Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan kesulitan serta daya pembeda soal matematika saat Ujian Akhir Semester genap khususnya kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sinjai Timur. Penelitian ini masuk dalam jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Siswa di kelas VIII menjadi subyek dari penelitian ini yang jumlahnya 131 orang. Soal yang digunakan berbentuk uraian. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi agar diperoleh daftar nama , soal sekaligus kunci jawaban, serta seluruh lembar jawaban peserta didik. Data diolah menggunakan aplikasi komputer, yaitu Anates 4.0.5. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan Anates V. 4.0.5 pada soal matematika UAS di kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sinjai timur diperoleh soal yang termasuk sukar berjumlah 3 soal (30%), soal yang termasuk kategori sedang berjumlah 5 soal (50%), dan soal yang termasuk kategori mudah berjumlah 2 soal (20%). Soal dengan daya pembeda jelek berjumlah 1 soal (10%), soal dengan daya pembeda cukup berjumlah 3 soal (30%), soal dengan daya pembeda baik sebanyak 6 soal (60%), dan tidak ada soal dengan daya beda yang baik sekali (0%). Soal yang memiliki daya pembeda yang baik diterima, soal yang memiliki daya pembeda cukup diperbaiki, dan soal yang memiliki daya pembeda yang jelek tidak digunakan. Dengan demikian secara keseluruhan soal matematika yang diujikan pada ulangan akhir semester genap di kelas VIII SMPN 1 Sinjai timur telah cukup baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make LKPD based on TPS cooperative model in order to increase student mathematics learning activities. This study applies the plomp development model with data collection techniques in the form of observation guides, questionnaires, and tests. The subjects are students in class IX from MAN 1 Makassar. From the development activities, the results stated that was made could increase the learning activities of students which were strengthened by the fulfillment of 5 points from 6 predetermined ideal criteria, and the fulfillment of points 3-6 which were the essence of learning. This LKPD has also fulfilled the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a product made, namely the acquisition of the validity category is very valid, the practicality category is positive, and the effectiveness category is very positive.

Abstract

Abstract:This study described the effect of principals’ competencies on madrasah/school accreditation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Tellu Siattinge District in Bone Regency. Substitution of principals frequently occurred, having an impact on the achievement of accreditation. The principals’ competencies were managing and supervisory. Madrasah accreditation was the process of content standards, competency standards for graduates, standards for educators and educational staff, standards for facilities and infrastructure, financing standards, management standards, and procurement standards. Ex-post facto research was used to find the cause of an event. The population was 88 teachers, as well as the sample. The instrument was a questionnaire that was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by testing the hypothesis with the product-moment test and simple regression analysis.  The results showed that the reality of principals competencies with 86.56 of the average response rate was in the very good category with 66.9%. In the reality of madrasah accreditation, the average of respondents’ responses was 87.57, which was in the very good category with 68.2%. Furthermore, there was a positive and significant effect of principals' competencies on accreditation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah throughout Tellu Siattinge District in Bone Regency. The principals’ competencies of madrasah, which was utilized well by their leadership, provided an increase in madrasah accreditation. It was evidenced by 0.832 of the coefficient and 0.000 of the significance.Abstrak:Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompetensi kepala madrasah terhadap akreditasi madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone. Pergantian kepala madrasah sering terjadi, memberikan dampak terhadap pencapaian akreditasi madrasah. Kompetensi kepala madrasah di antaranya kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi supervisi, sedangkan akreditasi madrasah dinilai melalui standar isi, standar proses, standar kompetensi lulusan, standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, standar sarana dan prasarana, standar pembiayaan, standar pengelolaan serta standar penilaian. Penelitian ex-post facto digunakan dalam menemukan penyebab dari suatu peristiwa. Populasi penelitian adalah 88 guru sekaligus sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket serta dianalisis dengan  statistik deksriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji korelasi product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Realitas kompetensi kepala madrasah dengan rata-rata tanggapan sebesar 86,56 berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 66,9%. Realitas akreditasi madrasah rata-rata tanggapan responden sebesar 87,57 berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persenta­se sebesar 68,2%. Selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi kepala madrasah terhadap akreditasi madrasah di Madrasah Tsanawiyah se-Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone. Kompetensi kepala madrasah yang dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh kepala madrasah dalam kepemimpinannya memberikan peningkatan terhadap pencapaian akreditasi madrasah, hal ini terbukti dengan koefisien 0,832 dan siginifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to find out if the application of PBL learning model is effective to students' math learning results, which involved 40 students at SMAN 17 Gowa in Gowa district. This type of research is Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design design. The research instruments used are tests, analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with t-tests. The results of this study showed that there are differences in average math learning outcomes of students who do not use the learning model and who use the PBL model. Implementation of PBL learning model effectively on students' math learning outcomes.

Abstract

The results of the study stated that the innovation of Postgraduate lecturers at UIN Alauddin Makassar during the pandemic, namely the form of innovation was maximized but the effect or impact of the innovation was not maximized, because it was caused by several factors that were constrained by students, for example network disturbances, when students were making presentations. The innovation of Postgraduate lecturers at UIN Alauddin Makassar in managing learning during the pandemic is less effective because based on the observations of researchers, it shows that some students are constrained in the network when the learning process takes place, students do not follow the lesson well, indicated by the presence of students who do not activate the camera, lack of focus in receive the subject matter, so that it does not achieve the proper learning objectives.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in the 2013 curriculum emphasizes the pedagogic dimension which aims to create active students so that they are able to develop their mindset and accustom them to finding solutions to their own problems. This research aims to develop test instrumen to measure computational thinking on number and sequence pattern material in SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa that meets valid and practical criteria. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing test instrumen to measure computational thinking on number and sequence pattern material in SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) that focused on development model of B&G (Borg & Gall) which contains 4 stages: the information gathering stage, the planning stage, the development stage, validation and trial stage. The subjects of the trial were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa. The instruments used in this study were the validation sheet and the teacher response questionnaire. Based on the Results of the study, it was found that (1) the validation results for test instrumen to measure computational thinking were 4,46 so that they only uses a teacher response questionnaire for all aspects in the very positive category with a percentage of 90,6%. So it can be concluded that test instrumen to measure computational thinking on number and sequence pattern material in SMP Negeri 2 Sungguminasa meet the validity and practicality criteria.

Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of contextual teaching and learning in improving students' mathematical connection ability through various previous research results. The method used is a meta-analysis with a quantitative approach. The research samples are the research articles in the form of theses, dissertations, and national journals and international journals that met predetermined criteria. The process of collecting data is conducted by following the prism flow. The data analysis technique is determining the effect size of each study using the standardized mean difference formula. Further statistics of the effect size used is the random effect model. The results of the analysis of the random-effect model show that from the various research results that have been analyzed, it is able to increase students' mathematical connection ability by 85% with very big categories. This indicates that the contextual teaching and learning model provides a huge contribution to the improvement of students' mathematical connection ability.

Abstract

The study of Islamic classical books is crucial in the process of religious understanding. Gontor is one of the pesantren that still maintains the study of Islamic classical books with different methods. This study aims to explain the implementation system of Fatḥ kutub al-turāts in the religious understanding of students at Modern Islamic Institution Darussalam Gontor For Girl Campus 4 South Konawe, the obstacles in its implementation, and the efforts to overcome these obstacles. This research is a descriptive qualitative one that uses observation, interview, and documentation to obtain the whole data. The result of this study shows that Fatḥ kutub al-turāts is an activity of classic books study that aimed religious understanding of the students, that involves student, teachers, facilities, etc. in such procedure. This activity plays an important role in students’ religious understanding in terms of its material and its process that applied a student-centered learning approach, strategies, and methods that allow them to understand the religious materials independently, which is indicated by students’ ability to determine the main ideas, to give an example, to conclude the result of their study, and then convey it in their own language in the form of papers and presentations. The obstacles to this activity are the short duration of implementation, students’ difficulty in studying independently, and classic books that are used are wanting in number and variety. The efforts to overcome these obstacles are by providing briefings, division tasks in a team, escorting students intensively, and coordinating in the procurement of books.

Abstract

This study is aimed to evaluate the learning of Educational Statistics Course at PAI Study Program of STAI Alkhairaat Labuha, Ternate. This is evaluation research, employing the combination of Discrepancy and Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. The study employed mixed methods involving questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The case study method was used, which included total sampling of 14 students. The research results reveal several significant findings: To begin with, the learning gap for Educational Statistics Course for the 2022/2023 Academic Year is relatively small with 11.57%. Second, the lecturers have pedagogical competence and high professionalism in the student's perspectives. This is indicated by the findings that the gap of pedagogical and professional competence is extremely small with 8.35% and 4.20% respectively. Third, the use of Mastery Learning approach to teach Educational Statistics is considered effective and making Google forms and applications to collect data directly from respondents and data processing procedures provides the most effective learning experience for students. The researchers made the following recommendations: firstly, lecturers should design well-developed and structured lesson plans, and enhance student learning with practical skills to make learning more successful. Second, lecturers are encouraged to improve their pedagogical skills, particularly in the topics of material distribution, calculating material, and to increase learning for quartile material and research hypotheses. Third, lecturers should continue using the Mastery Learning approach in the teaching of Educational Statistics. Fourth, lecturers are urged to fully enhance students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor through direct practices and peer collaboration.
