Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Leadership Curriculum di SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek kontekstualnya, Leadership Curriculum dibuat karena dunia di masa yang akan datang membutuhkan karakter-karakter positif, yaitu inovatif, problem solving, dan kolaboratif. Leadership Curriculum mencerminkan visi-misi SDIT Ar-Rahmah Makassar. Adapun tujuan Leadership Curriculum adalah membentuk pemimpin muda yang berintelektual, berakhlak mahmudah, dan religius. Dari segi inputnya, terlihat jelas bahwa beberapa perbaikan dibutuhkan pada bagian tertentu, terutama pada sarana prasarana berupa fasilitas perencanaan pembelajaran, fasilitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan fasilitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Dalam prosesnya, disarankan bahwa program kegiatan peserta didik dipersingkat dan diperdalam programnya, sehingga guru tidak kewalahan. Terakhir, dalam hal produknya bahwa pelaksanaan Leadership Curcicculum sudah mampu menampakkan perubahan karakter pada diri sendiri.

Abstract

One of the most widely recognized evaluation models adapted to education is the Kirkpatrick model. However, this model has limitations when used by evaluators, especially in complex higher education environments. In response to the dearth of collective efforts in addressing these limitations, this paper aims to analyze the implementation of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model in the training on the use of digitization in the library of IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo. Three themes of limitations were found: a tendency towards using the lower levels of the model; rigor that ignores other important aspects of evaluation; and a lack of evidence on the causal chain between the levels. It is suggested that, when using the Kirkpatrick model in higher education, evaluators should overcome these limitations by considering more appropriate methods, integrating contextual inputs in the evaluation framework, and establishing causal links between the levels

Abstract

Evaluation of the Tahfizul Quran Program at the Assalam Manado Islamic Boarding School using the CIPP Model. This research evaluates the success of the Tahfizhul Qur’an at The Assalaam Islamic Boarding School in Manado by using the CIPP Model. The qualitative method is used to collect data through observation, interview, and document analysis. The result shows that the Tahfidzul Qur’an program has been successful with the government’s support and a supportive environment. The input evaluation shows a good assessment of human resources and facilities, although it needs some improvements. The evaluation process shows the effectiveness of the learning method and approaches in memorizing and reciting Qur’an. Product evaluation shows that this program achieves the expected goals. In conclusion, the Tahfidzul Qur’an program at the Assalaam Islamic Boarding School in Manado was successfully implemented with in-depth about success and weaknesses. Recommendations for improvement are given to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of this program, which is expected to contribute to improving knowledge and reciting Qur’an competency properly
