Abstract

Using of internet connection is not a new things nowday, every one can acces internet whereever, whenever, anytime anywhere they need or want. Is not dificult to find hotspot area, so nothing more can’s stop people to knowing and connecting with other people in all country.Considering of using internet causing negatif affcet, such as cyber cryme, when there is a cybercrime then we know we need cyber law.to knowing what is cyber crime and what is cybercrime this is a explaination to be known.This paper made for us to know deeply about cyber crime and cyber law, consist of definition, sample and conclution, hoply with reading this people may understanding what is cyber crime and cyber law.Keyword : internet, cybercrime, cyber law

Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the very important sales activities, because it indirectly has an impact on customer satisfaction, it is possible that customers will feel disappointed if the goods they are looking for are not available because the stock is out of stock, if this happens it is very possible even until the customer loses. To avoid customer disappointment and maintain stock of goods so that they are always available when needed, it is important necessary to predict the inventory of goods in this case are brown envelopes at photocopy shops and office stationery F2. To be able to predict the inventory of these goods, research is carried out so that the stock of brown envelopes can always be available. In this study, the authors conducted a research on the estimated supply of brown envelopes which until now were sought after by customers at the store where we did research, namely the F2 photocopy and office stationery shop. In calculating inventory estimates, the author uses three methods, namely Weighted Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing and Simple Moving Average. Data processing using the Python programming language with Jupyter Notebook, from the prediction results using the three methods, it can be seen that the best method for photocopy shops and office stationery F2 is using the Exponential Smoothing method with α=0.1. The author hopes that the results of this study can provide input to shop owners in making decisions when they will add stock of brown envelopes in the next period. If this can be known before the stock runs out, the shop owner will be better prepared in deciding how much stock should be prepared to meet customer needs, and it is also not excessive to provide stock because if there is too much stock and it is not sold for a very long time, it can reduce the value of an item that can cause loss.

Abstract

Utilization of IT has been providing solutions and benefits through the opportunities as a form of the strategic role of IT in achieving its vision and mission. Opportunities created from the optimization of IT resources on areas of company resources including data, application systems, infrastructure, and human resources. On the other hand, IT implementation requires a relatively expensive investment cost, where the emergence of the risk of failure is also quite large. This condition requires consistency within the field of management, so an IT Governance (IT Governance) that is suitable will be an essential requirement. To achieve this we need management of existing IT structured. IT Governance Institute (ITGI) defines IT governance as a responsibility of executive and board of directors, and consists of leadership, organizational structures, and processes that ensure IT companies to support and expand the organization's objective and strategy. IT governance objectives are to be able to direct the efforts of IT, thereby ensuring IT performance according to the fulfillment of the following objective: 1. IT aligned with the company and the realization of promised benefits. 2. Using IT enables companies to exploit opportunities and maximize benefits. 3. The use of IT resources is responsible. Proper management of risks related to IT. COBIT is one methodology that provides the basic framework in creating appropriate information technology with organizational needs while considering other factors that influence. This thesis took DS and ME domain of COBIT framework, determine the maturity of the Corporate Governance Ti Pro Car International Finance, Jakarta, and then provide recommendations. Currently IT Governance Maturity PT. International Car Finance Jakarta is at Level 3 and level 4 is expected to become the Company has established a number of indicators or quantitative measures that serve as the target or objective performance of each application of the existing information technology applications. It is expected that the research can be conducted periodically, either in the same plane or different.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition where a person or household has insufficient income to meet the minimum living needs. BPS states that 40% of Indonesians are in the lowest economy. One of the measures to tackle poverty by the government is the application of electricity subsidies. The government in collaboration with PT. PLN to control poverty has an electricity subsidy program by providing electricity subsidy assistance funds to underprivileged communities. The purpose of the subsidy is to achieve electricity supply and help poor customers and those who have not been contacted by PT. PLN so that they can participate in enjoying electrical energy. However, there are still obstacles where there are many procedures so that it takes a long time to make decisions, because it must be seen from several criteria. One of the methods used to overcome the many criteria of FMADM is TOPSIS to complete 10 alternatives including: Job, Income, Dependents, Vehicle Assets, Home Ownership, Building Area, Drinking Water Source, Electrical Power Range, type of floor, and type of house wall. The results of the study obtained accurate results, namely from 20 submissions, only 11 residents were automatically acceded without having to wait a long time in the decision to grant electricity subsidies. Abstract

Prediksi persediaan barang merupakan salah satu upaya agar dapat menyediakan stok barang sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan yang berbeda setiap bulannya. Berdasarkan penelitian penulis terdahulu telah ditemukan metode perhitungan prediksi persedian yang terbaik bagi Toko Fotokopi dan Alat Tulis Kantor F2 yaitu menggunakan metode Exponential Smoothing dengan alpha 0.1, namun belum memiliki program yang dapat memproses perhitungan agar prediksi persediaan barang diketahui lebih efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini penulis membuat perancangan program prediksi persediaan barang dengan metode Exponential Smoothing alpha 0.1 guna menunjang kebutuhan toko F2 dalam memprediksi persediaan barang. Penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, dalam perancangan program penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework streamlit.

Abstract

Pada bisnis perhotelan, aplikasi Hospitality bukan hal yang baru, tetapi sudah digunakan oleh kebanyakan hotel. Aplikasi Hospitality sangat membantu dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan memudahkan pekerjaan sehingga pekerjaan lebih efisien dan efektif. Pada suatu hotel, aplikasi Hospitality digunakan oleh hampir semua karyawan mulai dari level bawah sampai dengan level atas. Dengan penggunaan aplikasi Hospitality karyawan terbantu dan dipermudah dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan pekerjaannya dalam mengolah data transaksi sampai dengan pembuatan laporan. Banyaknya penggunaan aplikasi Hospitality memunculkan kebutuhan terhadap  evaluasi aplikasi Hospitality. Pada penelitian ini analisa aplikasi dengan Metode Website Usability Evaluation Tool (WEBUSE) sehingga menghasilkan point usability Content, Organization, and Readability sebesar 0,79 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Good”. Kemudian perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Navigation and Links sebesar 0,78 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Good”. Begitu juga dengan perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability User Interface Design sebesar 0,86 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”. Terakhir perhitungan yang didapatkan hasil point usability Performance and Effectiveness sebesar 0,85 dan termasuk kedalam kategori “Excellent”.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing the feasibility of pension loan applicants for state civil servants at PT. BPR DP TASPEN, with a focus on the use of the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) as an alternative analysis method. Previously, PT. BPR DP TASPEN uses a subjective evaluation method to assess the feasibility of loan applicants, which leads to potential risks and errors in the analysis. In this study, the authors recommend the use of TOPSIS as a support decision-making system to standardize the analytical process. TOPSIS was chosen for its efficiency in reducing the calculation time and ease of implementation. This method uses criteria and alternatives to calculate, produces the best alternative based on a weighted bobot, and provides the final decision. The results of the study indicate that TOPSIS provides a good solution for determining the feasibility of pension loan applicants. By considering criteria such as age, pension, debt, bank loan, health history, and income, only seven out of 40 loan applicants met the best criteria, which were close to the ideal positive solution. The selected applicants were recommended for approval as pension loans by the company, reducing the potential risks of credit and improving the accuracy of the selection of loan criteria.

Abstract

This research proposes the use of the Logarithmic Precursor Chain-Driven Objective Weighting (LOPCOW) method to evaluate the best lecturers in universities.  The LOPCOW method ensures that the assessment covers all aspects of lecturer quality and performance, including education, research, community services, discipline, commitment, cooperation skills, and innovation. The evaluation of lecturers using the scores and ratings provided showed that CDE lecturers were the best, with the highest score of 0.715.  CDE lecturers showed high consistency in all aspects assessed, especially in education, research, and community service.  This was followed by MNO lecturers (0.676), STU lecturers (0.668), XYZ lecturers (0.637), and AFI lecturers (0.627). In conclusion, highly ranked lecturers showed strong dedication to the Tridharma of higher education, with consistent performance and a positive impact on the academic community and the general public.  Future research should focus on developing strategies to improve lecturers' teaching quality by applying new educational technologies and evaluating their impact on student learning.

Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan agenda tahunan setiap lembaga atau lembaga pendidikan untuk menyambut murid baru di lingkungannya setiap tahun ajaran baru. TK. Anak Bangsa merupakan sekolah dengan konsentrasi pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Dalam pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru di TK. Anak Bangsa sampai dengan saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu dengan menyebar brosur, menunggu respon atas brosur tersebut, menerima pemberkasan secara langsung melalui formulir isian, dan melakukan rekapitulasi penerimaan siswa baru dengan pencatatan berupa excel. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dari proses penerimaan siswa baru secara konvensional tersebut antara lain kurangnya promosi, panjangnya proses penerimaan siswa, manajemen data siswa baru membutuhkan waktu lama dalam pembuatan laporan penerimaan peserta didik baru, rawan terjadi kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Solusi dari permasalahan dengan dibuatkan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi dengan nama Aplikasi PENEBAR (Penerimaan Siswa Baru) untuk TK. Anak Bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini mulai dari pengumpulan data, perancangan sistem informasi, membangun aplikasi, sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat berupa pembuatan aplikasi PENEBAR menjadi peralihan sistem PPDB yang semula konvensional menjadi terkomputerisasi sehingga menjadi solusi permasalahan yang ada.

Abstract

There are several methods of decision making VSAT IT goods suppliers such as: Promethee, Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Decision-making in the selection of the best suppliers, we have the basis of assessment criteria, and we will also be faced with more than one alternative. If alternatives are only two, maybe still easy for us to choose, but if the alternative is a lot of choice, it is quite difficult for us to decide. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a technique that was developed to help overcome this difficulty, because the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a form of decision-making model with many criteria. One of the reliability of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is able to perform simultaneous analysis and integrated between the parameters of qualitative or quantitative.
