Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of revenue on the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. Revenue in this context refers to all income obtained by the company, both from export activities and from sales through online platforms such as Tokopedia. Business growth is defined as the increase in net profit, reflecting the sustainability and development of the company in running its operations. Therefore, it is important to analyze the contribution of income from both sources to the company’s success and growth. The data used in this study includes export revenue over the past six months and revenue from Tokopedia over the past four months. Net profit is calculated by subtracting total income from monthly operational costs. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software to obtain more accurate results. The research findings show that the ANOVA test resulted in an F value of 38.429 with a significance value of 0.007, indicating that both export revenue and Tokopedia revenue significantly affect business growth simultaneously. This suggests that both types of income play an important role in driving the company's growth. Additionally, the t-test shows that export revenue has a greater impact on business growth compared to Tokopedia revenue. The regression coefficient for export revenue is 0.987, while for Tokopedia revenue, it is 0.536. Overall, this study reveals that export revenue has a greater impact on the growth and sustainability of the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. These findings provide deeper insight for the company to focus on export strategies to enhance net profit and ensure the sustainability of its business.

Abstract

This Community Service is carried out at STIE Makassar Maju with the target activity being students. These students were introduced to digital literacy and how to use digital literacy in the future. Before this community service was implemented, only around 20% understood digital literacy, and after this community service was implemented, an increase of up to 70% of students were able to recognize and use digital literacy in a simple way. The reason for choosing this topic is because digital literacy is currently very popular among young people, especially students. Digital literacy skills are very important in the 5.0 era. The method used is a persuasive method which focuses on a direct approach to participants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial inclusion and the ability to prepare financial reports on the financial performance of micro-enterprises in the culinary sector in South Kota District. This study uses a quantitative method. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Those selected as research samples based on purposive sampling techniques as a specific form of non-probability sampling were 125 respondents from micro-enterprises in South Kota. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or a structural equation model operated through the Amos 24 program. The results of the study showed that financial inclusion has a positive influence on financial performance. On the other hand, the ability to prepare financial reports has no influence on financial performance. However, simultaneously these two independent variables contribute significantly to financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tradisi ziarah kubur setelah Lebaran di Kelurahan Mangasa, Kecamatan Tamalate, Kota Makassar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui praktik pelaksanaan dan pandangan masyarakat terhadap tradisi tersebut. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama Februari hingga Maret 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ziarah kubur dipandang sebagai bentuk penghormatan kepada leluhur, wujud bakti keluarga, sarana introspeksi, dan memperkuat nilai keagamaan serta silaturahmi. Meski terdapat perbedaan dalam cara pelaksanaannya, tradisi ini tetap dianggap penting dan menjadi bagian dari warisan budaya dan religius masyarakat Mangasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk secara komprehensif menggambarkan dinamika perubahan dalam tradisi ziarah ke makam Datuk Ri Tiro. Penelitian ini dimulai dari perkembangan awalnya dan berlanjut hingga implementasinya saat ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mendasari perubahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan historis dan etnografis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan langsung di lapangan. Wawancara mendalam juga dilakukan dengan berbagai informan kunci yang kompeten, termasuk pemimpin tradisional, tokoh agama, tetua, dan pengelola pemakaman. Sumber data juga diperoleh dari studi dokumentasi dan literatur sejarah lokal yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan signifikan dalam praktik ziarah. Perubahan ini terlihat jelas dalam prosedur dan urutan ritual yang dilakukan. Fasilitas yang tersedia di makam juga telah berkembang dan meningkat. Ziarah tidak lagi terbatas pada kesempatan tertentu. Motivasi masyarakat untuk berziarah juga menjadi lebih beragam dari waktu ke waktu. Namun, perubahan ini tidak mengurangi esensi dan nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung dalam tradisi tersebut. Sebaliknya, perubahan ini merupakan bentuk adaptasi budaya untuk memastikan tradisi tetap relevan di tengah modernisasi. Tradisi ini terus berfungsi secara optimal sebagai media utama komunikasi spiritual. Lebih jauh lagi, tradisi ini berfungsi sebagai sarana efektif untuk memperkuat solidaritas sosial dalam masyarakat. Tradisi ini juga berfungsi sebagai wahana penting untuk melestarikan nilai-nilai sejarah. Kearifan lokal dilestarikan dan diwariskan kepada generasi mendatang. Akibatnya, tradisi ini telah bertahan, berkelanjutan, dan terus berkembang hingga saat ini.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how leadership plays a major, centered and very vital role in the formation of a good institution, especially in Islamic educational institutions. Muhammadiyah is an Islamic organization founded by KH Ahmad Dahlan who has a desire to create an Islamic educational institution that aims to form a noble character and a good scientific mindset. From there, Muhammadiyah has the view of one of the leaders of Muhammadiyah, namely KH. AR Fakhrudin about leaders who have Islamic character who are not selfish, arrogant and become role models for the best Islamic education leadership to run. The research that we use is qualitative research which uses a descriptive approach with library research, the method used is to analyze the existing literature systematically such as articles, books, journals, and documents related to the problems discussed.
