Abstract

The performance of every professional person will not be different under any circumstances, even if the conditions are difficult. The covid-19 pandemic period is seen as a difficult time for all parties without the exception of Islamic religious education teachers. This article aims to reveal how the performance of Islamic religious education teachers in the covid-19 period, the information presented in this article in the form of verification of data found in the field. The approach used is in the form of a qualitative approach with a type of verification. Data is collected through observations, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques are interactive. The results of the study were the performance of Islamic religious education teachers in Padang Utara sub-district, first islamic religious education teachers had the same performance in academic aspects evidenced by the achievement of the completion of at least 100% of learners who passed 100% in religious subjects in Padang Utara Sub-district. These results can be verified with various documents and interview data on all parties who have ties to State Elementary School in Padang Utara Sub-District. Second, Islamic religious education teachers have a good performance in the administrator aspect, such as the ownership of syllabus, RPP, education calendar and learning media used during PAI learning in the Covid-19 period.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dihadapkan terhadap berbagai problem khususnya terkait dengan langkah mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan menganalisis penggunaan Quantum Quotion, secara khusus tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen sebelum penggunakan  strategi Quantum Quotient di SMP Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen setelah penggunaan strategi Quantum Quotient di SMP Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan 3) Berapa besar kontribusi penggunaan strategi Quantum Quotient terhadap hasil belajar pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan 4) Untuk mengetahui dan menguji interaksi antara pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Teluk Kuantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif menggunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperiment, dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi,pre test dan post test, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran Quantum Quotient dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. 2) terdapat perbedaan yang sinifikan hasil belajar siswa yang  diajarkan setelah menggunakan strategi quantum quotient dengan siswa  yang diajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional; 3) terdapat beberapa kontribusi penggunaan terhadap hasil belajar siswa yang  yang diajarkan menggunakan strategi quantum quotient dengan pembelajaran konvensional; 4) tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran  siswa terhadap hasil belajar PAI siswa.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the madarasah environment, namely the classrooms that do not match the number of students at MTs Negeri 1 Pasaman Barat. It causes the  students undergo the teaching and learning process in the madrasah hall and in the library room, incomplete learning equipment, and the absence of student cooperatives. The monotonous teaching style results  low student achievement, as there are teachers who are still not optimal in providing variations in teaching styles in the teaching and learning process. For this reason, researchers are interested in seeing the relationship between the madrasah and the teaching style of teachers on learning achievement in Arabic. This study used quantitative methods with a correlation research design and an ex post facto design approach. The sampling technique was stratified random sampling. While the data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data processing techniques using analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing. The results showed that  the madrasah  had a significant relationship with Arabic learning achievement at MTs Negeri 1 Pasaman Barat, namely 22.8%, while 77.2% was influenced by other variables. The two teaching styles had  significant relationship with Arabic learning achievement by 12.9%, while 87.1% were influenced by other variables, the three madrasah environments and teacher teaching styles jointly affect Arabic learning outcomes by 21.4% and 78.6% more influenced by other variables. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, there was a relationship between the madrasah environment and the teaching style of teachers together on Arabic learning achievement where Fcount> Ftable is 4.439> 2.200, then statistically Ha was  accepted and H0 was  rejected.

Abstract

Hasil belajar bidang fiqih banyak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, seperti halnya motivasi siswa dalam mendalami ajaran agama yang dianutnya baik untuk kebutuhan bermasyarakat maupun pribadinya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh dari penghasilan orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil pembelajaran bidang Fiqih. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi penelitian berjumlah 177 orang, dari total populasi tersebut peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 123 orang. Data peelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan orang tua mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55%, sementara variable X2 yakni motivasi mempengaruhi sebesar 45%, dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa X1 dan X2 sama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap Y (hasil belajar bidang fiqih).

Abstract

Tingkat motivasi peserta didik tidak jarang dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana kompetensi pendidik menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur besaran kontribusi kompetensi profesionalime yang dimiliki guru terhadap peningkatan motivasi peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampel, teknik analisis data menggunakan dilakukan melalui berbagai uji dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian adalah kompetensi profesionalisme guru memberikan kontribusi berdasarkan adjusted R square sebesar 0.510 hal ini berarti 51% dari variabel peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di MIN 2 Pasaman Barat dipengaruhi oleh variabel konstribusi kompetensi profesionalisme guru, adapun 49 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh aspek lain di luar cakupan penelitian

Abstract

Researchers found problems in the practice of the role of teachers and parents during online learning for students. Based on these conditions, the role of teachers and parents becomes what students need during learning. Therefore, the author raised this qualitative research with the title `The Role of Teachers and Parents in Learning Morals during the Covid-19 Pandemic at MTsN 2 Pasaman: A Case Study of Student Interest in Learning.` Problem formulation: (1) What is the role of teachers and other people? parents in online learning of morals during the covid 19 pandemic to students of MTsN 2 Pasaman? (2) What is the role of teachers and parents in fostering interest in religious learning, especially moral aqidah to students of MTsN 2 Pasaman? to students of MTsN 2 Pasaman. (2) The role of teachers and parents in cultivating interest in learning Islam, especially the moral creed towards the students of MTsN 2 Pasaman.Research method: This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Descriptive research aims to make research results real, accurate, and systematic about a series of real events and characteristics of certain regions and communities. Data collection techniques apply interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results of this study were determined by the level of knowledge, the presence of parents, and interaction. So, students who have parents with religious knowledge are also good, and are more at home, then the role of parents can be given as a whole in learning morals. On the other hand, students who have parents with less knowledge or religious knowledge, and are busy working, have a limited role in learning activities for their children's morals and beliefs. Parents provide motivation, messages, advice, sanctions (punishments) and rewards (rewards) to their children. This is done to foster interest in learning the religion of their children who study at school or at home. Therefore, parents have performed their roles as motivators, educators, discipline enforcers, and regulators or controllers. All of these roles are carried out differently for each parent, depending on the level of knowledge and religious basis, as well as the intensity of the meeting between parents and children in interacting while at home.

Abstract

Wirid youth activities, ramadhan pesentren and dawn education is one of the icons of religious activities in Padang City which was instructed by the Mayor with the Instruction of the Mayor of Padang No. 451.286 year 2012, This activity is carried out as a forum to instill the values of aqidah or morality, as well as as a platform to improve the reading ability of qur'an for teenagers in Padang City, especially those students of junior high school / MTs, but nevertheless not all mosques and mushalas in Tangah Yan City Sub-District carry out this activity. The implementation of Youth Wirid at Masjid and Mushala in Koto Tangah District of Padang city has generally been carried out in accordance with Padang Mayor's Instruction Number 451.286 year 2012. In terms of the effectiveness of Padang Mayor's Instruction No. 451.286 of 2012 in encouraging the Implementation of Juvenile Wirid in Mosques and Mushala in Koto Tangah District of Padang City, it was found that not all mosques or mushallas held carry out this instruction. The supporting factor of youth wirid activities in Mosques and Mushala in Koto Tangah Koto Padang sub-district is instruction from the mayor, caretaker or pincer wirid as well as the facilities and infrastructure owned by the mosque or mushala. Then the Inhibitor Factor consists of Internal and extrenal. The impact of Wirid Remaja and its Relevance to Moral Development in Mosques and Mushala in Koto Tangah Sub-District of Padang City, obtained results that the activities of this youth wirid has had a positive influence on the morality of teenage wirid participants, both morally on God, on others as well as on the environment.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi terkadang tidak diiringi dengan peningkatan kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam bidang pendidikan, sementara setiap perkembangan zaman membutuhkan inovasi bagi guru maupun tenaga kependidikan. Oleh karenanya, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan berbagai aspek yang terkait dengan perubahan yang kemungkinan terjadi di era society 5.0 pada dunia pendidikan, terutama guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi yang dimulai dengan kegiatan seminar yang dilanjutkan dengan tanyajawab. Hasil kegiatan membuktikan bahwa melalui kegiatan ini pengetahuan guru dan tenaga kependidikan meningkat terkait dengan kebijakan yang akan diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan menyongsong era society 5.0, dan yang terpenting adalah semangat menyongsong era society 5.0 di kalangan guru dan tenaga pendidik terlihat sangat tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of the Islamic Religious Education Subject Teacher Forum in improving the competence of junior high school educators in Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra. The focus of this research was placed at the Junior Secondary School Islamic Religious Education Subject Teacher Forum in Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the research data sources were the management of the MGMP PAI SMP and Islamic Religious Education teachers, the supervisor coordinator, the coordinator of Islamic Religious Education subjects and the principal. In line with that, as a data collection instrument the researcher used observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, a triangulation process was used. Then the data collected was analyzed through three levels, namely; data display, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study found three main things, namely: first, efforts to increase pedagogic and professional competence have been carried out by MGMP PAI, but a number of planned programs have not been fully realized, because they are hindered by the distance from the far area, lack of motivation of educators to improve self quality, and besides that there are still many educators who are not technologically illiterate. Second, the challenges faced are too much teaching load, the planned MGMP PAI schedule is not fully used by educators for PAI MGMP activities, the PAI MGMP membership with the status of civil servants tends to experience a decrease in number due to entering retirement. Third, some educators are not ready to implement learning innovations. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Pariaman, Sumatera Barat. Lokus penelitian ini ditempatkan di Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sedangkan sumber data penelitian adalah pengurus MGMP PAI SMP dan guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, koordinator pengawas, koordinator mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan kepala sekolah. Sejalan dengan itu, sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk memastikan keabsahan data digunakan proses trianggulasi. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis melalui tiga level, yaitu; display data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menemukan tiga hal pokok, yaitu: pertama, upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional telah dilakukan oleh MGMP PAI, tetapi sejumlah program yang direncanakan belum terealisasi sepenuhnya, karena terhalang oleh jarak wilayah yang berjauhan, kurangnya motivasi pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas diri, dan selain itu pendidik masih banyak yang gagap teknologi. Kedua, tantangan yang dihadapi berupa beban mengajar yang terlalu banyak, jadwal MGMP PAI yang direncanakan tidak sepenuhnya digunakan oleh pendidik untuk kegiatan MGMP PAI an sich, keanggotaan MGMP PAI berstatus pegawai negeri sipil cenderung mengalami menurunan jumlah karena memasuki purna bakti. Ketiga, pendidik sebagian belum siap menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

The ability to write scientific articles and their publications requires continuous training, as part of the functional workforce requires these skills to support future career development. Therefore, this activity aims to provide training to the ruler in West Pasaman Regency in terms of writing and publication of scientific works. The activity is carried out with training, technically the service team provides theoretical explanations and demonstrates the steps of submitating articles to the targeted journal. The result of this activity is that trainees know the types of scientific work, platforms that can help write scientific articles, steps to submit articles in targeted journals.
