Abstract

Abstract   This research addressed the issue of early marriage, which remains a frequent occurrence in Serang City, highlighting the need for effective prevention efforts. The purpose of this study is to assess the role of the Department of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, and Family Planning (DP3AKB) in preventing early marriage in Serang City. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation to provide clear and detailed insights into the phenomena or facts observed in the field. The findings of this study reveal that the prevalence of early-age marriages in Serang City remains considerably high, with a total of 21 couples officially registered in 2024. As a regulatory body, the DP3AKB of Serang City plays a crucial role in shaping policies through the enactment of regional regulations and actively engages in coordination and collaboration with various relevant stakeholders. As a catalyst, the DP3AKB of Serang City has delivered guidance through the Communication, Information, and Education program targeting the community, particularly parents and children. Furthermore, in its role as a facilitator, the DP3AKB of Serang City provides free consultation services through the Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) program. Therefore, this role is anticipated to be increasingly proactive and sustainable in mitigating the incidence of early marriage in Serang City through comprehensive programs, educational initiatives, and the reinforcement of cross-sectoral collaboration.   Keywords: Early Marriage, The Role of Government

Abstract

Abstract English version, written using Time New Roman-10, italic. Abstract contains research aim/purpose, method, and reseach results; written in one paragraph, single space among rows, using past tense sentences. This study aims to describe the role of the Kampus Mengajar program in strengthening the social skills of students participating in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program at FKIP, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus included cooperation, assertive behavior, responsibility, empathy, and self-control. The findings show that students’ social skills were strengthened through collaborative activities, constructive communication, and adaptation to the school environment. Programs supporting this strengthening included teaching assistance, numeracy and literacy programs, and technology adaptation. Key supporting factors were collaboration with teachers, school support, and student enthusiasm. The study also identified inhibiting factors, but they did not have a significant impact on the strengthening process. Thus, the Kampus Mengajar program plays an important role in strengthening students’ social skills as personal and professional preparation in education.

Abstract

Online gambling games are popular among teenagers nowadays. This is caused by very sophisticated technological advances, socio-economic pressures, and the role of social media as an advertising platform. This research aims to understand the reasons why the younger generation plays online gambling and solve the problems of this case. In collecting data, researchers obtained data through observation and interviews. The results of this research explain the factors of playing online gambling such as environmental, cognitive and perception factors. This case has an impact on finances (material values), vital values, spiritual values ​​(mental health and social relationships). Playing online gambling games is caused by technological accessibility, socio-economic pressures, lack of public awareness about the laws and risks of online gambling.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the process of making the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, to determine the role of the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing the independence of students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects, and to find out the obstacles to using the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing independence. students in Pancasila and Citizenship Education lessons at SMP Negeri 10 Serang City. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection through the results of interviews, observations and documentation to the deputy principal of the curriculum, teachers, and students of Junior High School Number 10 of Serang City. The results of this study indicate that the process of making LKPD Curriculum 2013 in the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education is carried out by conducting curriculum analysis, compiling a map of LKPD needs, determining the title of KPD, writing LKPD and determining assessment tools. There is a role for the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing the independence of students' learning in the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education, namely creating a condition where students have a competitive desire to advance for their own good, as a learning tool so that students are able to take decisions and take initiatives to deal with problems that arise. faced, as a tool to foster students' confidence in what they are doing. The obstacles faced by teachers and students in utilizing the 2013 Curriculum LKPD in increasing the learning independence of students themselves both internally and externally are consistency, creativity, lack of student focus, weak grasping power of students in understanding the material and distance learning in pandemic conditions. covid 2019. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mekanisme penyumpahan calon advokat di Pengadilan Tinggi Banten sebagai langkah awal menuju profesionalisme dalam dunia hukum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada staf kepaniteraan muda hukum. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada tantangan dalam penyesuaian dengan teknologi terbaru, penggunaan Sistem Informasi Permohonan Advokat (SIPERAD) telah meningkatkan efisiensi dan keterbukaan dalam pelantikan. Penerapan standar yang ketat memastikan bahwa advokat yang lahir dari proses ini memiliki kemampuan yang mumpuni dan siap menghadapi tantangan dalam lingkup hukum. Selain itu, calon advokat juga menerima pelatihan serta bimbingan penting untuk mengembangkan kompetensi profesional mereka. Kesimpulannya, proses pelantikan ini tidak hanya memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap profesi advokat, tetapi juga mendukung perubahan yang lebih luas dalam sistem peradilan di Indonesia, di mana transparansi dan akuntabilitas dijadikan prioritas utama dalam menghadirkan layanan hukum yang berkualitas.
