Artificial intelligence optimizes operational efficiency and customizes visitor experiences, resulting in improved productivity and customer satisfaction. Hotels showcase their dedication to environmental stewardship by implementing sustainability initiatives, such as the use of eco-friendly products and the adoption of waste reduction techniques. In addition, the use of energy-efficient technology and customized services enhances the satisfaction of guests while simultaneously decreasing operational expenses. The implementation of health and safety protocols, specifically in relation to COVID-19, places utmost importance on the welfare of both staff members and visitors. Hotels may improve their operational efficiency, increase visitor pleasure, and show their dedication to sustainability and staff well-being by adopting these trends and using new approaches.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of work-life balance strategies on employee productivity and organizational well-being at Sekolah Luar Biasa Erha Pabelan. As work environments become increasingly flexible with the rise of remote and hybrid work models, it is essential to understand how these strategies influence both individual and organizational outcomes. This research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with the principal, teachers and educational staff at Sekolah Luar Biasa Erha Pabelan. The data collected were analyzed through thematic analysis, identifying key themes related to flexible working arrangements, managerial support, wellness programs, and barriers to effective implementation. The findings reveal that flexible working hours and remote work options significantly enhance employee productivity and satisfaction, while supportive workplace culture and wellness programs further contribute to well-being and organizational engagement. However, challenges such as limited awareness of policies, resistance from middle management, and resource constraints hinder the full potential of these initiatives. The study concludes that organizations must proactively address these barriers and continuously adapt their strategies to foster a sustainable work-life balance. Future research should investigate the effectiveness of personalized work-life balance solutions, the role of technology in managing boundaries, and cross-cultural differences in the implementation of these strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of revenue management strategies in increasing the revenue of three-star hotels, with a focus on market segmentation, pricing, and the role of Online Travel Agents (OTAs). This topic is important because the competition in the hotel industry is getting tighter, so an adaptive and efficient revenue management strategy is needed. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Informants were selected purposively from three main categories: General Manager, Revenue Manager, and Front Office Manager. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that dynamic pricing strategies, utilization of OTAs, and bundling promotions can significantly increase Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, and RevPAR. However, challenges such as high commission fees from OTAs and inaccurate demand predictions are still obstacles to implementation. The success of the strategy is greatly influenced by coordination between departments and management's ability to respond quickly to market changes. These findings demonstrate the importance of system integration and cross-functional collaboration in supporting effective revenue management in the hotel industry.
