Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam menggali potensi desa Sengkol sebagai desa wisata dilakukan dengan melalui survei lokasi dan melakukan pengolahan data yang kemudian di analisi menggunakan SWOT Analisis.yang terdiri dari Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities dan Threaths. Analisis SWOT bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan kekuatan (strengths) dan peluang (opportunities), namun dapat meminimalkan kelemahan (weakness) dan ancaman (threaths). Dari hasil analisis tersebut maka dapat menjadi gambaran untuk pengembangan desa Sengkol sebagai desa wisata kedepannya. Beragam potensi desa yang menjadi kekuatan desa terowai harus di kembangkan hingga dapat menciptakan peluang dalam memajukan desa, dan sebaliknya berbagai kelemahan yang ada pada desa Sengkol harus segera diatasi sehingga tidak menjadi ancaman dalam proses pembangunan desa menjadi desa wisata. Bedasarkan datan dan analisi desa Sengkol memiliki aspek-aspek yang menjadikan desa ini sebagai desa wisata seperti : Attraction seperti Atraksi Alam, Atraksi rumah, dan Atraksi Kebudaya. Untuk mewujudkannya dibutuhkkan Accesability (aksesibilitas) dalam hal aksesibilitas memang terkendala dari pemerintah, jalan masuk menuju lokasi wisata. Amenities (fasilitas) masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan rumah tinggal mereka menjadi homestay yang dapat digunakan sebagai penginapan bagi wisatawan. Dan Ancillary (kelembagaan)pengembangan desa wisata dibutuhkan adanya lembaga yang mengelola berjalannya desa wisata tersebut, sehingga dibutuhkan POKDARWIS (kelompok Sadar wisata) Desa Sengkol

Abstract

Background: The increasing dropout rate in Indonesia poses significant challenges to the education system, particularly as students advance through higher education levels. Predicting student attrition accurately can help institutions implement timely interventions to improve retention. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms in predicting student attrition based on demographic, socioeconomic, and academic performance factors. Methods: A quantitative study was conducted using a dataset of 4,424 instances with 34 attributes, categorized into Dropout, Graduate, and Enrolled. The performance of Random Forest and XGBoost was compared based on accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity. Results: Random Forest achieved the highest accuracy at 80.56%, with a specificity of 76.41% and sensitivity of 72.42%, outperforming XGBoost. While XGBoost was slightly less accurate, it remained a competitive approach for student attrition prediction. Conclusion: The findings highlight Random Forest's robustness in handling extensive datasets with diverse attributes, making it a reliable tool for identifying at-risk students. This study underscores the potential of machine learning in addressing educational challenges. Future research should explore advanced ensemble techniques, such as the Ensemble Voting Classifier, or deep learning models to further enhance prediction accuracy and scalability.

Abstract

As time goes by, the development of information systems is increasingly enhanced by the advancement of sophisticated technology. Information systems are based on human needs to store and process information more effectively and efficiently. Sports that are currently popular, such as futsal, have garnered significant interest. Futsal is a sport played by five players one achteam,withtheo bjective of scoring goals by manipulating theball. Thegrowing demand for futsal fields has led to the need for a booking and scheduling system, where customers orpotential futsal players must visitthe location inperson to makea booking, which consumes time and costs. Before making abooking, customers must first check the availability of the field on the desired day and time, a process that is still done manually by going to the venue. Online booking is the process of arranging reservations for products or services. It involve screating amethodo fordering (forplaces,goods,etc.)tootherswhilebeingconnected to the internet. Therefore, online booking can be defined as the reservation of products or services conducted through an internet connection. To maximize the online booking system, the First Come First Serve algorithm is required to aid in the effective creation of the online booking system. The First Come First Serve (FCFS) algorithm is the simplest scheduling algorithm used by CPUs. Hence, the author has chosen the title “Design of the JB Futsal Booking System Using the First Come First Served (FCFS) Algorithm.”

Abstract

Desa Mangunjaya , which is located at Jalan Pendidikan 1 No.13 Mangunjaya, South Tambun District, Bekasi, West Java 17510, is still developing information technology. This village in conveying information is still done manually so that the potential of the village is less published, with that the village community still has difficulty receiving information from the village government and conveying various suggestions and aspirations of the community. In conveying information it is still done manually so that the potential of the village is not published. The problem faced by Mangunjaya village is that the community has difficulty in getting information and complaints in conveying aspirations to the village. The making of certificates is still carried out by the community directly to village officials. The goal in this PKM is to implement a smart village to make the village digitized by designing the Village Service application to make it easier to submit letters from villagers. The method in Community Service is to design an application and conduct socialization for the use of the Application to the community, RT, RW and Village Officials. The result of this PKM is that the Village service application to support Smart Village can be used and training has been carried out for using the Application.

Abstract

Elementary school students still tend to be less interested in learning local culture, one of which is the variety of traditional houses in Indonesia. Students are more interested in global culture that is trending. The main reason is because the learning process that applies is still conventional and monotonous. The teaching methods that are carried out are only delivered verbally and through written media, resulting in low student involvement in the learning process. Many areas that have cultural heritage are at risk of losing valuable cultural assets due to limited interest and preservation efforts. Digital transformation allows for the creation of new innovations in the scope of education. Augmented reality technology can be used as a bridge to connect students with local cultural diversity. AR technology designed on mobile devices is an ideal medium to motivate the younger generation to maintain the sustainability of local culture in a modern way and in accordance with a digital lifestyle. The purpose of this study is to explore the use of 3D Augmented Reality technology collaborated with the FAST corner algorithm in the learning process as an effort to increase student interest in understanding the forms of traditional houses in Indonesia. The development of a waterfall system is a method in developing Android-based applications by utilizing Unity 3D programming. This research produces an Android-based application to recognize various forms of traditional houses in Indonesia which will be applied to 3rd grade elementary school students so that they can experience a more interactive learning experience.

Abstract

The administrative and community service processes in RW 10 Rawabugel, Bekasi City, are still carried out manually, resulting in delays in service, long queues, and difficulties in managing community data and archives. Therefore, a system is needed to improve the efficiency and quality of service. This study aims to design and develop a web-based administrative and community service system by applying the Queue algorithm using the First Come First Served (FCFS) method. This system allows residents to submit service requests online and monitor the status of their requests in real time, while RW officials can manage data and archives in a structured and computerized manner. The use of the Queue algorithm serves to automatically and fairly arrange the order of services based on the time of submission. The results of the study show that the developed system has succeeded in increasing service efficiency, reducing queue backlogs, and facilitating the management of resident administrative data. This system is expected to be a solution in improving the quality of administrative services in the RW environment.

Abstract

Sekarwangi merupakan desa yang terletak di daerah kecamatan Cibadak, yang berada di cekungan dan dikelilingi perbukitan. Terdapat 4 RW, yang rawan terkait bencana longsor, RW 01, 11, 13 dan 17. Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) Jawa Barat sebagai daerah perbukitan yang saat ini rawan longsor. Meskipun tanah longsor tidak dapat diprediksi dan dicegah secara pasti, kita dapat berusaha untuk meminimalkan terjadinya tanah longsor di wilayah yang rentan terhadap longsor. Karena tanah longsor di Desa Sekarwangi terdiri dari lereng dan bukit yang terjal, hal tersebut dapat mengganggu mobilitas dan merugikan masyarakat. Pemetaan akan membantu mengurangi risiko tanah longsor. Mitigasi pemetaan rawan longsor menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk mendukung data pemetaan daerah mana saja yang dapat terjadi bencana longsor, seperti jenis tanah, kemiringan lereng, kependudukan, dan tutupan lahan yang dipadukan dengan tataletak geografis. Hasil rancangan dan identifikasi mitigasi pemetaan tanah longsor akan menghasilkan rancangan sistem deteksi mitigasi longsor yang memulai dengan analisis peta rawan longsor dan menggunakan pendeteksian gejala longsor.
