Abstract

This research is based on the experiences of the extent to which employees are motivated to give intensity to work and function of organizational culture, motivation and leadership that is built by this company. This research aims to know the influence of organizational culture, motivation and leadership against the performance of employees. This type of research is quantitative research with correlation analyze the techniques used is multiple regression. Tools used in this research is the scale. The population in this research is the 120 employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Unit Kedai Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh pengalaman-pengalaman dimana karyawan termotivasi untuk memberikan intensitas dalam bekerja dan dalam fungsi budaya perusahaan, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan yang dibangun oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisa korelasi menggunakan teknik multiple regression. Alat penelitian yang digunakan adalah scale. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 120 karyawan dari PT. Bank Riau Kepri Unit Kedai Kota Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the input analysis of Team Composition (HOCH MODEL) Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. Primary data wa s collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the study, the dat analysis technique in this study used SPSS, the sampling technique that has been selected is the Descriptive Analysis method (82 Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University). The results show that: 1) Surface Level Diversity at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University is very good with E-learning 2) Deep Level Diversity at the Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University agrees that Deep Level Diversity can lead to good things in the Team Composition 3) Knowledge, Skills, Ability at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau agrees that Knowledge, Skills, Ability are very important when carrying out Elearning learning 4) Other Individual Diferences at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau agrees that Other Individual Diferences are very important important to do in a team in carrying out E-learning learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The population in this study is the active undergraduate student class of 2017. The sampling technique was the purposive sampling method (85 students from 562 students based on criteria). To prove the study's findings, primary data were collected in this study using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Multiple regression analysis by the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The results show that: 1) there is an effect of entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; 2) there is an effect of locus of control on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; 3) there is an effect of the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students; and 4) there is an effect simultaneously of entrepreneurship education, locus of control, and the need for achievement on the entrepreneurial intentions of undergraduate students.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha ekonomi kreatif merupakan salah satu program Pemerintah untuk mendukung peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Salah satu jenis ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan adalah usaha sektor kuliner. Daerah Pekan Baru Riau memiliki potensi ekonomi kreatif yang dapat dikembangkan, terlihat dari banyaknya pelaku usaha kuliner yang memproduksi beragam jenis makanan cemilan. Salah satu usaha yang terdapat di Daerah Pekan Baru Riau ini adalah usaha kuliner Kue khas Riau yang tersohor adalah lopek bugi. Kue ini dulunya hanya bisa dinikmati oleh kaum bangsawan, namun seiring dengan berkembangnya zaman, kue dengan campuran beras ketan ini bisa nikmati sebagai sarapan atau ketika perayaan hari besar. Pengolahan produk lopek bugi. Kue yang ada saat ini masih menggunakan peralatan tradisional dan lingkup pemasarannya pun terbatas hanya di desa sekitar. Produk lopek bugi yang dihasilkan hanya terdiri dari dua pilihan rasa yaitu gurih dan manis yang dibungkus dengan kemasan produk yang masih sederhana. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan inovasi untuk menjadikan produk lopek bugi sebagai salah satu kuliner favorit yang diminati oleh masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat diantaranya adalah pelatihan cara pembuatan lopek bugi dengan pengembangan inovasi rasa dan seminar tentang teknik kreatif pengemasan produk dan strategi memasarkan produk di era milenial.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention means someone with the intention of starting a business will have better readiness and progress in the business being run than someone without the intention of starting a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support, academic support, and creativity on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. This type of research is called descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 80 people. Data collection techniques with questionnaires The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS software version 20. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that simultaneously show that social support, academic support, and creativity have an influence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students in the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. The managerial implication in this study is that parents and friends can provide social support to students. FEB UNRI can provide academic support in the form of holding entrepreneurial events such as seminars and bazaars. Students further increase creativity in entrepreneurship by finding new ideas that are suitable for business in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Compensation (X2),, and Work Environment (X3), on the Performance (Y) of Employees of the Production Division of PT. Ramajaya Pramukti, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The research population was 163 people and for sampling using the slovin method were 116 people. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The results show that: 1) Leadership has a significant effect on performance; 2) Compensation has a significant effect on performance; 3) Work environment has a significant effect on performance; 4) Leadership, Compensation, and Work Environment have a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik melalui Motivasi Kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode teknik Sampling Jenuh. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, 4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan dan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui motivasi kerja, 5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study included all permanent employees of the production department which amounted to 55 employees. Primary data were collected with questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis (path analysis) using the SPSS 26 for windows program. The sampling technique is carried out by means of a census, which is to make the entire population into a sample of 55 employees. The results of this study show that: 1) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 4) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; 7) work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik tentang adanya peluang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berdasarkan potensi desa yaitu sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Pada tahap sosialisasi diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang ekonomi kreatif berdasarkan potensi desa. Kemudian pada tahap implementasi dibuat beberapa jenis ekonomi kreatif yaitu: membuat keripik jagung, stick pepaya muda, pembuatan konten berbasis digital makanan khas daerah dan membuat desain lahan pertanian yang terkoneksi dengan pembelajaran. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menghasilkan ekonomi kreatif berdasarkan potensi desa.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competence, self-efficacy, motivation and work environment on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) and casual daily workers (THL) at the Indragiri Hulu Regency Library Service located on Jalan Regent Tulus, Sekip Hulu, Kec. Rengat, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau 29319. This research is quantitative research with data collection using interview methods and distributing questionnaires. The research population and sample were 77 employees consisting of 32 ASN people and 45 THL people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The research results show that Competence, Self-Efficacy, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN and THL employees. Based on the research results, it also shows that Competency, Self-Efficacy, Motivation and Work Environment partially have a significant effect on the performance of ASN and THL employees.
