Abstract

  Imunisasi dasar adalah pemberian imunisasi awal untuk mencapai kadar kekebalan diatas ambang perlindungan. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi status kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi adalah motivasi ibu. Mengetahui hubungan motivasi ibu dengan status kelengkapan imunisasi dasar pada bayi di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Guntung Manggis. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan retrospektif (case control study). Responden penelitian berjumlah 90 responden menggunakan simple random sampling dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen berupa kuesioner motivasi ibu, lembar wawancara dan lembar observasi status kelengkapan imunisasi dasar. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square test.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to elucidate three key aspects related to Dewa's character in the novel "Invalidite": (1) the internal conflicts experienced by Dewa, (2) the various manifestations of these inner conflicts, and (3) an exploration of Dewa's unmet needs within the context of the novel "Invalidite." This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques involve meticulous reading and note-taking, tailored to the primary data source, namely Faradita's novel "Invalidite." The researcher engaged in a thorough examination of the novel's text, systematically documenting all information about Dewa's inner conflicts. Additionally, relevant data such as words, sentences, or paragraphs depicting Dewa's inner conflicts, behaviors, and unfulfilled needs were identified and recorded. This research reveals distinct forms of inner conflict within Dewa's character, encompassing anxiety, trauma, fear, anger, and indecision. Furthermore, this research sheds light on Dewa's unmet needs as the primary drivers of his internal conflicts, specifically: (1) unfulfilled physiological need, (2) unmet need for security, (3) unmet need for love and affection, and (4) unmet need for recognition. In summary, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the inner conflicts and unmet needs of Dewa's character in the novel "Invalidite," drawing on Abraham Maslow's framework. The identified forms of inner conflict and unfulfilled needs contribute to a nuanced exploration of Dewa's psychological landscape in the narrative.

Abstract

Folktales are one of the widespread literary works in the community. Folktales in one region may differ in themes, storylines, and aspects from the other. Examples of such differences can be seen in the Indonesian folktale "Ular N’Daung dan Si Bungsu" and the Chinese folktale "The Legend of the White Snake." This study aims to describe the division of episodes and socio-cultural factors contained in the two stories. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The research data were analyzed using the structuralism theory and described qualitatively. The results showed that these two folktales both have a similar plot that consists of the initial meeting, conflict, and resolution. The difference lies in the number of episodes and storylines, considering that the length of the folktales is also different.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kebugaran jasmani bermanfaat bagi anak sekolah untuk menunjang gerak fisik dan daya tahan jantung paru, yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh indeks massa tubuh. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan indeks massa tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling terhadap 77 anak usia 10-12 tahun terdiri dari laki laki 44 dan 33 perempuan MIN 9 Hulu Sungai Tengah tahun 2018. Penilaian Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani menggunakan metode rockpot/single test. Dilakukan pengukuran antropometri untuk indeks massa tubuh. Analisis menggunakakan uji korelasi spearman.. Hasil: Berdasarkan uji korelasi spearman pada subjek keseluruhan didapatkan hubungan korelasi negatif yang lemah antara indeks massa tubuh dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani, didapatkan nilai p < 0,005 (p=0,009) sangat bermakna pada interval kepercayaan 95% dan nilai koefisien korelasi r = -0,297 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi IMT semakin rendah TKJ. Diskusi: Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT) mempengaruhi pengukuran terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Disarankan kepada anak usia 10-12 meningkatkan pengeluaran energi dengan aktifitas fisik.

Abstract

This research aims to describe objective reality, dialectical movements and emancipatory critical expressions in the novel Kereta Semar Lembu using Georg Lukacs' socialist realism theory. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with the literary sociology approach of Georg Lukacs. Data collection techniques used include reading, taking notes and conducting literature studies. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this research found that there is social reality 1) objective reality is reflected through the phases of oppression during colonial rule, Japanese colonialism and the era of independence, with people suffering as a result of inhumane colonial policies, 2) the dialectical movement in this novel plays a crucial role in understanding the dynamics of history and social change, seen through workers' resistance, the struggle for independence, and the difficulty of achieving peace between the Republic of Indonesia and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, 3) emancipatory critical expressions are reflected in various forms of resistance, showing the critical spirit of the figures in facing colonialism and inequality at that time.

Abstract

Dysgraphia is a writing disorder that is often found in children in elementary school. Dysgraphia children are usually called children with special needs or stupid because they are slow in conveying their thoughts through writing. The attitude towards dysgraphia children by teachers and parents is still very lacking and often considered trivial. Therefore, parents and teachers must act actively in learning children's written language. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and characteristics of written language errors of dysgraphia children aged 9-12 years in the Inclusion Class and to find out the appropriate method for learning written language for dysgraphia children in the Inclusion Class. This research used the qualitative method. The results showed that written language errors in each child were different in terms of the shape of the letters, the thickness of the writing, and the error patterns experienced by each child. The error that is often found in child 1 is the replacement of reflected letters. Child 2 is writing letters upside down. Child 3 is the replacement of consonants. And child 4 is the addition of letters. To help children with dysgraphia learn, various methods of learning are needed, which need to be practiced continuously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji emosi tokoh utama perempuan dalam novel My Psychopath Boy Friend karya Bayu Permana menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Dengan menggunakan teori klasifikasi emosi David Krech, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tujuh jenis emosi utama yang dialami tokoh Shin Yura, yaitu rasa bersalah, rasa bersalah yang dipendam, menghukum diri sendiri, rasa malu, kesedihan, kebencian, dan cinta. Metode deskriptif kualitatif diterapkan melalui analisis interaktif terhadap teks novel menggunakan teknik baca-catat dan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dinamika emosional yang kompleks dalam hubungan toksik, menggambarkan dampak psikologis yang mendalam terhadap tokoh utama. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi pada kajian sastra psikologi dengan menyoroti bagaimana konflik emosional dapat diungkapkan melalui karya sastra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada konflik sosial dan penyelesaian terhadap konflik novel Rintik Sedu berjudul Pukul Setengah Lima, adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis bentuk konflik sosial dan penyelesaian terhadap konflik pada novel. Metode yang peneliti gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, dalam menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif tentunya penelitian ini akan mengamati, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan secara terperinci. Teknik simak catat diterapkan sebagai pengumpulan data, adapun data yang digunakan yaitu kalimat pada novel, paragraf, serta kutipan-kutipan pada novel. Penelitian ini juga termasuk ke dalam penelitian karya sastra dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Teori konflik sosial Georg Simmel digunakan untuk menganalisis data pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan terdapat empat konflik sosial pada novel Pukul Setengah Lima karya Rintik Sedu yaitu: 1) konflik antagonik, 2) konflik hukum, 3) konflik kepentingan, dan 4) konflik hubungan intim atau akrab. Temuan penelitian ini juga terdapat penyelesaian konflik seperti yang dikemukakan oleh George Simmel, yakni: (1) penyelesaian masalah dengan penghapusan dasar konflik; (2) penyelesaian masalah dengan kemenangan satu pihak; (3) dan penyelesaian masalah dengan kompromi.

Abstract

Parenting is the act of caring or pattern provided by families to children to achieve growth and development. The implementation of parenting psychoeducation in the family is one way to change knowledge in individuals and families so that it can improve family functions in preventing stunting in children in the family. The purpose of implementing this community service is to increase family understanding and knowledge in implementing stunting prevention behaviors in children through proper family parenting to prevent stunting in children. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out by the method of lectures and group discussions. This activity was attended by 41 residents and was attended directly by village heads, cadres, and community health center officers. Before the provision of psychoeducation, a pre-test was carried out related to the participants' knowledge about family parenting to prevent stunting in children and the results of the participants' knowledge were quite good (average score of 60%) and after the provision of psychoeducation, there was an increase in the participants' knowledge to be good (average score to 80%). It can be concluded that through psychoeducational activities can increase participants' knowledge. Pola asuh merupakan cara pengasuhan atau pola pengasuhan yang diberikan oleh keluarga pada anak untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Pelaksanaan psikoedukasi pola asuh pada keluarga merupakan salah satu cara untuk merubah pengetahuan pada individu dan keluarga sehingga dapat meningkatkan fungsi keluarga dalam mencegah stunting pada anak di dalam keluarga. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan keluarga dalam menerapkan perilaku pencegahan stunting pada anak melalui pola asuh keluarga yang tepat untuk mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi kelompok. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 41 orang warga dan dihadiri secara langsung oleh kepala desa, kader, dan petugas pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Sebelum pemberian psikoedukasi dilakukan pre test terkait pengetahuan peserta tentang pola asuh keluarga untuk mencegah stunting pada anak dan didapatkan hasil pengetahuan peserta cukup baik (rata-rata skor 60%) dan setelah pemberian psikoedukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta menjadi baik (rata-rata skor menjadi 80%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan psikoedukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta.
