Abstract

Reorganisasi dan penyesuaian-penyesuaian organisasional kadang peerlu untuk dilakukan, karena desain organisasi yang ada pada sebuah perusahaan tidak seharusnya kaku dan keras terhadap perubahan yang ada, tetapi harus mengikuti perubahan yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis desain organisasi Hotel Pelangi Menggunakan Five Star Model pada Hotel Pelangi,   hasil penenlitian menemukan bahwa strategi yang ada belum diiplementasikan dengan baik, struktur organisasi yang dipakai masih sangat sederhana, proses pengambilan keputusan masih kurang pendelegasian tugas dan wewenang kadang belum berjalan efektif, people sejauh ini dirasakan sudah memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan, reward yang diberikan cukup memuaskan bagi karyawan; Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, etnografi, dengan metode pegambilan data menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Dari penilitian yang dilakukan kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah desain organisasi pada Hotel Pelangi belum diterapkan dengan baik. Desain organisasi pada Hotel Pelangi perlu dilakukan penguatan untuk menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

Desain organisasi pada Hotel Pelangi perlu dilakukan penguatan untuk menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitasnya.

Abstract

The performance of each person also depends on management support in the form of organizing, provision of work facilities and infrastructure, security of the work environment and working conditions. Employee performance can improve work quality, both in quality and quantity, provide new knowledge, which will help employees in solving complex problems, through a limited set of activities, and regularly, according to the responsibilities given by the organization. The research entitled “The Influence Of Individual Competency, Discipline and Management Support On The Performance Of Pelangi Hotel Employees in Kupang With Work Motivation As Intervening Variable. The problem in this research is whether individual competence, management discipline and support partially have a significant effect on employee performance with work motivation variables as mediating variables, and whether work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.Population and Sample in this study were 34 employees. Data acquisition tools use questionnaires and direct interviews. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square analysis.The results of this study, management and company owners need to to increase work motivation and performance of Pelangi hotel employees andneed to pay attention to the variables that most influence.

Abstract

Abstrak Peran wanita dalam dunia kerja di era modern semakin berkembang. Wanita tidak lagi hanya terbatas pada peran domestik, tetapi juga aktif dalam berbagai sektor pekerjaan. Dahulu, peran wanita terpaku pada ibu rumah tangga yang mengurus suami dan anak-anak. Namun, seiring perkembangan zaman dan perubahan sosial, peran wanita mengalami pergeseran. (1)Wanita kini memiliki kesempatan untuk bekerja dan berkontribusi dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial. Hal ini melahirkan istilah "wanita karir" atau "ibu yang bekerja". Namun, menemukan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi merupakan tantangan besar bagi wanita karir. Profesi Dosen menempati urutan pertama profesi yang paling banyak diminati para wanita karir. Dosen adalah para profesional akademik yang memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan tinggi dan bertanggung jawab dalam memberikan pengajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di institusi pendidikan tinggi. Tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai Dosen diharapkan dapat seimbang dengan kehidupan pribadi atau keluarga sehingga dengan adanya keseimbangan tersebut dapat tercapai kepuasan kerja dan berdampak pada kinerja Dosen. Permasalahan tentang tingginya beban kerja Dosen dengan kehidupan pribadi atau keluarga dapat terjadi di lingkungan akademik seperti Politeknik Negeri Kupang. Tingginya Tingkat stress dan kelelahan yang dialami karyawan merupakan fenomena yang dapat menurunkan kinerja dan produktivitas karyawan. (3)Bekerja secara professional sudah menjadi tuntutan hidup namun penting juga untuk menerapkan work life balance (keseimbangan antara pekerjaan – kehidupan). Sebab di samping menuntut karyawan untuk dapat melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi secara profesional, organisasi juga mutlak memperhatikan fleksibilitas kerja pegawai dalam menjalankan kehidupan sosial. Berangkat dari uraian tersebut maka penulis perlu melakukan penelitian terkait Pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Dosen Wanita melalui Kepuasan Kerja pada Politeknik Negeri Kupang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja dosen wanita di Politeknik Negeri Kupang melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Work life balance, Wanita, Kepuasan kerja , Kinerja. Abstract The role of women in the world of work in the modern era is growing. Women are no longer limited to domestic roles, but are also active in various work sectors. In the past, the role of women was focused on housewives who took care of their husbands and children. However, along with the development of the times and social changes, the role of women has shifted. (1) Women now have the opportunity to work and contribute to economic and social development. This gave rise to the term "career women" or "working mothers". However, finding a balance between work and personal life is a big challenge for career women. The profession of Lecturer is ranked first as the profession that is most in demand by career women. Lecturers are academic professionals who have higher educational qualifications and are responsible for providing teaching, research, and community service in higher education institutions. The duties and responsibilities of a Lecturer are expected to be balanced with personal or family life so that with this balance, job satisfaction can be achieved and have an impact on the Lecturer's performance. The problem of the high workload of Lecturers with personal or family life can occur in academic environments such as the Kupang State Polytechnic. The high levels of stress and fatigue experienced by employees are phenomena that can reduce employee performance and productivity. (3) Working professionally has become a demand of life but it is also important to implement work life balance. Because in addition to demanding employees to be able to carry out tasks and functions professionally, the organization also absolutely pays attention to employee work flexibility in carrying out social life. Departing from the description, the author needs to conduct research related to the Influence of Work Life Balance on the Performance of Female Lecturers through Job Satisfaction at the Kupang State Polytechnic. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work life balance on the performance of female lecturers at the Kupang State Polytechnic through the level of job satisfaction.. Abstract

UMKM di Amanuban Barat, Nusa Tenggara Timur, merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian lokal dengan potensi besar, terutama dalam sektor pertanian, kerajinan tangan, dan produk lokal berbasis budaya. Namun, mayoritas UMKM di wilayah ini masih mengandalkan sistem konvensional dan belum terintegrasi dalam ekosistem ekonomi digital. Di era ekonomi digital, UMKM memiliki peluang besar untuk berkembang, antara lain: akses pasar yang lebih luas melalui platform digital, promosi produk dengan biaya rendah melalui media sosial, serta kemudahan dalam transaksi keuangan melalui teknologi finansial. Selain itu, produk-produk lokal memiliki daya tarik budaya yang kuat dan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan jika dikemas dan dipasarkan secara modern. Namun, berbagai tantangan juga dihadapi. Tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, rendahnya literasi teknologi di kalangan pelaku UMKM, kurangnya akses terhadap pelatihan digital, serta lemahnya daya saing produk lokal di tengah masuknya produk dari luar melalui e-commerce. Sebagai solusi praktis, disarankan adanya pelatihan digital berbasis komunitas yang aplikatif dan mudah dipahami, pendirian pusat digital desa (digital hub) sebagai ruang belajar dan promosi, serta pemberdayaan generasi muda sebagai pendamping teknologi. Kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM menjadi kunci keberhasilan transformasi digital ini. Melalui pendekatan ini, UMKM Amanuban Barat diharapkan tidak hanya mampu bertahan, tetapi juga tumbuh dan bersaing dalam era ekonomi digital secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on research to the nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first as the main material for building research foundations, building hypotheses, and proving hypotheses in this study. The data used in this study is quantitative data that researchers obtain directly or are also commonly referred to as primary data obtained from Zuri Group hotel employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as two hundred and fifty employees. The data obtained by the researcher were distributed through an online questionnaire containing ten questions with five choices including the choice of strongly agree, the choice of agree, the choice of so-so, the choice of disagree, and the choice of strongly disagree. The data obtained by the researcher were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance and the Resonant Leadership Style variable can strengthen the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance. The results of the second row of the third table above show that the Human Resource Information System variable can have a positive relationship direction and significant influence on Employee Performance can be accepted because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.004. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the higher the Human Resource Information System, the higher the Employee Performance. In the next row, the Resonant Leadership Style variable can also moderate the influence of the Human Resource Information System variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing of 0.004. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

consumer behavior from conventional shopping to e-commerce, where electronic service quality (e-service quality) and price perception have become important factors influencing purchasing decisions. Tokopedia, as one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, faces challenges in maintaining customer satisfaction amid intense competition. This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and price perception on purchasing decisions on Tokopedia, with a case study on students from the Business Administration Department, Company Management Study Program, at the State Polytechnic of Kupang. The sample consisted of 65 respondents. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, and the data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression with SPSS.

Abstract

Abstract The community service activity that was carried out on November 23, 2024 was quite successful in attracting community participation and visitors to Paradiso Beach. The activity was packaged in the form of an interesting mini event, this activity successfully combined the transfer of waste sorting knowledge with entertainment. Not only sharing knowledge but also providing entertainment to the surrounding community with regional dances and modern dance as entertainment and preservation of local culture. This event was guided by a professional host to make it more interesting and presenting singers as performers. This event was opened directly by the Head of Oesapa Barat and attended by around 30 local residents and dozens of other visitors to Paradiso Beach. Keyword: Paradiso, Beach, Waste Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan pada 23 November 2024 ini tergolong sukses dalam menarik partisipasi masyarakat dan pengunjung Pantai Paradiso. Kegiatan di kemas dalam bentuk mini event yang yang menarik, kegiatan ini berhasil menggabungkan transfer ilmu pemilahan sampah dengan hiburan. Tidak hanya membagikan ilmu tapi juga memberikan hiburan kepada masyarakat sekitar dengan tarian daerah dan modern dance sebagai hiburan dan pelestarian budaya lokal. Adapun acara ini dipandu oleh host professional agar semakin menarik dan menhadirkan penyanyi sebagai pengisi acara. Acara ini dibuka langsung oleh Lurah Oesapa Barat dan dihadiri sekitar 30 warga setempat dan puluhan pengunjung Pantai Paradiso lainnya. Kata Kunci: Paradiso, Pantai, Sampah

Abstract

Communication is the key to the success or failure of a target achieved and carried out by an employee. If employees are trapped in an atmosphere of confusion but have good communication, researchers believe employees can resolve it through good communication. Based on this, this research aims to analyze the influence of communication on employee performance. In contrast to a number of previous studies, this research adds the Work Team variable as a moderating variable which is believed to strengthen the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach which uses a number of previous studies related to Organizational Communication, Employee Performance and Work Teams as a reflection and is combined into the latest research and at the same time has differences from previous studies. This research uses primary data that researchers obtained from Bank Bukopin which is spread throughout Indonesia. The data was distributed via an online questionnaire with statements 1-5 containing the sentences strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree and strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool The result in this article show that the Communication variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on Employee Performance because the P-Values are positive and are below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.021. Apart from that, researchers also believe that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on the Employee Performance variable because with good teamwork chemistry will arise which forms good communication and ultimately improves the performance of each employee. In line with this, the results from the second row of the third table of the flow coefficient show that the Teamwork variable can moderate the influence of the Communication variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this study can be accepted and validated.
