Abstract

Abstrak-PT. XYZ ialah salah satu anak perusahaan dari PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia yang berfokus pada layanan Business Process Outsourcing. Penggunaan aset Teknologi Informasi sudah dilakukan oleh PT. XYZ untuk menunjang proses bisnis perusahaan. Perencanaan keamanan informasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan OCTAVE Allegro dalam penilaian risiko. Metode OCTAVE Allegro dipilih karena metode tersebut sudah mencakup tiga aspek keamanan informasi yaitu kerahasiaan, integritas, dan ketersediaan. Penilaian risiko ini akan menjadi acuan untuk membuat langkah mitigasi risiko berdasarkan standar ISO 27001. Penyusunan langkah mitigasi risiko diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat keefektifan dalam penggunaan aset Teknologi Informasi pada PT. XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 15 risiko yang teridentifikasi dan terdapat 14 poin mitigasi risikoKata kunci -keamanan informasi, penilaian risiko, OCTAVE Allegro, ISO 27001.

Abstract

Abstrak — The development of technology at this time is undergoing rapi Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini mengalami perubahan yang pesat dan membuat orang harus beradaptasi. Salah satu kegiatan Freight forwarding adalah kepengurusan dokumen dalam hal ini perusahaan memanfaatkan sistem manajemen untuk memudahkan proses bisnis. Penilitian ini memilih studi kasus penggunaan sistem IFMS karena pengunaannya masih tergolong baru, sehingga diperlukan analisis dan pengkajian untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan dalam mengadopsi teknologi baru. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Technology Readiness Index (TRI). Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 responden pada PT XYZ sebagai sampelnya. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan analisis data dengan uji nilai TRI. Adapun departemen yang dilaksanakan penilaian TRI ialah departemen Finance and Accounting, Sales, Customer Service Operation, dan juga Management. Pengujian nilai TRI pada departemen Finance and Accounting 3,25 berada pada kategori Medium Technology Readiness, nilai TRI departemen Sales 2,84 diperoleh tingkat kesiapan berada pada kategori Low Technology Readiness, pada pengujian nilai TRI pada departemen Customer Service Operation 4,31 berada pada kategori High Technology Readiness dan pada pengujian nilai TRI yang telah dilaksanakan pada departemen Management 3,06 berada pada kategori Medium Technology Readiness. Nilai TRI yang diperoleh tersebut merupakan tingkat kesiapan pegawai dalam penggunaan aplikasi IFMS.Kata Kunci— IT Readiness, Technology Readiness Index (TRI), Sistem Manajemen IFMS, Freight Forwading

Abstract

Abstrak — Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komputer (TIK) mengakibatkan transformasi masyarakat dalam berinteraksi dan berkolaborasi secara online. Aplikasi memberikan manfaat untuk berkolaborasi sehingga memungkinkan untuk penyebaran informasi lebih efisien. Dengan diterimanya teknologi oleh berbagai kalangan merupakan suatu hal yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas untuk membantu pelayanan publik. RT (Rukun Tetangga) merupakan salah satu penyelenggara yang tidak hanya memiliki pekerjaan utama sebagai RT, sehingga dapat berdampak pada pelayanan ke masyarakat, salah satu layanan yang sering dilakukan adalah pembayaran iuran rutin yang digunakan untuk keamanan dan kebersihan lingkungan. Penggunaan layanan aplikasi administrasi masih terbilang rendah bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Abstract

Abstrak — Industri pariwisata memiliki banyak bidang seperti wisata religi, wisata alam, sampai wisata sejarah. Museum menjadi salah satu contoh dari wisata sejarah yang tersebar hampir diseluruh Indonesia, sejarah merupakan aspek yang paling melekat di setiap daerah. Dalam perkembangannya museum menghadirkan berbagai inovasi termasuk pengadopsian teknologi digital, salah satu contoh adopsi teknologi berada di Museum Gedung Sate Bandung yang telah menerapkan teknologi Augmented Reality. Karenanya pada penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana penggunaan teknologi tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke museum dan menggunakan teknologi tersebut di masa depan sehingga dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi dan referensi bagi museum dan penelitian lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang telah dimodifikasi dengan menguji delapan variabel. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran kuesioner ke wisatawan yang pernah berkunjung ke Museum Gedung Sate, nonprobability sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data sedangkan SEM-PLS dan analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua variabel menyatakan pengaruh yang positif dan tujuh variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan AR di Museum Gedung Sate.Kata kunci— Modified Technology Acceptance Model, Augmented Reality, Industri Pariwisata, Museum.

Abstract

This study evaluates the customer satisfaction model in adopting the Web 2.0-based e-Buruan Sae application. The e-Buruan Sae application is an interactive Web 2.0-based application used by the government and the people of Bandung City to manage urban farming activities. This research is quantitative correlational research and applies a research method based on Design Research Methodology (DRM). The stages of this research are the literature review stage with the output of research objectives, the initial empirical analysis stage with the outputs of the hypothesis and research model, the experimental stage for data collection, and the final empirical analysis stage with the output of the data analysis results. This study uses six variables to measure customer satisfaction: ease of use, service quality, interactivity, trust, customer satisfaction, and IT development. The results of empirical testing show that the ease of use and IT development variables do not affect the customer satisfaction variable. In contrast, the remaining variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This research produces measurements to evaluate customer satisfaction on the Web 2.0-based urban farming application.

Abstract

The utilization of e-money in Indonesia has surged, propelled by the expansion of digital payment platforms. Despite their growing prevalence, the dynamics of e-money acceptance within urban environments remain underexplored. This study innovatively extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by incorporating Perceived Security as a new variable, alongside traditional factors such as Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Facilitating Condition. The research focuses on Padang City, a representative urban landscape, where data was collected from 201 valid respondents through online platforms. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The integration of Perceived Security is a novel aspect of this study, reflecting its crucial role in the contemporary urban context of e-money utilization. Results reveal significant relationships among the studied variables, although the impacts of Facilitating Condition on Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Behavioral Intention to Use were not supported. The findings underscore that positive attitude toward e-money significantly boost behavioral intentions to use it, primarily influenced by security perceptions and ease of use. These insights have substantial implications for policymakers and businesses focused on enhancing e-money adoption in urban settings. The study highlights the necessity of addressing user perceptions, particularly security, to foster broader acceptance. The limited influence of Facilitating Conditions suggests that improvements in infrastructure must be coupled with efforts to enhance user trust and ease of interaction with e-money platforms. This research contributes to the field by providing a deeper understanding of the factors driving e-money acceptance in urban areas, guiding targeted strategies for digital financial inclusion.

Abstract

This study reports the development of a web-based Point of Sale (POS) system for Café Sonia, an MSME café setting where day-to-day transaction handling and reporting benefit from a workflow-aligned digital solution. The system was produced using Rapid Application Development (RAD) through short, stakeholder-driven iteration cycles with explicitly bounded scope and systematic feedback incorporation, resulting in an end-to-end POS flow from ordering to receipt and transaction history. Performance metrics reported in this paper are derived from a small-scale JMeter run and should be interpreted as an indicative baseline rather than evidence of peak-hour robustness. No dedicated usability evaluation was conducted; therefore, user-facing quality remains a pending empirical question that warrants task-based usability testing and standardized instruments such as the System Usability Scale (SUS) in subsequent iterations. Debates around RAD often hinge on a perceived tension between development speed and methodological accountability, particularly when systems must remain maintainable beyond the prototype stage. The Café Sonia case suggests that RAD can still yield a coherent, maintainable, and context-fit POS when iteration cycles are guided by stakeholders and the scope is clearly controlled. The novelty lies in providing case-based evidence of RAD’s practical effectiveness for delivering a customized MSME café POS, while the contribution is a traceable development pathway linking requirements capture, iterative prototyping artefacts, and scenario-based functional verification for reuse in comparable small-retail environments.

Abstract

Background: The availability of technological factors largely influences social media adoption as a business support tool for microenterprises worldwide. However, recent studies reveal inconsistencies in the direct influence of technological factors on social media adoption. The proposed mediating variable is essential to address those inconsistencies. Objective: This study aims to identify the mediating role of perceived initial trust in the nexus between technological factors and social media adoption. Methods: Data was collected from 200 owners or staff of Indonesian food and beverage (F&B) microenterprises using a close-ended online questionnaire. Partial least squares equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized for the data analysis process. Results: Findings revealed that cost-effectiveness significantly influences social media adoption, while relative advantage and perceived compatibility have no significant direct impact. Based on the result of PLS-SEM, this study identified a full mediation role of perceived initial trust, especially for relative advantage and perceived compatibility. The presence of potential advantages and compatibility shapes users' decisions to adopt social media through their trust in the early stages.   Conclusion: This study improves the understanding of how perceived initial trust connects technological factors to social media adoption. Furthermore, our study suggests practical implications for the government to create a community of practice involving F&B microenterprise owners. Abstract

The development of a child's motor skills starts when a child is 0 months old to 6 years old. In general, the development of motor skills divided into fine motor development and gross motor development. Fine motor development is a development that involves small muscles to follow certain movements. An example of a game activity to help stimulate small muscle development is the Bag Toss game. This game helps stimulate fine motor development by increasing eye coordination with the hand. In addition to the types of activities that boost fine motor development, it also requires the ability to monitor, record, and process the results of children's activities to assess and analyze the status of a child's fine motor development. In this study, we developed the Bag Toss game system that connected to the Internet of Things (IoT) platform. Bag Toss game has linked with a sensor that will record children's play activities. The results of recording data will be sent to the IoT platform to be processed and presented through the internet network. The implementation of IoT for educational purposes is known as the Internet of Educational Things (IoET). The system built will be tested in terms of functionality, reading accuracy and child assessment. The functionality of the system works 100% according to predetermined component functions, as well as for 100% successful reading accuracy for the scenario of throwing distances of 1 meter and 1.5 meters. In addition, the average delay time for every hole is 0.62 seconds. The delay value can still be tolerated and does not interfere with the game when the child assessment is conducted. The child assessment involved 4 children, the results obtained that 3 children are in the Well Development (BSH) stage and 1 child in Very Well Development (BSB) stage.

Abstract

This research compares the service quality of travel agent applications, which are KAI Access and Traveloka, in booking train tickets using the E-Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. This service quality is measured based on seven dimensions of E-Service Quality, including efficiency, fulfillment, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. Data were collected through questionnaires from 340 respondents who use the KAI Access and Traveloka applications to book train tickets. The collected data were then analyzed descriptively using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique to identify priority attributes for improvement based on user satisfaction and importance levels. Based on the Gap Analysis and evaluation of 340 respondents, both the KAI Access and Traveloka apps require improvements as they still need to meet user expectations. The service quality of KAI Access and Traveloka shows significant differences across various dimensions measured by the E-Servqual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The research results are expected to provide recommendations for both applications to improve service quality and user satisfaction. The comparison of service quality is also expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each application in providing train ticket booking services.
