Abstract

In the era information technology advancement, adaptation and integration of technology have become essential needs for organizations across various sectors. This research endeavors to design and implement an efficient and modern web-based library system to the specific needs of the Jember Regency Prosecutor's Office. This study employs structured analysis to comprehensively understand existing library management processes, and it adopts the waterfall model for system development. This model entails sequential stages, including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing using black box method, ensuring a systematic approach to system development. Data collection techniques involve interviews with key stakeholders and examination of existing systems and processes. Data analysis encompasses identifying challenges and requirements, which inform system design and development. The findings indicate that the newly developed web-based library system effectively addresses identified challenges, streamlining administrative processes and enhancing user experience. Its successful implementation is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency and resource accessibility at the Jember Regency Prosecutor's Office library, contributing to the modernization of library services in Indonesia and paving the way for future advancements in library technology development.

Abstract

Presence is a one of main thing for a State Civil Apparatus (ASN). However, in its implementation, the ASN attendance process currently still uses conventional methods and finger machines, which causes several problems, such as ineffectiveness, inefficiency, and vulnerability to fraud. This research is aimed to develop a presence application using Android-based face recognition and location-based service methods. This study type is research and development use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Spiral that focuses on paying attention to project risks. The liason or data collection stage used is a literature study by looking for relevant study, then direct observation in the field interviews with BKPSDM Bondowoso regarding presence issues, and a questionnaire to collect feedback from respondents as material for further application development, then the data collection results will be used to analyze needs, features and application specifications. The risk analysis stage aims to identify risks that may occur. The engineering stage of the application was built using the Flutter framework and RestfulAPI. The results of application testing state that the application can perform according to its functionality and needs. The study results is an Android application that aims to assist ASN in facilitating attendance via smartphones. According to a survey of 500 people, the application was positively received by Bondowoso County Government.

Abstract

Abstract: In the digital era of transformation, educational websites serve as vital platforms for transparently disseminating information to stakeholders. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Jember Regency Education Department website using the COBIT 5 framework. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness and usability of the Department of Education website in Jember Regency by aligning it with stakeholders' evolving needs through comprehensive evaluation and targeted recommendations. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the research identifies challenges such as mobile optimization issues, slow loading times, security vulnerabilities, and content relevance concerns. Despite commendable accessibility, these challenges significantly impact user experience and website credibility. The findings underscore the urgent need for website optimization, improved security measures, and continuous content updates. This research provides actionable recommendations to align the website with IT governance standards, offering a roadmap for enhancement. Furthermore, the MEA Capability Results highlight discrepancies between the current scores and expected standards, indicating the necessity for comprehensive alignment with COBIT 5 guidelines to optimize website functionality and better meet user expectations.Top of Form            Keywords: COBIT 5 framework; Jember Regency Department of Education; website effectiveness  Abstrak: Pada era transformasi digital, situs web pendidikan menjadi platform penting untuk menyebarkan informasi secara transparan kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Studi ini mengevaluasi efektivitas situs web Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Jember menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan kegunaan situs web Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten Jember dengan menyelaraskannya dengan kebutuhan yang berkembang dari para pemangku kepentingan melalui evaluasi komprehensif dan rekomendasi yang ditargetkan. Dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti masalah optimasi seluler, waktu muat yang lambat, kerentanan keamanan, dan kekhawatiran tentang relevansi konten. Meskipun aksesibilitasnya baik, tantangan-tantangan ini secara signifikan memengaruhi pengalaman pengguna dan kredibilitas situs web. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya pengoptimalan situs web, peningkatan langkah-langkah keamanan, dan pembaruan konten yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat dilaksanakan untuk menyelaraskan situs web dengan standar tata kelola TI, menawarkan panduan untuk peningkatan. Abstract

Pintu air adalah komponen penting dalam sistem pengelolaan sumber daya air, terutama untuk pengaturan aliran air di saluran irigasi, waduk, dan bendungan. Penggunaan teknologi otomatisasi dalam pengoperasian pintu air dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan pintu air otomatis berbasis kontroler logika fuzzy Mamdani. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor untuk mendeteksi level air dan mengirimkan data tersebut ke kontroler logika fuzzy yang akan memproses informasi tersebut untuk menentukan posisi buka/tutup pintu air secara otomatis. Dengan menggunakan metode Mamdani, sistem ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dalam pengukuran dan pengambilan keputusan, sehingga menghasilkan pengaturan aliran air yang lebih optimal. Pengujian sistem dilakukan melalui simulasi dan implementasi prototipe pada skala kecil. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pintu air otomatis ini dapat beroperasi dengan akurat dan responsif terhadap perubahan level air, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan air.

Abstract

The media for transmitting human information in daily life are mainly language and pictures, and scientific and statistical research shows that about 75% of the information humans get from the outside world comes from the visual system, which is obtained from pictures. This shows that image information plays a very important role in conveying information. Later, as technology developed, computers gradually became popular, and people began to use computers to process images. Graphic design is everywhere in modern life, including in packaging, advertisements, books and websites, among many others. Designs are often difficult to create, as they must convey information clearly while also serving an aesthetic goal. Designers now also have to create designs for a variety of display sizes, from mobile phones to posters, and often have to retarget designs of various sizes. Also, many designs are created by inexperienced users with little training in graphic design. Automated tools for creating, adapting, and improving graphic designs can be of great help to designers, and in particular, novice users. Grujugan High School sets graduate targets as educational outcome standards, including: 1) Strong Aqidah, 2) Karimah Morals 3) High academic achievement, 3) Strong leadership, 4) Excellent physical condition, 5) Disciplined, 6) National, global and insightful Islamic, 7) have the basics of entrepreneurial spirit, 8) have basic skills for work, and 9) be independent and have a social spirit. To achieve these output targets in order to achieve the school's vision, the school establishes a school curriculum that combines the National curriculum, namely the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) and the school's distinctive curriculum. The expected outcome in this community service activity is that each student has adequate knowledge and skills regarding graphic design using CorelDraw as a support that relates to the world of graphic design. After each student has adequate basic knowledge and design skills with CorelDraw, the follow-up to this activity is the practice of making poster designs using CorelDraw. This community service activity went smoothly and according to plan, the students gained additional insight and additional skills about the world of graphics and the use of Corel Draw software as a medium to help create simple graphic designs in the form of posters and banners

Abstract

Kartu kredit merupakan salah satu produk perbankan yang telah diterima oleh masyarakat luas sebagai salah satu media pembayaran yang modern, terutama kemudahan-kemudahan yang ditawarkan kepada pemegang kartu (cardholder). Selain kemudahan ada kelemahan yang ada pada sistem perbankan yaitu kejahatan siber, salah satu kejahatan siber adalah carding dengan modus membajak data kartu kredit korban dan kemudian menggunakan secara tidak sah untuk berbelanja secara online. Sedangkan pola penipuan dengan menggunakan kartu kredit, biasanya ketika seorang penipu mendapatkan kartu maka mereka akan menghabiskan seluruh dana yang tersedia. Sehingga mendeteksi kecurangan kartu kredit dengan limit dana yang besar lebih berharga dibandingkan dengan kartu kredit dengan limit dana yang kecil. Algoritma-algoritma heuristik adalah algoritma yang berbasis populasi. Diantaranya adalah algoritma genetika, memetika, dan pencarian tersebar yang telah sukses diberlakukan untuk masalah-masalah optimalisasi. Penelitian ini diusulkan untuk melakukan deteksi dini terhadap penipuan pada kartu kredit dengan menggabungkan algoritma memetika dan pencarian tersebar dengan tujuan mengurangi kemungkinan pemusatan nilai kebugaran yang prematur sehingga bisa mengatasi permasalahan konvergensi dini. Dataset yang digunakan adalah data transaksi harian kartu kredit sebanyak 1.056.320 transaksi. Data tersebut diuji menggunakan cross validation dengan tiga skenario pengujian. Dan dari hasil pengujian tersebut didapatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100%.
