Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of work environment and communication on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Razza Prima Transformer Medan. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, determination test, t test, and f test with the help of SPSS version 25.00 test. The results of the study answered the problem formulation that there was an influence of the work environment (X1) and communication (X2) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT. Razza Prima Transformer Medan, where improving the work environment and communication will increase employee job satisfaction at PT. Razza Prima Transformer Medan. From the results of the study simultaneously the work environment and communication variables have a significant and significant effect on the variable job satisfaction of employees of PT. Razza Prima Transformer Medan is 69.3% while 30.7% is the contribution of other variables that are not included in this regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors affect the performance of employees (private companies in the city of Medan). The population in this study were all employees in the city of Medan. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using factor analysis techniques. Where the results of the study stated that there are four dominant factors that influence employee performance decisions, namely employee development, compensation, motivation, and work environment.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan sukuk di Indonesia telah berkembang sangat pesat. Sukuk diharapkan menjadi alternatif pendanaan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan minat investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, sampel yang digunakan adalah 245 orang, dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, return dan promosi berpengaruh minat investor muda muslim untuk membeli sukuk ritel. Untuk meningkatkan minat investor muda muslim untuk membeli sukuk ritel, otoritas sektor keuangan perlu memperkuat sistem keuangan dan pembangunan ekonomi di tanah air. Sementara itu, religiositas, harga, risiko investasi, atribut syariah, literasi keuangan, dan media sosial tidak mempengaruhi investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai determinan minat investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel dengan menggali sembilan faktor yang meliputi faktor ekonomi dan non ekonomi. Abstract  The development of sukuk in Indonesia has developed very rapidly. Sukuk are expected to be an alternative to state funding. This study aims to analyze the determinants of young Muslim investors' interest in buying retail sukuk.This study uses primary data, the sample used is 245 people, analyzed by Partial Least Squares (PLS).Research findings reveal that knowledge, returns and promotions influence the interest of young Muslim investors to buy retail sukuk.To increase the interest of young Muslim investors to buy retail sukuk, the financial sector authorities need to strengthen the financial system and economic development in the country. Meanwhile, religiosity, price, investment risk, Islamic attributes, financial literacy, and social media do not affect young Muslim investors in buying retail sukuk. This study contributes to the limited knowledge regarding the determinants of young Muslim investors' interest in buying retail sukuk by exploring nine factors including economic and non-economic factors.

Abstract

Usaha kecil adalah usaha mandiri yang pengaruhnya relatif kecil terhadap pasar. Di Indonesia, usaha kecil dikenal sebagai UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). UMKM terus berjuang menghadapi pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Agar dapat terus bertahan dan menguasai pasar. Sehingga UMKM membutuhkan informasi yang akurat dan tepat dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang ada pada UMKM tersebut. Informasi yang diperoleh UMKM digunakan untuk membuat perencanaan yang tepat, dimana informasi tersebut biasanya diperoleh dari media penyebaran informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menjelaskan fenomena dan data serta penelitian kemudian menarik kesimpulan dari permasalahan yang ada. Dari pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran komunikasi bisnis dalam membantu pengembangan UKM adalah meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM, meningkatkan penjualan UMKM, dan sebagai strategi pemasaran bagi UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze workload affecting performance, to find out and analyze work stress affects performance and to find out and analyze workload and work stress on employee performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Post Office. The approach used in this study was an associative approach while the sample that met the criteria for drawing an observation sample was 67 people using a saturated sample, namely all employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Medan Post Office. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study uses Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data management in this study used the SPSS (statistical Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 16.0. The results of this study prove that partially workload affects Employee Performance while Work Stress has an effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneous Workload and Work Stress affect Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research is a library research where the data comes from library sources, namely literature review through library research. The literature study is closely related to theoretical studies and other references related to the relevance of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith and other sources of Islamic law in the perspective of sharia economics. In the muamalah rules, everything is permissible unless there is an argument against it. Basically, there are three things that result in a transaction being prohibited, namely because: the substance is haram (haram Li dzatihi), haram other than the substance (haram Ii ghairihir aridhiy, and haram because the contract is not valid. Economic practices that are against pleasure, the presence of elements of qimar and maisir , gharar and usury are economic activities that are prohibited in Islam. The ultimate goal of economic practice is to realize maqashid ash-shariah as a parameter of the legality of economic transaction contracts. Trading on the stock exchange is one example of economic practice that is not in accordance with maqashid ash-shariah so it is necessary modifications are made with the aim of maintaining economic viability.

The approach used in the study This is the approach causal. Population in study This is a whole employee Indonesian Sharia Bank Medan City. Sample in study This use the formula slovin totaling 74 employees at Indonesian Sharia Bank Medan City. Deep data collection techniques study This uses technique documentation, observation, and questionnaire. Deep data analysis techniques study This use approach quantitative use analysis statistics using analysis test Outer Model, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Research results This show that in a manner direct Quality Of Work Life, Perceived Organizational Support and Job Satisfaction have an effect significant to Organization Citizenship Behavior, Quality Of Work Life, Perceived Organizational Support influential significant to Job Satisfaction, in a No direct Quality Of Work Life and Perceived Organizational Support influential significant to Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediated by Job Satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the city of Medan. Abstract

This study aims to see what factors affect employee morale in Medan City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were all private employees in the city of Medan with the sampling technique using accidental samples, where the sample in this study was conducted by 100 people. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using factor analysis techniques. Where from the results of the research conducted there were only 4 (four) dominant factors that influenced morale during the Covid 19 pandemic, namely Compensation, Ability, Motivation, and Leadership.
