Abstract

Pengujian alat monitoring suhu tubuh, detak jantung, saturasi oksigen, dan tekanan darah berbasis internet of things dilakukan untuk memastikan ketahanan dari alat serta perangkat lunak pendukungnya dibutuhkan stress testing. Stress testing yang diujikan pada protokol MQTT antara lain; pengujian waktu koneksi dan konsumsi daya, pengujian publish dan subscribe, dan pengujian alat secara berulang. Stress testing yang diujikan pada API yaitu pengujian dengan beban hingga 100 user dengan ramp up period 10 detik dan loop count 1 yang diuji pada API. Hasil pengujian adalah alat mampu berjalan dengan baik pada kurun waktu hingga 60 menit dan mengkonsumsi sedikit daya, transfer data yang cepat, ringan serta dengan kesesuian antara data yang di-publish dan di-subscribe cukup akurat dengan error sebesar 0.5%. Testing of internet of things-based monitoring tools for body temperature, heart rate, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure is carried out to ensure that the resistance of the tools and their supporting software requires stress testing. The stress testing tested on the MQTT protocol includes; connection time and power consumption testing, publish and subscribe testing, and iterative tool testing. The stress testing tested on the API is testing with a load of up to 100 users with a ramp up period of 10 seconds and a loop count of 1 which is tested on the API. The test results are that the tool is able to run well for a period of up to 60 minutes and consumes little power, data transfer is fast, light and the compatibility between published and subscribed data is quite accurate with an error of 0.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a prototype model for inter-vehicle data exchange services using the LoRa Ra-02 Sx1278 radio module, ESP8266 microcontroller, and WiFi for internet connectivity. This system enables effective, inexpensive, and instant communication. In its implementation, we optimized simple data management to store the results of data exchanges on a database server connected to the internet using the Constraint Application Protocol (CoAP) communication protocol. The system is also capable of vehicle monitoring through a web-based application by integrating a GPS receiver. The application services and prototypes are designed to minimize costs and ease of implementation. Research and Development with a limited sample is the method applied in the development of this prototype. Testing results show that the prototype can exchange data at distances up to 500m with a success rate of 86%. The visualization of the stored vehicle location data can be monitored through the website application.

Abstract

Bali Artha Jaya is a business engaged in the sale of electronic goods and furniture. The sales are carried out conventionally which is still depend on SPG or SPB and do not take advantage of technology. In order to increasing the sales, we need a website that is able to answer these problems. This study aims to design an e-commerce website to provide sales facilities. The data collected during the research were profile data, sales flow data, and product data sold. The design for making a website is obtained by using the Data Flow Diagram (DFD) technique. A table design is made which is equipped with fields that are implemented in a database application program. The data collection method used is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). System testing was carried out using the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) method. Based on the results of system testing, satisfaction data was obtained overall with an average score of 2.40 included in the lower limit (good) category. This value illustrates that the website websites that have been created is good or successful.

Abstract

Automatic pet feeding systems with dispenser models have limitations on the type of feed that is only accomodate dry food, while pets (cats) with a tendency consuming dry food are prone to disease in the urinary system. This research focuses on designing a rotational model automatic pet feeding system that can accommodate both dry food and wet food, also set the feeding time through mobile applications via MQTT by utilizing an ESP32 microcontroller connected to a 5V stepper motor, RTC and load cell sensor. The system has success rate about 90% on pet feeding automation, but the container upper fold has difference angel about 5.4o with the expected position (error rate 6%). Every weight sensor has the successive error rates are 1.41% (1st feed block), 1.91% (2nd feed block), and 0.68% (3rd feed block). The Android application takes only 1-1.5 seconds to displaye the latest feed weight data.

Abstract

Hotel Puri Mesari Sanur menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan tingkat okupansi dan retensi pelanggan, dengan tingkat retensi hanya 32,44%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis segmentasi pelanggan menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering dan memberikan rekomendasi strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Tujuan tersebut adalah untuk memahami karakteristik pelanggan dan meningkatkan potensi pendapatan di tengah persaingan industri perhotelan yang ketat. Data reservasi hotel dari 2018 hingga 2024 dianalisis menggunakan K-Means Clustering, dengan validasi melalui Silhouette Score dan Elbow Method. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tiga cluster pelanggan: Cluster 0 mencakup pelanggan loyal dengan rata-rata 371 kunjungan dan pengeluaran moderat; Cluster 1 terdiri dari pelanggan dengan kunjungan rendah tetapi beragam asal negara; dan Cluster 2 merupakan segmen eksklusif dengan pengeluaran tertinggi dan durasi menginap terpanjang. Rekomendasi strategi pemasaran disusun menggunakan Marketing Mix 4P, lalu pihak manajemen hotel menguji rekomendasi tersebut dengan mengisi kuesioner skala Likert kepada mereka. Hasilnya, didapatkan rekomendasi strategi bagi setiap cluster yang sudah sesuai dan dapat diterapkan di hotel untuk memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan pendapatan.
