40,6% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

The purpose of training the development of family medicinal plants through the participation of the community in Kampung Seuriget, Langsa Barat Subdistrict is to increase the interest of the community to be able to utilize vacant land around the house or yard so as to produce better use value for daily use from the value of family medicinal plants. economical. This training activity involved villagers as suspicious as especially housewives. The implementation of this training involved partners, namely the Seuriget Health Center in West Langsa District. The training method uses the apprenticeship method (direct guidance and work). The family medicinal plant development training was carried out from 7 February 2017 to 10 April 2017 with details of the activities including: making land for cultivation, plant nurseries and planting medicinal plants. The results obtained by the training participants were that they had begun to be able to prepare the land for the crops in the house and to grow crops according to the type of medicinal plants they were interested in. Furthermore, it is expected that the results of this family medicinal plant can be further processed to be able to become food ingredients or other types of processed products of economic value, not just limited to drugs.

Abstract

This research attempts to determine the factors that influence the financial literacy of MSMEs in East Binjai District, including gender, age, education level, and income level. This study had a population of 308 SMEs and a sample of 75 SMEs. Data collection methods are by distributing questionnaires and using measuring instruments like validity and reliability tests. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test and test the coefficient of determination. The results show that the financial literacy of MSMEs in East Binjai District is average in the medium category. The obtained multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.431 + 0.037X1 – 0.222X2 + 0.338X3 + 0.271X4. The results of the t-test variable age, education level and income level have a significant effect, while gender has no significant impact. The results of the F test showed that the variables used in this study significantly affect the level of financial literacy. From the coefficient of determination test results, 82.6% was obtained, and the remaining 17.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iPhone pada Gen-Z (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Samudra). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 1.180+0,388+0,501. Dari hasil uji t dapat dijelaskan bahwa gaya hidup dan kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iPhone pada Gen-Z (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Samudra), di mana masing-masing variabel bebas (gaya hidup dan kualitas produk) memiliki nilai t sig < 0,05. Dari uji F dapat dijelaskan bahwa gaya hidup dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone iPhone pada Gen-Z (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Samudra), di mana F.sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dari analisis koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa gaya hidup dan kualitas produk mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian smartphone iPhone pada Gen-Z (studi kasus pada mahasiswa Universitas Samudra), sebesar 60,0% sedangkan sisanya 40,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia kian menunjukkan geliatnya, tak terkecuali di propinsi Riau. Tahun 2023 telah dilalui sebagai tahun pertama secara utuh perubahan operasional kegiatan usaha Bank Riau Kepri menjadi Bank Umum Syariah (BUS), setelah penetapan tanggal 22 Agustus 2022 sebagai hari Go Live operasional dan kegiatan bisnis menjadi Bank Riau Kepri Syariah secara serentak (Big Bang) di seluruh jaringan kantor Bank Riau Kepri Syariah. Pasca resmi beralih kegiatan usaha, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah menjadi salah satu Bank terbesar dalam peer group Bank Umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ekuitas merek dan nilai nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah. pengaruh ekuitas merek dan nilai nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah di moderasi Islamic Financial Literacy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah bank riau kepri syariah sebanyak 129.898 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 347 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Artinya setiap peningkatan dan perbaikan terhadap ekuitas merek, maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Nilai nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Artinya semakin tinggi nilai yang dirasakan oleh nasabah dari suatu produk atau layanan, semakin tinggi pula tingkat loyalitas mereka. Ekuitas merek berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah di moderasi islamic literacy fianancial. Artinya, semakin baik islamic literacy financial, maka akan meningkatkan ekuitas merek serta meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah. Nilai nasabah berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah di moderasi islamic literacy fianancial.
