Abstract

Students are young intellectuals who are legally still students in an educational institution.education institution. It is only natural that the role of students in society must be realized with a real application. So that can have an impact positive development in the field of human resources. Lecture Real Work Lecture XI, University of Bangka Belitung University in the thematic field organized in Kurau Barat Village village aims to build tourism potential. Strategies that are built together to increase tourism potentialThe strategies built together to increase tourism potential consisted of ecotourism seminars, socialization of innovative products and making handicraft products. The implementation method was carried out through socialization to the community and to surrounding schools and directly providing a direct approach to the community's home which was carried out from July 20 to August 24, 2016.August 2016. Students were divided into 2 groups according to the main program that had been planned, namely group 1 (One Product One Village) and group 2 (1 Tree 1 Tourist). These programs are expected to build an interesting and newest tourist attraction for the community. attractive and up-to-date tourist attraction for the the welfare of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Tahun 2020 menjadi tahun musibah bagi seluruh negara termasuk Indonesia dengan munculnya Wabah corona (Covid-19). Perekonomian dunia menjadi porak-poranda akibat melemahnya pertumbuhan ekonomi dunia termasuk juga Indonesia. Hal ini menjadikan banyak kepala rumah tangga mengalami kesulitan ekonomi akibat dari pendapatan yang menurun akibat dari kebijakan PSBB yang diberlakukan pemerintah Indonesia untuk mengatasi laju penyebarab dari virus corona. Kurangnya pendapatan kepala rumah tangga ini menjadikan ibu rumah tangga sebagai seorang Financial Planner harus bijak dalam mengelola keuangan rumah tangga di masa sulit. Sebagai Financial Planner, perempuan haruslah menjadi seorang perencaa yang baik dalam pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga. Hal ini dikarenakan podasi rumah tangga terdapat pada bagaimana penguatan ketahanan ekonomi keluarga yang berasal dari peran perempuan sebagai Financial Planner. Oleh karenanya, perempuan dan ibu rumah tangga harus mendapatkan edukasi mengenai bagaimana manajemen keuangan rumah tangga dengan baik

Abstract

The rise of school principals with multiple positions in Indonesia raises concerns about the quality of the schools they lead, especially their duties as school managers. This study aims to find out cases of dual school principals and their effects on elementary school management. This study uses a qualitative method with multiple case study designs. Data collection used an open interview instrument with 4 school principals with multiple positions in Cirebon City, West Java. The research questions will include (1) Why do cases of multiple positions occur? (2) What are the duties of the school principal with multiple positions? (3) What is the influence of the multi-position school principal on elementary school management? As for the data analysis used is thematic analysis. The results showed that school principals with multiple positions occurred because there was no replacement principal when the previous principal died or retired so that another principal was used as a temporary replacement. This substitute principal continues to carry out his duties as a normal principal. However, with this double burden, substitute principals experience physical and mental fatigue, thereby reducing work effectiveness, besides that there is no significant effect on school principals who hold concurrent positions on the quality of school management. With this research, it is hoped that it will be able to become a new point of view regarding school principals with multiple positions in Indonesia.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize the use of local potential in Ujong Tanoh Darat Village, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency, in order to improve community welfare and realize village independence. Local village potential, such as natural resources, cultural diversity, and rich local wisdom, have not been optimally utilized, one of which is the management of plastic and household waste. This program focuses on community empowerment through skills training in processing waste into products of economic value, such as handicrafts from plastic waste and ecoenzymes from organic waste. As a result, the community gains new skills that can increase family income, reduce plastic waste, and increase environmental awareness. In addition, this program creates new economic opportunities through marketing local products and strengthening cooperation between residents. The sustainability of this program is expected to continue to support village economic independence, with support from the village government in developing environmentally friendly local potential-based businesses.

Abstract

This computer training is part of Community Service (PKM) in Ladang Peris Village, Bajubang District, with the aim of improving children's readiness to face the digital era. The main problem is low technological skills due to limited facilities and minimal access to training. In addition, the lack of understanding about the wise use of technology is also an important issue. This training aims to provide basic computer skills education and increase awareness of the benefits and risks of technology. The main target is elementary to secondary school children who are interested in learning technology but have limited facilities. The methods used include theory, direct practice, and interactive approaches. Theoretical materials include an introduction to hardware, software, and the impact of technology. Practice is carried out through typing activities, using educational applications, digital drawing, and safe internet exploration. The results of the training showed an increase in children's understanding of technology and their courage to use it. They are also more aware of the importance of using technology positively. In conclusion, this training has a positive impact by providing children with basic computer skills, preparing them to face digital challenges, and encouraging the sustainability of the program to create a young generation that is technologically literate.

Abstract

Jurnal ini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Metode Tata Bahasa Terjemah dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis Indramayu. Pokok masalah yang pertama dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi metode tata bahasa terjemah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis, yang kedua yaitu faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung implementasi metode tata bahasa terjemah dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana pembelajaran Bahasa Arab menggunakan metode tata bahasa terjemah di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis, dan mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penghambat dan pendukung dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab dengan penerapan metode tata bahasa terjemah di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan dokumentasi kepada guru dan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Haurgeulis Indramayu yang berjumlah 1 guru dan 5 siswa informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Bahasa Arab menerapkan metode tata bahasa terjemah lebih banyak memfokuskan pada Isim, Fi’il dan Huruf, hanya sebagian siswa yang memahami pembelajaran di kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Adapun faktor-faktor penghambatnya yaitu (1) dominannya latar belakang siswa bukan dari pendidikan MDA, (2) masih terbatasnya kemampuan siswa dalam bahasa Arab, (3) adanya semangat dan motivasi yang rendah dari siswa dalam belajar dan tidak mau berusaha belajar, (4) lingkungan keluarga siswa dimana terdapat siswa yang tidak tinggal bersama orang tuanya selama menempuh pendidikan, atau adanya siswa yang lebih sibuk untuk membantu orang tuanya sehingga menggangu proses belajar dirumah, (5) fasilitas buku dan media belajar yang kurang memadai di sekolah. Adapun faktor-faktor pendukungnya antara lain, (1) Guru yang mengembangkan pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan media yang ada, (2) siswa yang rajin belajar dan bisa membaca dan menulis hijaiyah, dan (3) Dukungan orang tua sebagai pihak yang mengetahui karakter siswa.
