Abstract

Class Action Research (PTK) is a type of research carried out by teachers to improve learning practices in the classroom, create effective learning, and at the same time as an effort to increase teacher professionalism. The results of initial observations of research objects found that not all Santa Maria Pekanbaru High School teachers were able to design PTK due to a lack of understanding steps in carrying out PTK and procedures of writing scientific papers, lack of motivation and fighting power in carrying out PTK. PTK writing training activities at Santa Maria Pekanbaru High School will be held in March 2024 who attended of 48 participants. This PKM activity intended to provide information to teachers about the importance of PTK for teachers so that they can solve educational problems and will help improve the quality of education. This training includes several stages, namely planning, presentation of material and participants' discussion. The results of the service activities indicate that teachers understanding of PTK increases and have held discussions related to PTK topics where the final result is that there are 6 (six) teams of teachers who already have PTK topics.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work motivation, work flexibility, job stress, and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka in Pekanbaru. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT. Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka, totaling 40 individuals; therefore, a census sampling technique was employed, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software, which included tests of instrument validity and reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square). The results indicate that work motivation, work flexibility, and teamwork have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, work flexibility, stres kerja, dan kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka di Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka yang berjumlah 40 orang, sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sensus, dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS yang meliputi uji validitas dan realibiltas instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, work flexibility, dan kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
