Abstract

Abstract TVRI North Sumatra first broadcast on December 28 1970 as TVRI Medan. This station is the second TVRI regional station to be established after TVRI Yogyakarta, which was formed more than five years earlier. Effective human resource management is very important for the continuity and success of a company. Corporations really want all their employees to have a significant level of job satisfaction. Work- life balance refers to the balance between the allocation of time and energy for work and the allocation of time for business. Another obstacle to achieving professional happiness is fatigue. Burnout may arise as a result of severe stress related to work. External factors that influence student satisfaction in doing work outside campus are determined by the level of support provided by the campus. This research uses a quantitative type of research using a cross-sectional study design. which aims to explore the relationship between the variables Work-Life Balance, Burnout, Work Culture, and Job Satisfaction in an organization

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the effect of Social Characteristics on Purchasing power, to find out and analyze the influence of MSME Economy on the Purchasing power, to find out and analyze the influence of online media on Purchasing power, to determine and analyze the influence, Social Characteristics, Economics of SMEs, and Online Media onPurchasing powerto the community in Batang Kuis District. The results showed that social characteristics had no significant effect on purchasing power. This shows the influence of the digital era that has been widely carried out in buying and selling interactions, so that direct social interaction is very rarely carried out. The MSME economy has a significant effect on purchasing power. This shows the influence of the community's economy that influences the purchase of a product. Online media has a significant effect on purchasing power. This shows the influence of social media which has been widely used by the community in carrying out activities including buying the necessary needs through social media.

Abstract

The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

Abstract

Perilaku positif pegawai dalam bekerja sangat penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi, tidak terkecuali pada organisasi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana peran persepsi dukungan organisasi dan motivasi pelayanan publik dalam meningkatkan perilaku proaktif pegawai negeri sipil pada organisasi publik di area Bandung. Penggunaan metode kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan mempertimbangkan tujuan penelitian yang bersifat kausalitas dan menguji tentang determinan terpenting dari perilaku proaktif. Sebanyak 76 responden yang berpartisipasi pada penelitian ini menjadi sampel penelitian yang ditentukan dengan cara purposive dengan kurun waktu pengumpulan data selama satu bulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga jalur pengaruh yang diuji dalam model penelitian ini ditemukan signifikan. Terungkap bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi merupakan determinan terpenting dalam meningkatkan motivasi pelayanan publik, sementara motivasi pelayanan publik diketahui sebagai hal yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan perilaku proaktif pegawai yang bekerja di organisasi publik. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan pentingnya motivasi pelayanan publik dalam memperkuat dampak dari dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan pegawai untuk meningkatkan perilaku proaktif di tempat kerja.
