Abstract

This study aims to design and test the feasibility the modul of self-acceptance  and women happiness in work-family balance, that used to minimize family conflict due to tension and stress in dealing with multiple roles (as laborers/workers and as wives/housewives). The approach used is research and development (Research and Development) by taking female respondents who have double duties as workers and housewives from the Kasemen Kelurahan, Serang City, Banten Province. Data collection uses a scale of feasibility measurement and professional judgment then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The self-acceptance and happiness modules of women in work-family balance were developed in the form of a training module book. The results of this study are the book Module of self-acceptance and women's happiness in work-family balance. Based on the results of the feasibility test of the material and the learning modules tested to experts, the feasibility value of the module material was 88.15%, and the feasibility of the module delivery was 86.11%. While the feasibility value of practicing modules delivered by women module users was 82.66%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the learning modules developed according to material experts, instructional media experts, and potential female users are very feasible, and can be used to support the implementation of women self-acceptance and happiness training in the work-family balance of civil society empowerment. Keyword : learning modules, self-acceptance, happiness, work-family balance

Abstract

Indonesia is located between 3 tectonic plates, which are the Pacific plate, the Indo-Australian plate, and the Eurasian plate. These 3 plates can collide with each other and can cause earthquakes and tsunamis, based on BNPB data, and in the Indonesia Disaster Risk Index (known as IRBI), Banten province is included in the high-risk class for disasters, including tsunami disasters. The location of the current research was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Pandeglang and SMA Negeri 15 Pandeglang which were on the coast that were prone to tsunami disasters. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between government and schools in tsunami disaster preparedness. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it is known that the government could demonstrate its role in disaster management through 4 (four) ways, which were legislation, institutions, planning, and capacity building. The results showed that the Pandeglang Regency Government in this case the Pandeglang Regency BPBD was quite successful in Tsunami Disaster Mitigation Education at the Pandeglang Coastal School Banten. In carrying out disaster risk reduction efforts, the Pandeglang Regency Government had a legal basis and was also able to formulate disaster mitigation strategies in schools, which were the establishment of Disaster Resistant Schools (known as STB) and the formation of the Pandeglang Regency Regional Disaster Management Task Force (known as PBD.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Marriage certificate is proof of marriage registration at the KUA, so that marriages can be recognized by the state and protected by law. But unfortunately, there are still people who do not have a marriage certificate. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the level of legal awareness as well as to analyze the factors that caused the community in Sukasaba Village, Munjul District not to have a Marriage Certificate. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, where data collection is carried out by direct interviews with informants / respondents. Research subjects (informants) are residents who do not have a marriage certificate validated by triangulation of sources by village officials and KUA Munjul sub-district. The results of this study are that there are 3 people who do not have a marriage certificate on the grounds of not knowing the existence of the Marriage Law and the obligation to register their marriage at the KUA, 3 people who do not have a marriage certificate for economic reasons, and there are 14 people who argue that it is not a problem even though they do not have a marriage certificate because old.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dampak program penguatan pendidikan karakter sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pendidikan karakter siswa di SMAN 1 Kramatwatu, yang ditinjau oleh beberapa program dan strategi penguatan pendidikan karakter sehingga dapat memungkinkan adanya penguatan karakter sekaligus peningkatan sikap kewarganegaraan siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Kramatwatu. Adapun waktu penelitian mulai dilakukan pada Desember 2017 sampai Mei 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Pemeriksaan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji triangulasi data dari berbagai sumber dengan berbagai teknik dan kesimpulan yang ditarik. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program penguatan pendidikan karakter yang diterapkan di SMAN 1 Kramatwatu dinyatakan sudah efektif berjalan dengan baik. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan civic disposition dalam membentuk watak, sikap dan karakter kewarganegaraan melalui kegiatan terprogram yang terintegrasi dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, ko-kurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler. Walaupun ada beberapa kendala dalam implementasinya, seperti faktor dana dan faktor waktu.

Abstract

Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa merupakan lembaga pendidikan Tinggi di Provinsi Banten yang pastinya memiliki tujuan seperti yang diamatkan oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 12 tahun 2012 tersebut salah satunya yakni membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat. Terbukti dalam motto Untirta yakni maju, bermutu dan berkarakter dalam nilai karakter mengandung arti tercapainya tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan serta lulusan Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa yang mengusai Iptek dengan menjunjung tinggi Kejujuran, Amanah, Beribawa, Adil, Religius, dan Akuntabel (JAWARA). Pada Jurusan Pendidikan Pancaila dan Kewarganegaraan ada Mata Kuliah pendidikan karakter yaitu mata kuliah yang bertujuan dalam pembentukan capacity building pada mahasiswa melalui pendidikan. Mata kuliah penddikan karakter di selenggarakan di Jurusan PPKn Untirta dengan tujuan sebagai jurusan yang menjadi leader pembentukan norma mata kuliah ini sangat diperlukan, dngan adanya mata kuliah ini diharapkan pemahaman konsep tentang karakter bisa lebih di dalami mahasiswa sekaligus sebagai pemantapan tingkah laku mahasisiwa agar lebih baik. Tujuan penulisan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran mata kuliah pendidikan karakter dalam membentuk karakter JAWARA mahasisiwa jurusan PPKn Untirta. (2) Untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilaksanakan dalam mata kuliah pendidikan karakter untuk membentuk karakter JAWARA mahasiswa Jurusan PPKn Untirta. (3) Untuk mengetahui Model Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis JAWARA. Hasil penelitian adalah Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter JAWARA di dalam matakuliah pendidikan karakter yang pertama yaitu pengintregasian nilai-nilai karakter kedalam metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh dosen pengampu mata kuliah dengan cara pembiasaan. Yang dimaksud dengan pendidikan karakter secara terintegrasi di dalam proses pembelajaran adalah pengenalan nilai-nilai JAWARA itu sendiri dan fasilitasi diperolehnya kesadaran akan pentingnya nilai-nilai JAWARA, dan penginternalisasian nilai-nilai ke dalam tingkah laku peserta didik sehari-hari.

Abstract

The Merdeka Students Exchange (PMM) is one of the programmes of Mardeka Learning Campus Merdeca (MBKM) that has been created by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. (Kemendikbudristek). During one semester, student exchange programmes enable Indonesian students to study at leading universities in their homeland, bringing diverse cultural experiences and strengthening academic cooperation as well as student learning experiences. The programme has become one of the important initiatives in enhancing academic and cultural cooperation among students. The research is aimed at the effectiveness of PMM programmes in achieving the objectives of academic and cultural exchange. The research methods used in the analysis are qualitative through in-depth interviews with students participating in the PMM program. Research findings show that PMM has successfully facilitated the exchange of academic knowledge and broadened cultural understanding among students. Challenges such as language constraints and cultural adaptation were also identified as factors affecting the effectiveness of the program. The implications of these findings are discussed to provide recommendations for better recommendations in the planning and implementation of future PMM programmes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine strategies for strengthening the affective domain in PPKn learning for class XII students and to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing strategies for strengthening the affective domain in PPKn learning for class This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results found are, strategies for strengthening the affective domain of students using learning models and methods that aim to improve the affective domain of students for the better, such as habituation models in the form of assignment methods and monitoring good student attitudes and behavior, exemplary models in the form methods of displaying good attitudes and behavior. The strategy to strengthen the affective domain can work well and students can follow and are able to achieve the goal of strengthening the affective domain. Then the way to overcome the obstacles experienced in implementing strategies to strengthen the affective domain in PPKn learning is to use a personal approach method to students, especially students whose affective domain or attitude is lacking and also students who are felt to be experiencing difficulties in learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in student attitudes and behavior since the Covid-19 pandemic. These problems can be overcome by implementing penguatan pendidikan karakter programs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) program carried out by SMPN 1 Rangkasbitung, reviewed by several programs and strategies for Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter (PPK) that were implemented so as to enable character strengthening in students. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Rangkasbitung 1 in the 2022/2023 academic year. As for when the research began in March 2023. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive study. This study uses data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data display, and data verification. The sampling technique used is the snowball sampling technique. The results showed that the implementation of the Character Education Strengthening (PPK) program which was carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Rangkasbitung was through habituation, intra-curricular programs and integrated into Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). Through this habituation, the character values that have been developed in Civics learning, especially in SMP Negeri 1 Rangkasbitung, are in accordance with the five main characters that are the priorities for the development of the Character Education Strengthening (PPK) movement, namely religious, nationalist, integrity, independence, and mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Citizenship education is a compulsory education for citizens, starting from elementary, middle, high school to university or college level. Civic education plays an important role in the process of learning citizens to become smart and good citizens. Differentiated learning is learning that helps students' learning needs. Teachers facilitate students according to their needs, because each individual student has very different characteristics, so they cannot be given the same treatment. Teachers facilitate students according to their needs, because each student has different characteristics, so they are not given the same treatment in the learning process. In implementing differentiated learning, teachers must prepare learning with a variety of different treatments and actions for each learner. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of differentiated learning in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 9 Serang City. The method used in this research is to use qualitative methods that are descriptive in nature. Data collection techniques in this study are using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are process differentiation refers to the way teachers invite students to enter into learning activities and discover their knowledge independently in the process. Teachers are required to prepare triggering questions, interesting and challenging materials so that students enjoy the process presented by the teacher. The characteristic of differentiated learning is a conducive learning environment that meets the needs of learners.
