Abstract

Expert system is a system that uses human knowledge, where the knowledge is entered into a computer, and then used to solve problems that usually require human expertise or expertise. In this case the expert system is used to diagnose pregnancy diseases in women. Pregnancy disease is a condition in which there is a disturbance in pregnancy or the fetus in the womb. An expert system for diagnosing pregnancy diseases in women is an expert system designed as a tool for diagnosing types of pregnancy diseases. Computer programs are intended to provide aids in solving problems in certain areas of specialization such as pregnancy problems in women. This knowledge is obtained from various sources including books and the internet related to the causes of pregnancy in women. The knowledge base is structured in such a way as to become a database with several disease tables and symptom tables to facilitate system performance in drawing conclusions on this expert system using Naive Bayes. This expert system will display a choice of symptoms that can be selected by the user, where each symptom choice will read the user to the next symptom choice to get the final result.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis coronavirus yang baru ditemukan. Badan WHO (World Health Organization) melaporkan virus ini pertama kali muncul pada tanggal 31 Desember 2019 dan negara yang pertama kali terkonfirmasi adalah negara China tepatnya dikota Wuhan. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang terkonfirmasi setelah presiden Jokowi bersama Menteri Kesehatan Terawan Agus Putranto pada hari senin, tanggal 02 maret 2020. Kebanyakan orang yang terpapar covid-19 merasakan gejala seperti: demam, infeksi pada saluran pernafasan, kehilangan indra penciuman, batuk pilek, sakit kepala, sakit tenggorokan, kehilangan indra perasa, dan mual.. Penelitian terdahulu adalah ilmu untuk mencari perbandingan dan hasil untuk menemukan inspirasi baru untuk penelitia. Metodologi penelitian adalah proses atau cara ilmiah untuk mendapatkan data yang akan digunakan untuk keperluan penelitian. Metodologi juga merupakan analisis teoretis mengenai suatu cara atau metode,penelitian merupakan suatu penyelidikan yang sistematis untuk meningkatkan sejumlah pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan CF, maka nilai yang di dapat pada penyakit Covid- 19 dari hasil perhitungan di atas dapat diketahui tingkat keyakinan dari hasil diagnosa terhadap penyakit Covid-19 yakni 0,97 x 100% yaitu 97% dengan hasil yang di peroleh maka sistem mengetintifikasi bahwa pasien tersebut adalah Negatif Covid-19. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perancangan yang telah dicapai maka dapat diterapkan diterapkan aplikasi sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit Covid-19, dimana dalam aplikasi ini pengguna dapat masuk dan untuk mengetahui jenis gejala penyakit Covid-19 yang dimiliki oleh pengguna serta bisa mengetahui solusi penanganan yang tepat untuk membantu menangani penyakit Covid-19

Abstract

Siswa kelas unggulan merupakan siswa yang terdiri dari orang-orang pilihan yang memilikikemampuan yang lebih menonjol bila dibandingkan dengan siswa kelas biasa. SMK N 1 Binjai merupakansalah satu sekolah yang sudah menerapkan adanya pemilihan kelas unggulan dimana tiap tahunnya sekolahtersebut menyeleksi siswa baru untuk masuk ke kelas unggulan. Proses pemilihannya masih menggunakansistem manual. Pemilihan dengan cara tersebut akan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga tidakefektif dan efisien. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique(SMART) dimana dalam setiap kriteria diberi bobot kemudian dihitung dengan menggunakan rumusSMART. Teknik pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria ini didasarkan pada teori bahwa setiap alternatifterdiri dari sejumlah kriteria yang memiliki nilai-nilai dan setiap kriteria memiliki bobot yangmenggambarkan seberapa penting kriteria tersebut dengan kriteria lain. Hasil dari penelitian berupa outputsistem rekomendasi siswa yang akan masuk kelas unggulan. Manfaat penelitian ini memberikan mediainformasi pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak sekolah untuk memutuskan siswa yang layak masuk ke kelasunggulan.

Abstract

Sistem pendukung keputusan adalah bagian dari sistem informasi berbasis komputer (termasuk sistem berbasis pengetahuan). Yang dipakai untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam suatu sistem. Sistem pendukung keputusan memberikan suatu keputusan yang bersifat semiterstruktur, dimana tidak seorang pun tau secara pasti bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat.Pemilihan Access Point selalu memberikan kualitas yang terbaik kepada para IT untuk dipakai pada Hotel tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan kualitas yang terbaik maka para IT Hotel membutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan. Pada penelitian ini penulis menerapkan metode Multi Objective Optimization On The Basic Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA Method)sebagai metode yang akan diterapkan di dalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Access Point dengan tidak terlalu banyak membuang waktu dalam memilih Access Point dan tentunya hasil pemilihan yang tersistem akan lebih efektif

Abstract

Roads are facilities and infrastructure that are very important for our daily lives, because roads are a link between one place and another. It is the duty of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office to be able to manage data from all damaged roads. However, in handling road repairs, the relevant agencies are often not on target because of errors in determining the priority order of road repairs. Therefore, in this study a decision support system was built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which is expected to assist the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service in determining priorities for which roads to repair based on criteria, namely road conditions, road length, and road width. , road surface type and average daily traffic (lhr). From the calculation results obtained the highest ranking value, namely Jalan Sp. Paya Salib - Paya Salib Kec. Serapit (A6) with a value of 0.384, so that the road deserves to be a priority to get treatment in road repair first.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memperoleh nilai IPK tinggi, diantaranya mahasiswa harus belajar secara maksimal di bangku kuliah dan sesuai dengan program studi yang dipilih. Salah satu faktor agar mahasiswa dapat belajar secara maksimal adalah bahwa jurusan/program studi yang dipilih di perguruan tinggi harus diminati dan sesuai dengan bidang keahlian serta memiliki korelasi dengan latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa. Menurut Educational Psychologist dari Integrity Development Flexibility (IDF),sebanyak 87 persen mahasiswa di Indonesia salah jurusan yang dapat memicu pada pengangguran, tidak mampu mengikuti perkuliahan dan dampak paling buruk adalah DO(drop out). Untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan, perlu dirancang sebuah sistem secara online, sehingga semua orang dapat mengakses sebagai pendukung dalam memilih jurusan.Variable yang digunakan adalah jurusan di sekolah menengah, Program studi di Perguruan Tinggi dan IPK. Sebagai tahap awal untuk basis pengetahuan data diinput dari 24 perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri yang tersebar di provinsi yakni Sumatera Utara, terdiri dari 27 Jurusan SMA/sederajat dan 65 program studi di Perguruan tinggi.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dihasilkannya sebuah pengetahuan baru untuk membantu memilih program studi di perguruan tinggi berdasarkan support dan confidence sesuai jurusan, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui korelasi jurusan di SMA terhadap jurusan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Preparing effective and efficient work plans to achieve regional government strategic goals is often faced with budget management challenges, especially in the face of increasing indicative ceilings. This research optimizes this process at the Langkat Regency Regional Secretariat using the linear regression method. This method evaluates previous work plans and adapts them to regional financial capabilities for more efficient budget use. The research results show that linear regression provides accurate predictions of budget needs, with an error rate (MAPE) of 0.08% and an accuracy rate of 99.92%. It is hoped that this optimization can support regional development goals in a structured and measurable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to predict the number of scout enthusiasts in Binjai City using a linear regression method. The data used includes the number of active scout members from the Alert, Fundraiser, and Enforcer levels during the 2018-2024 school year. The linear regression method was chosen because of its ability to predict future trends based on historical data. This research implements a linear regression algorithm through the Python programming language for the development of prediction systems. The problem in this study is that scout education in Binjai City has many impacts that can affect the number of scout enthusiasts in an educational institution. Some of the factors that can affect the quality of the teacher can be a determining factor in the interest in participating in scouting. With the existence of qualified scout teaching staff and creativity, students will be more in demand to participate in scouting.and the achievement of providing facilities provided from the School Level to the Branch Committee can also be a factor in attracting interest in participating in scouting and the support of school principals and the surrounding government can also be a determining factor in the development of scouting in the region so that activities from the school level to the international level are carried out which will be more in demand by scouting students. This finding is expected to help the Branch of the Binjai City Scout Movement in preparing and optimizing the number of scouting students in the future. This value means that the relationship between the free variable / predictor X and the bound variable / response Y is a low increase, the percentage is 93%. With the overall interest of 3191 scout members active scout members in the coming year with the number of Standby (1756 people), Fundraisers (662 people), Enforcers (773 people) So, the interest of scouts in the city of Binjai is influenced by the number of active Scout members this year.

Abstract

In the midst of the current era of technological development, many changes have occurred in the field of transportation. Transportation is an important aspect of human life because transportation contributes to daily human life and activities. With the existence of transportation, people can easily reach somewhere far or near. Motorcycles are a means of transportation that is quite popular in the community. CV. Choice of Motors is an individual company engaged in the provision of new or used motorcycle loans. Motorcycle credit is a loan facility that aims to finance the purchase of a motorbike where the source of credit payment comes from income. Customers who apply for credit both individually and as an institution with a maximum financing of up to a certain amount along with the BPKB guarantee for the motorbike purchased. In setting credit policies, companies must first formulate credit standards and credit terms, the data needed as credit requirements include: KTP, income, employment, family cards, and other administrative requirements. Then a field survey will be carried out and then the results of the survey are analysis, after which the results of the analysis are returned to the company. Based on the results of the study, there were 4 groups of 20 data, namely group 1 with 5 data, group 2 with 8 data, and group 3 with 7 data.

Abstract

Stunting is a growth and development disorder in children caused by chronic malnutrition over a long period of time, especially in the first 1,000 days of life, namely from pregnancy to the first 2 years of life. There are more than 149 million (22%) toddlers worldwide who are stunted, of which 6.3 million are Indonesian toddlers. Based on data from the Ministry of Health, the stunting rate in Indonesia in 2023 was recorded at 21.5 percent, only down 0.1 percent from the previous year which amounted to 21.6 percent. Predicting the number of stunted toddlers is very important and necessary to know the stunting rate in Langkat Regency in 2024, and the prediction results can help health workers in handling and preventing the spread of stunting. The method applied to this prediction system is Multiple Linear Regression where this analysis determines whether each independent variable is positively or negatively related, the direction of the relationship between variables, and estimates the value of the dependent variable will increase or decrease. The prediction system is carried out using the RapidMiner application because this application is very appropriate to produce information output in the form of prediction results for the coming year. The prediction results obtained are an increase and decrease in 2024 in each sub-district and there are sub-districts that do not experience an increase and decrease. The sub-district with the highest number was Secanggang with approximately 177 people, and the sub-district with the lowest number of stunted children was West Berandan with approximately 55 people. Then Stabat sub-district became the sub-district that experienced the most increase in the number of stunting, which was around 15 people, and the sub-district that experienced the most decrease was Kuala sub-district with a total of approximately 23 people. From the overall results it can be calculated that the number of stunting in all districts in Langkat Regency amounted to approximately 2453 people in 2024. And testing the error rate of prediction results using RMSE in the RapidMiner application of 7.63%, where the level of accuracy in the prediction of child stunting in Langkat Regency is 92.46%.
