Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of free cash flow and leverage (debt equity ratio) on stock prices through dividend payout ratios at the Kompas 100 Index non-banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. Free cash flow used free cash flow calculated. Leverage used debt to equity ratio (DER), Dividend policy used dividend payout ratio (DPR) based on profit for year 2019 and stock price used closing price in 2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results: (1) free cash flow had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. (2) leverage has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. (3) free cash flow has a direct and not significant positive effect on stock prices. (4) leverage has a direct and insignificant negative effect on stock prices, (5) dividend policy has a significant positive effect on stock prices. (6) dividend policy is able to mediate free cash flow on stock prices positively and not significantly. (7) dividend policy is not able to mediate the effect of leverage on stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning achievement, parents' socioeconomic status and learning motivation on students' interest in continuing their education to higher education in class XII students of financial and institutional accounting expertise competence at SMKN 13 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year either simultaneously or partially. The population of class XII students of financial and institutional accounting expertise competency is 108 students, with the T-Yamane formula obtained a sample of 85 students and using Proportional Random Sampling. The data collection technique for the study achievement variable (X1) uses secondary data in the form of report cards for the fifth semester. The socio-economic status variable of parents (X2) uses secondary data, namely parents' income data. Furthermore, for the variable of learning motivation (X3) and interest in continuing education to higher education (Y) using primary data in the form of a questionnaire with Validity Test and Reliability Test. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis of percentages and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of learning motivation (62.6%), and there was no effect of learning achievement, and the socioeconomic status of parents on students' interest in continuing their education to class XII tertiary institutions of financial accounting and institutional competence at SMKN 13 Jakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. Meanwhile, simultaneously all independent variables have an effect (63%)

Abstract

One of the government programs to develop the economy in rural areas is the establishment of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). In carrying out its operations, BUMDes often experience obstacles, one of which is the obstacle in making BUMDes financial reports. This activity is one of the efforts to solve the problem of slow financial reporting and the inability of BUMDes administrators to provide accurate financial information to their stakeholders. Through this activity, it is hoped that the bumdes administrators can make real and completed financial reports on time before the Annual Membership Meeting is held by introducing and training how to make financial reports using local software-based accounting computers that have been created by the nation's children, namely Zahir Accounting software

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of industrial work practice, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness and the effect of industrial work practice and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy in Class XII students of Accounting Skills Competence at the South Jakarta State Vocational High School. This research is a quantitative research with survey method. The population used is 174 with a sample of 114 students. The data analysis technique used is influence analysis or path analysis through the SPSS 24 program. The research results obtained, namely there is a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness partially, and there is a positive and significant influence on practice industrial work on job readiness through self-efficacy and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this workshop is to provide information, knowledge, and equip teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research proposals in accordance with the problems of learning and education in the classroom and outside the classroom and to foster an academic atmosphere in the school environment so as to improve the quality of education and learning. by conducting research activities. The target audience are teachers of SMK YPPD Depok. This workshop is carried out in several materials including: definition of classroom action research, objectives of classroom action research, benefits of classroom action research, learning problems, learning issues, classroom action research stages, systematics of classroom action research proposals and explanations of each chapter in proposal systematics. classroom action research. This class action research proposal workshop activity has been running well and smoothly and has shown the enthusiasm of the participants so that the training participants' understanding of making classroom action research proposals increases.Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini memberikan informasi, pengetahuan, dan membekali Guru-Guru dalam menyusun proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas sesuai dengan problematika pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang ada di dalam kelas dan di luar kelas dan menumbuhkan atmosfir akademik di lingkungan sekolah sehingga dapat memperbaiki mutu pendidikan dan pembelajaran dengan melakukan kegiatan penelitian. Khalayak sasaran merupakan para guru-guru SMK YPPD Depok. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam beberapa materi antara lain: definisi penelitian tindakan kelas, tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas, manfaat penelitian tindakan kelas, masalah pembelajaran, isu pembelajaran, tahap penelitian tindakan kelas, sistematika proposal penelitian tindakan kelas dan penjelasan dari masing-masing bab dalam sistematika proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Kegiatan pelatihan penyusunan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini telah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar serta memperlihatkan keantusiasan peserta sehingga pemahaman peserta pelatihan tentang pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas meningkat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by internal factors such as learning discipline and learning motivation also external factors such as parenting patterns that can influence self-regulated learning. This study aims to determine the influence of learning discipline on self-regulated learning, the influence of learning motivation on self-regulated learning, the influence of learning discipline on self-regulated learning with parenting patterns as a moderating variable and the influence of learning motivation on self-regulated learning with parenting patterns as a moderating variable. This type of research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The affordable population used was 143 students with a sample of 105 students. Abstract

Abstract University Foster Village as a form of village community development and empowerment program and as one of the community service activities (PkM) are carried out by universities to overcome problems in the village with various aspects through efforts to improve the awareness/attitude, insight/knowledge and skills of the villagers. In line with these efforts, Desa Cisaat, Ciater, Subang as a fostered village of Jakarta State University (UNJ) has enormous potential for community empowerment and development, especially in the areas of education, tourism as well as culture and art. This multi-year activity is expected to improve the lives of the villagers whose village as one of the educational tourism destinations Through needs mapping, this community service activity in the first year aims to explore the establishment of a language village in Desa Cisaat Ciater, Subang. This mapping will be used to determine the type of language village in which the local potential could be elevated. Abstrak Desa Binaan Universitas sebagai salah satu bentuk program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa dan sebagai salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mengatasi permasalahan di desa dengan berbagai aspek melalui upaya peningkatan kesadaran/sikap, wawasan/pengetahuan dan keterampilan penduduk desa. Sejalan dengan upaya tersebut, Desa Cisaat, Ciater, Subang sebagai desa binaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk pemberdayaan dan pengembangan masyarakat, khususnya di bidang pendidikan, pariwisata serta budaya dan seni. Kegiatan multi tahun ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat desa yang desanya dijadikan sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata pendidikan. Melalui analisis kebutuhan, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di tahun pertama ini bertujuan untuk menjajaki berdirinya kampung bahasa di Desa Cisaat, Ciater, Subang. Analisis kebutuhan ini akan digunakan untuk menentukan jenis kampung bahasa yang mengankat potensi lokal desa tersebut.

Abstract Human resource’s ability is one of the problems that relates to livelihood potential in terms of the field of tourism. It has relation with A group of tourist awareness (kelompok sadar wisata), homestay Owner, Interpretation media, and culture and local wisdom packaging and branding. Those problems require some solutions in order to give some impacts towards tourist village assistance may run well and support the villagers in increasing their quality and competitive standard of living. One of the ways to overcome the problem about human resource is giving English Training to support human resource management in managing tourism sector as both national and international destination. The English Training give positive and good impact towards Tourist Awareness Group and homestay Owner, namely participants showed significant improvement in English for the purpose of Tour Guide. Abstrak Kemampuan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu masalah yang berkaitan dengan potensi mata pencaharian di bidang pariwisata. Masalah- tersebut berkaitan dengan kelompok sadar wisata, pengelola home stay, media interperetasi, serta pengemasan budaya dan kearifan lokal. Masalah sumber daya manusia tersebut membutuhkan adanya solusi agar pendampingan desa wisata menjadi maksimal, sehingga mampu mendukung masyarakat dalam meningkatkan taraf hidup yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait sumber daya manusia adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan bahasa Inggris dasar yang dapat mendukung dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola sektor wisata menjadi destinasi nasional maupun internasional. Pelatihan bahasa Inggris ini dilakukan secara tatap muka untuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dan Pengelola Homestay telah memberikan dampak positif dan baik, yaitu peserta menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dalam bidang Bahasa Inggris untuk keperluan pemandu wisata.

Abstract

This study discusses the differences in self-efficacy of class X students at SMK N 17 Jakarta from applying the PBI learning model with the help of two different learning media. The media used in this research are learning videos applied to the experimental class and educational games (quizizz) in the control class. The study aimed to find evidence of whether there was a difference in student self-efficacy after implementing the PBI learning model with the help of two different media. Based on the data hypothesis test conducted by comparing the scores of the self-efficacy between the experimental class and control classes, it was concluded that there was a significant difference between the students' self-efficacy in both classes. The average score of self-efficacy in the experimental class is higher than the control class, so that in the future, the use of learning video media can be one of the best alternatives when implementing the PBI learning model to support student self-efficacy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara Sikap Wirausaha, Self Efficacy, dan Norma Subjektif terhadap Intensi Berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XII SMKN 16 Jakarta Pusat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 210 siswa kelas XII SMKN 16 Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional stratified random sampling sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 138 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sikap berwirausaha dengan intensi berwirausaha, kemudian self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dan variabel norma subjektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. variabel intensi berwirausaha. Secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa sikap kewirausahaan, efikasi diri, dan norma subjektif mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh variabel sikap kewirausahaan, self efficacy, dan norma subjektif memiliki kontribusi sebesar 57,7% terhadap niat berwirausaha, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 42,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.
