Abstract

Stres akibat kerja merupakan hal yang sering terjadi dan menyebabkan penurunan kinerja karyawan. Stres ditempat kerja dapat diakibatkan oleh berbagai macam hal dari lingkungan fisik tempat kerja sampai hubungan dengan teman sekerja dan pelanggan. Stres yang berlebihan dapat berdampak buruk bagi tidak hanya kesehatan fisik akan tetapi berdampak pada kesehatan mental. Customer service adalah salah satu pekerjaan yang dinilai mempunyai tingkatan stres cukup tinggi. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tuntutan untuk selalu menyediakan solusi untuk masalah pelanggan dengan tampilan emosional yang baik juga. Belum lagi, pemantauan langsung oleh manajer dan evaluasi kinerja langsung melalui metrik – metrik tertentu juga membebani karyawan contact center. Penulisan literature review ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat stres terhadap kesehatan fisik, emosional, dan psikologis, serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Desain pencarian artikel dalam studi literatur ini dilakukan melalui Google Scholar, Jurnal Administrasi Kesehatan Indonesia (JAKI), dan Pubmed dengan kata kunci berupa tingkat stres, kinerja, call center, dan contact center. Berdasarkan 9 artikel yang telah dikumpulkan, stress ditempat kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada penurunan kesehatan fisik, emosional, dan psikologis sehingga diperlukan tindakan manajerial dan peraturan yang sesuai untuk mengurangi beban pada karyawan contact center, serta bantuan bagi karyawan yang membutuhkan.

Abstract

The successful of student in education showed with academic achievement. Achievement motivation is needed to be able to inspire students in achieving performance targets or desired standards. Expectation of every parent develop their children. The parents hope will be perceived by the students. Students will assess parental expectations, the results of which are owned interpretation will affect students achievement motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perception of parental expectations and achievement motivation in students of SMP Negeri 31 Semarang and to determine the effective contribution of the variable perceptions of parental expectations on achievement motivation.            The population in this study were 495 students seventh grade and eighth grade SMP Negeri 31 Semarang. Sampling technique using cluster random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using two scales psychology, namely Achievement Motivation Scale with α = 0.865 and Perceptions of Parents Expectations scale with α = 0.886. The results were analyzed using simple regression analysis.            The results of study showed coefficients rxy = 0.448 with a significance level of correlation p=0.000 (p <0.05), which means that hypothesis is accepted. Effective contribution to the perception of parents expectations are for 20% of the students achievement motivation and 80% are other factors that also contribute to achievement motivation affects not revealed in this study.

Abstract

Lonely teenager who access the smartphone is an individual's attempt to cope with their anxiety by accessing the Internet, especially social media to connect with others who are far away through smarphone that individuals have the result they ignore direct communication or face-to-face with people who are near the individual. It could be said that they are not lonely online but offline they feel lonely.This study aims to describe differences lonely teenager who access social media via smartphones. In addition, this study also aims to determine the differences lonely teenager who access social media via smartphones views of gender on students' high school N 9 Semarang. The study sample used by researchers is a class XI student of Semarang SMA N 9, 150 samples consisting of 75 boys and 75 girlsTesting this hypothesis using the Mann-Whitney test. The results of testing the validity of the items in this study moves from 0.302 to 0.792 with a reliability of 0.964. Based on the data analysis using the Mann-Whitney test. The results of hypothesis testing produces a significance value of 0.550 (p> 0.05). Based on these results we can conclude that there is no difference lonely teenager who access social media via smartphones in terms of gender.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between self-monitoring with academic procrastination in students who are working on thesis at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Diponegoro. The population is 123 students with a sample of 60 students. Determination of the samples was done by using simple random sampling. Data collection tool in the study of academic procrastination is a scale consisting of 38 aitem (α = .940) and self-monitoring scale consists of 25 aitem (α = 0.924), which has been tested.The data obtained showed a correlation coefficient of -0.454 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a significant negative relationship between self-monitoring with academic procrastination in students who are working on thesis at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Diponegoro. The higher self-monitoring, the lower the academic procrastination in students who are working on the thesis. Conversely, the lower the self-monitoring, the higher the academic procrastination in students who are working on the thesis. Self-monitoring variables contribute effectively to academic procrastination by 20.6%, while 79.4% came from other factors that are not revealed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kesiapan bersekolah dalam persepsi orang tua siswa PAUD. Kesiapan bersekolah merupakan prediktor bagi prestasi anak di jenjang pendidikan dasar sehingga menjadi sebuah konsep penting untuk diupayakan oleh orang tua dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif eksplorasial. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terbuka. Analisis data atas respon dari 39 orang tua siswa memberikan gambaran mengenai kondisi yang dinilai penting dan teridentifikasi dari anak sebagai dasar orang tua memutuskan anak siap bersekolah. Prioritas kondisi yang penting bagi kesiapan bersekolah anak dimulai dari kemampuan fisik, kesehatan dan motorik serta kemampuan berkomunikasi, disusul kematangan kognitif, kemampuan motivasional, serta kemampuan kepedulian lingkungan pada urutan terakhir.

Abstract

Stres pengasuhan merupakan suatu ketegangan dan kecemasan akibat ketidakmampuan orangtua dalam mengasuh anak, sehingga akan mempengaruhi proses pengasuhan. Kemampuan mengelola emosi negatif ketika mengalami stres pengasuhan dapat membantu proses pengasuhan anak berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dengan stres pengasuhan pada ibu dengan anak disabilitas intelektual di Kabupaten Blora. Sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 49 orangtua yang memiliki anak disabilitas intelektual. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala Likert, yaitu skala regulasi emosi (16 aitem; α=0,838 ) dan skala stres pengasuhan (14 aitem; α=0,872). Hasil analisis data regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan negatif antara variabel regulasi emosi dengan stres pengasuhan orangtua anak disabilitas intelektual di Kabupaten Blora (rxy = -0,438; p=0,002). Semakin tinggi nilai regulasi emosi, maka akan semakin rendah stres pengasuhan dan sebaliknya, semakin rendah nilai regulasi emosi, maka nilai stres pengasuhan akan semakin rendah.

Abstract

Abstract. Marital satisfaction is an important part of a family's dynamic. Bearing in mind that in fact there are still many married couples who are unable to handle their marital problems properly, thus leading to divorce. Marital satisfaction is constructed in different ways, including for those who claim to adherents of the Kawruh Jiwa. This study reveals marital satisfaction in husbands who believe to the Kawruh Jiwa by using qualitative methods and a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and was guided by a semi-structured interview guide. 3 participants were selected based on a purposive sampling technique, with the following criteria: 1) male, 2) Kawruh Jiwa adherents, 3) married, 4) more than 5 years of marriage. The research was carried out at the Kawruh Jiwa spiritual center located in Gombang Village, Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. Data analysis using case study analysis. The results of this study indicate that marital satisfaction for kawruh jiwa adherents can be described through 5 interrelated themes, including 1) the meaning of marriage as a basic necessity of life, 2) the purpose of marriage as an effort to preserve offspring and preserve life, 3) kawruh laki rabi as a frame of mind in making decisions, 4) marital dynamics which include conflict resolution and cooperation, and 5) family harmonization. These findings can be used as the basis for promotive programs to increase marital satisfaction for husbands.Keywords: Husband; kawruh jiwa; marital satisfaction.

Abstract

Background: Medical personnel who are at the forefront of treating patients generally work optimally and without stopping. The unlimited number of overtime hours and the condition of health workers having to be on standby when needed as well as the erratic workload result in psychosocial risks for health workers. Purpose: To determine the psychosocial risks that occur among health workers in hospital. Method: Systematic literature review research uses the Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes, Context (PICOC) approach. Literature search with the keywords "psychosocial AND health workforce AND psychosocial risk". Identifying 1.006 articles were then filtered according to the topic of discussion to obtain 11 articles related to psychosocial risks to health workers in hospitals. Results: Based on the 11 articles studied, it shows that an ethical culture and low appreciation, monotonous work routines, and transparency of the managerial structure implemented by leaders are factors in increasing self-motivation. The lower the ethical culture, the lower the level of motivation of medical personnel. High emotional pressure with a continuous work system will cause symptoms of depression, resulting in mental damage to health workers. Conclusion: Psychosocial risks that occur in health workers in hospitals include an ethical culture and low rewards, high emotional demands, mental damage, low job control, organizational change management, monotonous work routines, family conflicts, socio-economic status, and risk medical personnel are infected. Suggestion: There needs to be a high ethical culture to build the motivation of health workers to be enthusiastic in serving patients and adjust rewards to work results.   Keywords: Health Worker; Hospital; Psychosocial.   Pendahuluan: Pekerja medis yang menjadi garda terdepan dalam menangani pasien, umumnya bekerja secara maksimal dan tanpa henti. Jumlah lembur yang tidak terbatas dan kondisi tenaga kesehatan yang harus siap siaga apabila diperlukan serta jumlah beban kerja yang tidak menentu mengakibatkan terdapatnya risiko psikososial pada pekerja medis. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui risiko psikososial yang terjadi pada tenaga kesehatan di lingkup rumah sakit. Metode: Penelitian sistematik literature review menggunakan pendekatan Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes, Context (PICOC). Penelusuran literatur dengan kata kunci “psikososial AND tenaga kerja kesehatan AND risiko psikososial”. Mengidentifikasi 1.006 artikel selanjutnya dilakukan penyaringan yang sesuai dengan topik bahasan mendapatkan sebanyak 11 artikel yang terkait mengenai risiko psikososial pada tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Hasil: Berdasarkan 11 artikel yang dikaji menunjukkan bahwa, budaya etis dan imbalan yang rendah, rutinitas pekerjaan yang monoton, dan transparansi struktur manajerial oleh pimpinan adalah faktor dalam peningkatan motivasi diri. Semakin rendah budaya etis yang terjadi, maka semakin rendah tingkat motivasi tenaga medis. Tekanan emosional yang tinggi dengan sistem kerja yang terus menerus akan menimbulkan gejala depresi, sehingga mengakibatkan adanya kejadian kerusakan mental pada pekerja kesehatan. Simpulan: Risiko psikososial yang terjadi pada tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit yang meliputi budaya etis dan imbalan yang rendah, tuntutan emosional yang tinggi, kerusakan mental, kontrol pekerjaan yang rendah, manajemen perubahan organisasi, rutinitas kerja yang monoton, konflik keluarga, status sosial ekonomi, dan risiko tenaga medis terinfeksi. Saran: Perlu adanya budaya etis yang tinggi untuk membangun motivasi tenaga kesehatan agar semangat dalam melayani pasien dan penyesuaian reward terhadap hasil kerja.   Kata Kunci: Psikososial; Rumah Sakit; Tenaga Kesehatan.

Abstract

Work stress is a problem that is often faced by employees in various industrial sectors, including in the electricity sector. One of them is the electricity sector at the state-owned company PT X Site Jakarta Raya. Prolonged work stress can have a negative impact on employee performance and well-being. Work stress can cause physiological, psychological and behavioral changes in employees. Data shows that the resignation rate for employees at PT X is quite high. The significant rate of employee resignation in recent years shows that work stress is a problem that needs to be taken seriously. Therefore, this topic needs further research. This research aims to analyze the influence of mental workload and individual characteristics on work stress among employees at the state-owned company PT X Site Jakarta Raya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique. In this study there were 125 samples. Data was collected using standard questionnaires from the NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ) with 41 questions for work stress and NASA-TLX with 15 questions for mental workload. Next, the data was tested using T test analysis. The results of the T test hypothesis analysis show that mental workload (significance = 0.003) and marital status (significance = 0.006) have a significance value of <0.05. Therefore, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Conclusion: Mental workload and marital status have a partially significant influence on the dependent variable of work stress.

Abstract

Psychosocial risks in hospitals affect health workers mental and emotional well-being. These risks include violence, conflict, harassment, bullying from staff, patients, or visitors, and stress caused by shift work, excessive workload, monotony, and high job demands. Such risks can negatively impact health, productivity, and work efficiency. This study aims to analyze the most influential variables between interpersonal communication, working time and workload on the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City. This research method is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling with a total sample of 82 health workers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability.  The variables studied in this study include level of education, age, length of service, interpersonal communication, personal experience, working time, and workload. The data was processed and analyzed descriptively, as well as hypothesis testing using the chi-square test to see what variables were related to health workers psychosocial risk perceptions and logistic regression analysis to see which variables had the most influence on health workers psychosocial risk perceptions. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a DIII education, most were adults, namely 22-44 years and most of the respondents had worked for more than 10 years. Variables that are related (p-value < 0.05) to the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City are interpersonal communication, personal experience, workload and working time. The variable that has the greatest influence on the perception of psychosocial risk among health workers at Roemani Muhammadiyah Hospital, Semarang City is the interpersonal communication variable which has an odds ratio (OR) of 17.883, which means that health workers who have good interpersonal communication are 17.883 times more likely to perceive positive psychosocial risk than respondents who have poor interpersonal communication.
