Abstract

Advances in industrial technology 4.0 provide many changes in today's life. One example attached to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0 is the use of communication, transactions, even to the level of education using the acceleration of information technology. Some sectors have used advances in information technology such as the government sector, the industrial sector and even the world of education. This is because the greater the influence of the use of information technology to accelerate the transformation of each sector that uses it. But on the other hand, advances in information technology, apart from having a positive impact, also have a negative impact. As a real example of the positive impact, namely in the education sector, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology could be felt, as far as learning could be close to existing learning videos. However, one of the challenges is that advances in information technology also have a negative impact in the field of education, namely the dependence of students or students to spend more time playing online games (e-sports). So that it can affect the results of student learning achievement. Therefore, the research method that will be used is to use the classification of the influence of e-sports on student learning outcomes using the Nave Bayes algorithm which is optimized using particle swarm optimization. In its implementation, it was found that some students experienced decreased learning outcomes and some increased, of course this was influenced by several factors, both internal and external to the students themselves. The implementation of the algorithm used in this study obtained a sufficient level of classification with an AUC (area under classification) value of 0.792 and an accuracy value of 75.95%

Abstract

Abstract-Employee attendance is one of the important aspects in managing human resources in a company. Also has a role in terms of condition or assessment of employee work discipline and payroll calculations that are carried out every month. The research problem found in the object of research is that attendance recording is done by using printed sheets of paper written with stationery by employees. It has an impact on the monthly attendance recapitulation process, or even prone to damage and loss of physical attendance files. The purpose of this study is to design an attendance application that can record attendance data through a QR-Code scan and the data is stored automatically in the database. This research method uses extreme programming software development methods, and the results obtained are the benefits of data storage automation in the prepared database, so that the attendance process becomes transparent and report recapitulation is better because data retrieval can be done faster. Keywords— Employee Attendance, QR-Code, Extreme Programming, Database Intisari - Absensi karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan. Memiliki peranan pula dalam hal kondite atau penilaian terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karayawan dan perhitungan penggajian yang dilakukan setiap bulan. Permasalahan penelitian yang ditemukan pada objek penelitian yaitu perekaman absensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan cetakan lembar kertas yang ditulis dengan alat tulis oleh karyawan. Berdampak kepada proses rekapitulasi absensi setiap bulan, atau bahkan rawan terjadinya kerusakan dan kehilangan berkas fisik absensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun suatu aplikasi absensi yang dapat melakukan perekaman data absensi melalui scan QR-Code dan data tersimpan secara otomatis pada basis data. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak extreme programming, dan didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu kemanfaatan otomatisasi penyimpanan data pada basis data yang disiapkan, sehingga proses absensi menjadi transparan dan rekapitulasi laporan lebih baik karena pencarian data dapat lebih cepat dilakukan. Abstract

The growing development of the automotive industry in Indonesia has an impact on increased car sales. More and more people are buying cars because they have become daily transportation. Damage experienced in the car is handled by experts or expert technicians. Diagnosis of damage is carried out by a technician based on signs of initial damage to the car. This encourages experts to develop new computer systems to support human work. The development of computers today has undergone many very rapid changes, along with the increasing and complex human needs. then we need a method or system that can diagnose damage to the car. One of them is by utilizing artificial intelligence technology. One sub-field of artificial intelligence is an expert system. By utilizing expert system technology can be produced a system to diagnose car engine damage. This expert system discusses the diagnosis of web-based Toyota Innova damage using the forward chaining method. With the aim of helping the community to diagnose the damage to the Toyota Innova car engine.

Abstract

Breast cancer still ranks first in the number of cancers in Indonesia and is one of the contributors to the death rate caused by cancer. Generally occurs in women, but does not rule out it can occur in men. Globocan data in 2020 shows the number of new cancer cases in Indonesia reached 65,858 or 16.6% of the total 396,914 new cancer cases, with the number of deaths reaching 22,430 cases. Early detection can allow patients to get the right therapy and increase their chances of survival. The purpose of this study is to implement a machine learning algorithm to detect breast cancer in women, the algorithms that will be used are Support Vector Machine (SVM) and XBGoost by implementing feature selection to obtain better accuracy. The classification results of the two algorithms will be compared to find out which algorithm has the best performance. The dataset used is from the SEER NCI program in November 2017 involving 4024 patients. The research shows that of the 16 attributes contained in the dataset, there are 3 attributes (features) that have a significant effect on the classification results, namely 6th stage, reginol node positive, and tumor size. XGBoost with feature selection has a better performance of 91.4% compared to SVM which is only 89.8%.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Marketplace Desain Grafis (Si Mas Davis) diharapkan dapat membantu para desainer grafis untuk memudahkan dalam mencari klien dan memudahkan para desainer grafis mempromosikan diri mereka karena jasa desain grafis sangatlah sulit tanpa mempromosikannya lewat jejaring internet, karena bisnis desain grafis termasuk mahal, maka pencarian konsumen termasuk sulit. Maka dari itu, kombinasi jasa desain grafis dengan e-commerce ini sangatlah pas. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yg digunakan dalam program ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan Studi pustaka. Program ini menghasilkan sebuah marketplace yang dapat memudahkan para desainer grafis dan klien, dimana para desainer grafis dapat melihat informasi proyek dan dapat menawar kepada klien untuk bekerja pada proyek tersebut. Sedangkan klien dapat mengunggah proyek, melihat siapa saja yang menawar pada proyek nya dan dapat memilih siapa yang akan bekerja pada proyek tersebut

Abstract

Abstracts - With the advancement of information technology, the need for fast, accurate, and precise information access has become increasingly crucial. Therefore, companies must have efficient computerized systems to support their business processes. The issue at PT. INKOLANGGENG MAKMUR in the warehouse department is that the recording of incoming and outgoing goods is still done manually, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. By using an inventory system, users have the ability to organize and control the necessary information. For example, they can view, add, store, modify, and delete data. Additionally, this system can also predict the quantity of goods needed to be purchased for the next period and control the activities of expenditure and receipt of goods. The author utilizes the single moving average method to facilitate forecasting regarding stock inventory.

Abstract

Penerapan website sistem informasi manajemen ekstrakurikuler (SIEKSTRA) diharapkan dapat membantu para pembina ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan pengelolaan data anggota, data nilai, maupun kegiatan dengan efisien karena dilakukan secara online. Dan bagi para siswa dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat dalam hal melihat informasi ekstrakurikuler, seperti pendaftaran anggota, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti, dan melihat nilai ekstrakurikuler. Pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan didalam program ini menggunakan motode waterfall sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka dan observasi. Program ini menghasilkan sebuah website yang memudahkan para murid dan pembina maupun pihak pihak yang bersangkutan. Dimana para murid dapat mendaftar ekstrakuriker, melihat informasi ekstrakurikuler, melihat kegiatan yang diadakan di ekstrakurikuler yang dipilih dan dapat melihat nilai ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti. Sedangkan pembina dapat mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dibina, mengelola keanggotaan ekstrakurikuler dan menilai siswa yang menjadi anggota ekstrakurikuler tersebut.The implementation of the extracurricular management information system website (SIEKSTRA) is expected to help extracurricular coaches manage member data, value data and activities efficiently because it is done online. And for students, it can help make it easier and faster to view extracurricular information, such as member registration, extracurricular activities participated in, and viewing extracurricular grades.. The software development used in this program uses the waterfall method, while the data collection method is carried out by means of literature study and observation. This program produces a website that makes it easier for students and coaches as well as the parties concerned. Where students can register for extracurriculars, view extracurricular information, view activities held in selected extracurriculars and can see extracurricular values that are followed. while the coach can manage the extracurricular activities that are fostered, manage the extracurricular membership and assess the students who are members of the extracurricular.

Abstract

The advancement of communication media and technology has driven various business sectors to transform digitally, including fishing businesses in South Tangerang City. However, many fishing businesses still lack adequate information systems to manage company profiles and customer data in an integrated manner. This research aims to analyze, design, and implement a fishing profile website equipped with customer data management features using the Waterfall software development methodology. The waterfall methodology was chosen for its systematic and structured approach, which involves five main stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The process begins with requirements analysis and collecting necessary customer data to proceed to the data integration stage, followed by system design and implementation by developing a user-friendly web-based fishing profile application. System testing uses black box testing to ensure all features function properly. The research results show that the developed fishing profile website provides professional information and manages customer data, including customer registration, visit history, and service preferences for available fishing products. This system can enhance operational efficiency and strengthen fishing businesses' customer relationships. In conclusion, integrating customer data into a fishing business profile website can serve as an effective solution to support digital transformation in this sector.

Abstract

Pelatihan Transformasi kreatif artificial intelligence (AI) di pengabdian Masyarakat menggunakan Canva memberikan pengaruh baik pada kemampuan anak asuh Yayasan As-Syamsuriah dalam pembuatan gambar inovatif. Pelatihan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan keterampilan dan wawasan baru, bagaimana membuat gambar yang inovatif dan menarik dengan AI menggunakan canva. Keterampilan menggambar merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam pembelajaran untuk anak-anak. agenda pelatihan ini meliputi praktek penggunaan AI dalam Canva untuk membuat atau merancang gambar yang berkualitas, dan juga gambar yang inovatif. Metode yang diimplementasikan berupa sesi workshop, sesi praktik secara langsung, dan Latihan untuk mengevaluasi kemampuan anak-anak dalam menerapkan ilmu yang diperoleh. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat untuk anak asuh Yayasan As-Syamsuriah ini memperlihatkan adanya pengembangan yang cukup besar dalam kualitas pengetahuan anak-anak tentang pembuatan gambar inovatif artificial intelligence(AI)dengan menggunakan canva, meningkatkan kemampuan dan kreativitas anak-anak. Dengan adanya acara ini berharap bisa membuat model pelatihan yang berkelanjutan agar dapat memberikan partisipasi positif tentang ekspansi keahlian anak-anak dalam membuat gambar AI dengan canva.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan sistem informasi website e-kinerja THL sebagai sarana pemantauan aktivitas pegawai di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Kota Tangerang. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa sistem ini berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efisiensi kerja. Website e-kinerja mempermudah Kasubag dan Sekretaris Dinas dalam mengawasi aktivitas harian THL secara langsung dan terpusat, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan karena THL bisa mengisi laporan secara online. Di samping itu, sistem ini mengurangi pemakaian dokumen fisik, menyajikan data kinerja yang terstruktur dan terdokumentasi, serta mempercepat evaluasi dan rekapitulasi laporan. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas pegawai menjadi semakin baik, karena semua data aktivitas terdokumentasi secara teratur. Fitur pencarian yang berdasarkan nama, tanggal, dan tipe kegiatan juga mempermudah dalam melacak data. Sistem informasi ini dianggap dapat mendukung pengelolaan kinerja pegawai secara digital, efisien, dan terintegrasi.This study discusses the implementation of the THL e-performance website information system as a means of monitoring employee activities at the Tangerang City Culture and Tourism Office. The findings indicate that this system has a significant impact on improving work efficiency and supervisory effectiveness. The e-performance website makes it easier for the Head of Subdivision and Secretary of the Office to monitor the daily activities of THL directly, in real time, and centrally. Additionally, the system improves reporting efficiency as daily contract workers can submit activity reports online without the need for physical documents. The system also accelerates the evaluation and compilation process, reduces the risk of data loss, and enhances reporting accuracy. Performance data is systematically stored, making it easier to review when necessary. The search feature based on name, date, and activity type greatly assists in the monitoring process. This system supports the principles of transparency and accountability, as all activities are clearly documented and can be accounted for. Overall, the THL e-performance information system is considered capable of supporting the digitalization of employee performance management efficiently, modernly, and integrally, and making a tangible contribution to achieving better governance that is responsive to technological developments.
