Abstract

Abstract. The growth rate of Hermetia illucens larvae in the bioconversion of organic waste is influenced by the media and environmental conditions where the BSF lives. This study aims to determine the effect of the feed formula on the growth of Hermetia illucens larvae in the bioconversion of organic waste. This research method was carried out by rearing BSF larvae, making BSF feed formulas, determining larval length, determining the weight and weight of BSF cassava. The results showed that the feeding formula from fish waste, tapioca waste with a chopped diameter of 10,20,30 mm gave a significant effect on the growth of BSF larvae (larval length, larvae weight) and BSF maggots. The provision of 20 and 30 percent fish waste has a higher weight and length with a chopped diameter of 20 and 30 mm..Keywords: feed formula, hermetia illucens, bioconversion, organic waste

Abstract

Telehealth has developed as an alternative to cover healthcare in all regions. Telehealth technology cannot be separated from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that has been infiltrated to human activities nowadays. Internet and mobile phone technologies in Indonesia have become new major needs. Indonesian Government and some institutions have tried to use these technologies in healthcare services in some remote areas. However, some obstacles have been found in the implementation of the technologies such as inadequate ICT infrastructure and lack of policies about healthcare for remote areas. The study was conducted to obtain the recent status of the telehealth in Indonesia to develop a simple and proper mobile application.  A literature study was conducted by collecting relevant information such as reports, regulations and policies released by the Indonesia Government regarding the healthcare infrastructures and latest technology used for telehealth. In addition, updated information from various institutions was also collected. The study reveals that there has been a gradual increase in the number of healthcare infrastructures in some remote areas in Indonesia. The number of ICT infrastructures is also expected to increase every year to facilitate communities in remote areas to be connected with others. Therefore, a mobile model of telehealth using text message services would be designed as a development model based on previous models that have been designed by some researchers.

Abstract

Segmentation is one of the critical stages in digital image processing and computer vision. However, conventional clustering-based segmentation methods, such as K-means and Fuzzy C-means (FCM), are still unable to accurately segment images whose pixels form hyperellipsoid clusters in the feature space. In addition, previous clustering methods based on Mahalanobis distance measurement require a long computational time and still have the potential to fall into local optima. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new method for segmenting images whose pixels form hyperellipsoid clusters in the feature space, utilizing hyperellipsoid clusters merging through hierarchical analysis of hyperellipsoid clusters. The proposed method comprises eight main steps: histogram extraction, peak and valley identification, elimination of low peaks and valleys, peak combination for centroid initialization, initialization of cluster pixel members, elimination of ineffective clusters, hyperellipsoid cluster merging, and finalization of cluster members. This paper presents a novel approach to segmenting color images by employing an initial centroid discovery process and cluster analysis that considers cluster covariance for cluster merging. Based on the tests conducted using various image characteristics, the proposed method can provide 97.42% accuracy, 98.02% precision, 97.15% recall, 2.58 misclassification error, 97.54 F1-score, 95.29% intersection over union, 97.52% dice coefficient, and 15.37 seconds of computation time. The test results are superior to those of conventional methods, such as K-means and FCM. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the proposed method can effectively segment images with high accuracy. The proposed method can serve as an alternative approach to image segmentation.

Abstract

Penelitian korelasional ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menyelidiki pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru yang dirasakan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Gowa, (2) Mengevaluasi pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, dan (3) Menganalisis dampak kumulatif dari kedua faktor tersebut terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan.Studi ini melibatkan seluruh peserta didik kelas XI pada Jurusan Teknik Audio Video yang berjumlah 64 orang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan sampel  jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Google Formulir dan diproses menggunakan SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Analisis data, dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%, dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk melihat pengaruh parsial dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan.Temuan riset meliputi: (1) Persepsi kompetensi profesional guru secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran, yaitu sebesar 54,4% (R² = 0,544). (2) Fasilitas pembelajaran secara substansial mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran, dengan kontribusi sebesar 81,6% (R² = 0,816). (3) Secara simultan, terdapat pengaruh kuat dan signifikan persepsi kompetensi profesional guru dan fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 82,9% (R² = 0,829), sedangkan 17,1% diakibatkan oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi generative design sebagai metode inovatif untuk mentransformasikan Arsitektur Vernakular Tongkonan di Toraja ke dalam konteks arsitektur modern yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai budaya dan filosofisnya. Tongkonan merupakan manifestasi budaya Toraja yang kaya akan kosmologi dan simbolisme, berperan sebagai pusat kehidupan sosial dan ritual. Di tengah tuntutan modernitas, muncul kebutuhan untuk menjembatani kearifan lokal ini dengan efisiensi fungsional dan ekologis kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif yang diperkuat dengan eksperimen desain digital. Pengumpulan data awal dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, dan studi literatur untuk mendalami filosofi (kosmologi) dan simbolisme Tongkonan, termasuk elemen-elemen kunci seperti bentuk atap, struktur panggung, dan orientasi bangunan. Nilai-nilai kualitatif ini kemudian diterjemahkan menjadi sistem generative design menggunakan SketchUp dan plugin pendukung (Ruby Console, Parametric Modeling, dan Sefaira). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemodelan generatif mampu menghasilkan alternatif desain (misalnya Model B) yang mencapai keseimbangan optimal (78% efisiensi energi dan 1.1 m/s sirkulasi udara). Model ini mempertahankan proporsi ruang utama (banua) dan orientasi tradisional, yang terbukti secara performatif meningkatkan efisiensi energi dan kenyamanan termal. Evaluasi kualitatif dengan tokoh adat dan akademisi menegaskan bahwa rancangan yang dihasilkan tetap menghormati wujud dan nilai filosofis Tongkonan sambil mengadopsi fungsionalitas modern. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa generative design berfungsi sebagai medium reflektif yang berhasil menerjemahkan kearifan lokal Tongkonan ke dalam paradigma digital. Transformasi ini membuktikan bahwa teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang kuat untuk pelestarian budaya dinamis, memungkinkan arsitektur tradisional Indonesia berevolusi secara kontekstual, efisien, dan berpihak pada keberlanjutan.Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Vernakular, Generative Design, Kearifan Lokal,  Tongkonan Toraja, Transformasi Arsitektur
