Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat keadaan intercultural sensitivity dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris pada mahasiswa manajemen yang ada di UPN Veteran Jakarta. Dengan sampel sebanyak 120 orang dan penentuan sampel secara acak, hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa mahasiswa S1 Manajemen yang ada sesuai sampel ada pada tahap Mayoritas memiliki intercultural sensitivity yang berada pada tahap Acceptance. Sedangkan pada tahap Denial, mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta tidak diperoleh data pada tahap tersebut. Setelah tahap acceptance yang paling banyak adalah pada tahap minimization yaitu 40 orang responden. Sementara pada tahap adoption hanya ada 4 orang responden sedangkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggrisnya yaitu sebanyak 66 orang mempunyai prediction toefl sebesar 450.

Abstract

ASSISTANCE OF EDC MACHINE KNOWLEDGE ON BUSINESS ACTORS IN CIMARGA RANGKASBITUNG VILLAGE, LEBAK BANTEN REGENCY. This community service aims to provide knowledge as well as assistance regarding EDC machines, namely Electronic Data Capture machines, namely machines as non-cash payment instruments commonly used by business actors, so that consumers can make payments for their needs. cashless purchases. The method used in imparting this knowledge is by lecture. And the participants were very enthusiastic. with this EDC machine, considering they have never used it before and the speaker will be happy to help in the process of submitting this EDC machine to the bank. From their desire to use the EDC machine, it can be seen that the community service that has been carried out by the dose tone team is the result even though the process of the EDC machine is in the hands of business actors and will wait for the next process.

Abstract

MSME PRODUCT MARKETİNG TRAİNİNG THROUGH SOCİAL MEDİA PLATFORMS İN CİMARGA VİLLAGE, BANTEN. Cimarga village is located in the government area of ​​Lebak Regency, Banten. Partners who become objects are MSME actors, especially the Odeng Honey business, the Lebak Typical Cake business, and the Baduy Craft business. Currently, the development of products made by SMEs in Cimarga Village has not been maximized. This is because the marketing or promotion of their products has not been maximized. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is to improve the quality of their product marketing by utilizing social media as a means of product promotion. In general, the method of service carried out to partners is in the form of socialization / counseling related to product marketing and the use of IT technology and digital media in marketing products that have been previously developed by partners. Based on the results of comunity service, there is an increase in the understanding of business actors regarding product marketing. For the level of understanding of the definition of product marketing, there is an increase in understanding of 46.7%. Then for understanding the types of marketing mix there is an increase in understanding of 53.3%. Then for the understanding of the use of social media as a means of promotion there was an increase of 46.7%. The team will continue to provide assistance to business actors in Cimarga Village so that their business can continue to grow.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, promosi, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian pada aplikasi McDonald’s. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna aplikasi McDonald’s di Jakarta dengan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling yang didapatkan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner. Alat pengolahan data untuk membantu menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Smart PLS versi 4.0.9.3. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (X1) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai original sampel 0,349, (X2) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai original sampel 0,215, dan (X3) Citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai original sampel 0,398 sedangkan kontribusi variabel (X1) Harga, (X2) Promosi, dan (X3) Citra merek secara bersama-sama ditunjukkan dengan nilai R-squared adjusted sebesar 74,50% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,50% disebabkan oleh faktor lain diluar yang ada pada model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of trust, risk perception, and diffusion of innovation on the adoption or use of Internet banking in Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative, with a sample of 500 people from Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study state that confidence, perceived risk, and diffuse innovation affect the use of Internet banking. In addition, this study also contributes to stakeholder theory. The existence of concern for the environment affects the company's ability. This study shows that the environment can increase customer trust. Therefore, companies must pay attention to the interests of interested parties by putting them in the framework of principles and making decisions to support the achievement of the company's goals, namely company stability and guaranteed business continuity and trust.

Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan e-banking pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia studi kasus pada Mahasiswa Universitas Pembangunan Veteran Nasional Jakarta. Metode kuantitatif dipilih pada penelitian ini, alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda dan software spss digunakan untuk mengolah data. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas layanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan E-banking, artinya layanan yang baik akan mempengaruhi para nasabah dalam kepuasan mereka ketika menggunakan E-banking, begitu pula dengan kepercayaan, dengan kepercayaan yang tinggi terhadap penggunaan E-banking, maka akan terjadi kepuasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to introduce knowledge about EDC (Electronic Data Capture) machines to the business community in the Pangkalan Jati area, Cinere Depok District. The number of participants was 10 business people, abdimas was conducted using the lecture method. This Abdimas succeeded in providing knowledge to business people, because they finally understood the importance of alternative payments other than cash payments made so far, because this EDC machine is one of the services that must be provided to customers, so that customers can not only pay with cash when shopping but can also pay with non-cash. In conclusion, this can be one of the attractions for businesses and they intend to adopt the EDC machine.ABSTRAKTujuan dilakukannya pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengenalkan pengetahuan tentang mesin EDC (Electronic Data Capture) pada masyarakat usaha yang ada di daerah Pangkalan Jati Kecamatan Cinere Depok. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 pelaku usaha, abdimas dilakukan dengan metode Ceramah. Abdimas ini  berhasil memberikan pengetahuan kepada para pelaku usaha, karena mereka akhirnya memahami pentingnya alternative pembayaran selain pembayaran tunai yang dilakukan selama ini, karena mesin EDC ini adalah salah satu pelayanan yang harus diberikan kepada pelanggan, sehingga para pelanggan bukan hanya dapat membayar dengan tunai ketika berbelanja tetapi juga dapat membayar dengan non tunai Kesimpulannya hal ini dapat menjadi salah satu daya tarik bagi usaha dan mereka berniat untuk mengadopsi mesin EDC tersebut.

Abstract

This study aimed to analze how Suska Riau state Islamic university optimizes managing its college human resources in implementing the independent curriculum. Many studies have been carried out in developing higher education human resources, but they are related to something other than the independent curriculum. We obtained meaningful input and extracted information from several related literatures through semi-structured interviews with teaching staff and university leaders. As for the process, other than interviews, we obtained data through an electronic search on several scientific publications discussing higher education human resources issues. After processing the data and discussing it, we can conclude that the efforts of Islamic state universities have taken several strategies to optimize their HR management; among others, they are taking digitalization and automation systems as well as developing learning all these things in order to make their campuses leading in the area. Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of price, discounts, and shipping costs on sales volume through purchase intention at an authorized Daikin AC dealer in Banten. Data were collected via questionnaires from 173 respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that price, discounts, and shipping costs significantly affect sales volume both directly and through purchase intention. Hypothesis testing results reveal that price, discounts, and shipping costs have a positive effect on sales volume, with t-statistics of 5.43, 4.67, and 3.95, respectively. Moreover, purchase intention as a mediating variable significantly influences sales volume, with a t-statistic of 6.12. The managerial implications suggest that marketing managers should set competitive prices, design attractive discount programs, and optimize shipping costs to enhance purchase intention and increase sales volume. This study contributes to the marketing management literature by providing empirical evidence on the impact of price, discounts, and shipping costs on sales volume through purchase intention. The findings serve as a valuable reference for researchers and business practitioners in refining marketing strategies.

Abstract

This study is based on the need for English language learning to be connected to a diverse cultural environment, therefore this study aims to determine the effect between Intercultural Sensitivism on English Language Proficiency in UPN Veteran Jakarta students. With a sample of 200 students taken purposively and data collection using questionnaires and through tests then analyzing data using linear regression tests, it is found that Intercultural Sensitivism affects English Language Ability with an R square value of 82.4%. With the conclusion that intercultural sensitivity plays a role in improving students' English language skills, so developing the quality of intercultural sensitivity is very important for someone who works in an organization where cultures of various countries meet.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berlatar belakang tentang perlunya pembelajaran bahasa Inggris dihubungkan dengan lingkungan budaya yang beraneka ragam, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Intercultural Sensitivisme terhadap Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris pada mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jakarta. Dengan sampel sebanyak 200 mahasiswa yang diambil secara purposive dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan melalui test kemudian analisa data menggunakan uji regresi linier, maka didapat bahwa Intercultural Sensitivisme berpengaruh terhadap Kemampuan Berbahasa Inggris dengan nilai R square sebesar 82,4 %. Dengan kesimpulan bahwa intercultural sensitivity berperan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris mahasiswa, sehingga pengembangan kualitas intercultural sensitivity sangat penting bagi seseorang yang bekerja dalam organisasi tempat pertemuan budaya berbagai negara.
