Abstract

Pemberian rekomendasi pidana di luar penjara pada Anak Berkonflik dengan Hukum menjadi sebuah tugas yang harus dijalankan oleh Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan. Pernyataan tersebut sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Anak, dimana pemenjaraan menjadi alternatif paling akhir. Pembimbing kemasyarakatan bertugas melaksanakan penelitian kemasyarakatan memegang peranan kunci melalui rekomendasi hukuman yang terdapat dalam dokumen penelitian kemasyarakatan. Rekomendasi tersebut dalam UU SPPA menjadi bahan pertimbangan hakim dalam pemberian putusan. Bahkan apabila hakim tidak menjadikan rekomendasi hukuman yang dibuat pembimbing kemasyarakatan, maka putusan batal demi hukum. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah sedalam apa peran pembimbing kemasyarakatan berkaitan dengan pemberian hukuman di luar penjara pada ABH. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic reviews dengan memanfaatkan berbagai sumber dari peraturan perundangan, jurnal, buku serta sumber lain yang relevan. Berdasarkan data yang diunduh dari sistem database pemasyarakatan, keberhasilan proses diversi dan pemberian hukuman di luar penjara dalam proses peradilan anak cukup tinggi. Sebagai buktinya kita bisa melihat tidak adanya overcrowded pada Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak. Oleh karena itu, kita perlu melihat bagaimana efektivitas rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh pembimbing kemasyarakatan untuk menghindarkan anak menjalani hukuman di luar penjara

Abstract

ABSTRAKYayasan Ponpes Miftahul Ulum yang berada di Desa Ambangah memiliki lahan seluas 10 ha yang belum terkelola dan dimanfaatkan. Pengelolaan lahan tersebut masih terkendala karena sumberdaya dan keuangan. Praktek bercocok tanam saat ini hanya untuk kegiatan pembelajaran siswa pada mata pelajaran Muatan Lokal. Kemampuan manajerial usaha juga masih rendah dan tidak ada pembukuan yang jelas. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah supaya pihak pesantren memahami Teknik budidaya sayuran organik dengan teknologi takakura. Kegiatan pemberdayaan pesantren melalui pertanian organik takakura akan menjadi sarana pembelajaran yang efektif dan menjadi nilai tambah serta meningkatkan kemampuan usaha dan ekonomi ponpes khususnya para siswa. Selain itu kegiatan pertanian di pesantren akan menambah variasi kegiatan dan aktivitas baru yang produktif serta menjadi percontohan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Para siswa dan stakeholders terkait juga diajarkan pembuatan pupuk organik sistem takakura, budidaya tanaman sayuran yang sesuai rekomendasi, diajarkan kemampuan pengelolan Lembaga dan keuangan serta pemasaran produk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra serta praktik langsung dilapangan. Evaluasi kegiatan dilaksanakan secara berkala untuk memantau pelaksanaan dan tindak lanjut kegiatan di lapangan dengan cara survey langsung ke lokasi mitra dan pemberian kuesioner. Adapun capaian yang sudah dilaksanakan yaitu meningkatan pengetahuan  dan keterampilan sumberdaya manusia dalam pembuatan kompos takakura, budidaya tanaman sayuran organik dengan metode yang efektif yaitu sistem takakura dan pemanfaatan lahan tidur yang dimiliki pondok pesantren untuk budidaya empat jenis sayuran. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan; pertanian organik; takakura. ABSTRACTThe Foundation of Miftahul Ulum Ponpes, which is located in Ambangah Village, has a land area of 10 hectares that has not been managed and utilized. The land management is still constrained due to resources and finance. The current farming practice is only for student learning activities in Local Content subjects. Business managerial ability is still low and there is no clear accountancy. The purpose of implementing this activity is so that the partners understand the organic vegetable faarming technique using takakura technology.The activities of empowering the boarding school through takakura organic farming will be an effective means of learning and become an added value as well as increase the business and economic capacity of the boarding school, especially students. In addition, agricultural activities at the boarding school will add variety to new productive activities and activities as well as become a model for the surrounding community. The students and related stakeholders were also taught how to make organic fertilizer for the takakura system, cultivate vegetables according to recommendations, teach the ability of institutional management and finance and product marketing. The method of implementing activities is through counseling, training and mentoring to partners and direct practice in the field. Evaluation of activities is carried out regularly to monitor the implementation and follow-up of activities in the field by means of direct surveys to partner locations and giving questionnaires.The training is carried out to coach any partners and direct practice in the field. The training has been increasing the knowledge and skills of human resources in making takakura compost, cultivating organic vegetable with effective methods, namely the takakura system and the use of land owned by the boarding school for the cultivation of several types of vegetables. Keywords: empowerment; organic farming; takakura.

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi ke masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah penerapan mekanisasi peralatan, berupa penghancuran sampah organik dengan waktu yang singkat sehingga proses pembuatan pupuk organik akan semakin cepat. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan merancang dan membuat mesin penghancur sampah organik serta melakukan implementasi kegiatan berupa pelatihan pengoperasian dan perawatan mesin penghancur sampah organik. Mesin penghancur sampah organik yang dibuat memiliki dimensi panjang 100 cm, lebar 60 cm dan tinggi 160 cm. Menggunakan mesin diesel sebagai penggerak dengan daya 7,5 HP, pada mekanisme penghancur tabung penghancur berdiameter 40 cm, terdiri dari 8 pisau tetap dan 24 pisau berputar. Transmisi daya menggunakan pulley berdiameter 4 inchi dengan menggunakan sabuk tipe B30 panjang sabuk 30 inchi. Dari hasil pengujian, kapasitas mesin penghancur sampah organik adalah 75 kg/jam.

Abstract

Since 2019 the Banyumas GUSDURian Education Foundation is in the process of establishing a New Private College in the Banyumas Regency. This step was taken by establishing the Higher Education Management Agency (BPPT) at the Piguramas Foundation. This activity aims to help the Piguramas foundation develop a curriculum that is in line with the Independent Learning-Independent Campus policy. This mentoring activity was carried out using the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method and peer debriefing. The achievement of this activity is that the Independent Learning-Independence Campus curriculum has been compiled for study programs in local government administration, digital business, and tax management, and policy.

Abstract

Increasing village development can be achieved by maximizing the village's economic potential and becoming a forum for village community cooperation to independently and actively develop themselves and their own environment. Village communities are equally entitled to participate in expanding and developing for the sake of creating order and prosperity. The establishment of rural community economic institutions known as Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as one of the mainstay programs in increasing village economic independence is one of the new approaches that is anticipated to be able to become the driving force of development and wheels of the village economy. village economy. An in-depth analysis and description of the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in Siwarak Village, Karangreja District, Purbalingga Regency is the goal of this community service project. After analyzing the problem, aspects of BUMDes institutional assistance activities can be determined. Asepk which is the focus of the implementation of this community service focuses on organizational management which sees BUMDes development from the aspects of planning, organizing, directing and controlling in carrying out the functions and responsibilities of managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDes)

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic influenced education policy in Indonesia; the consequence of traditional learning switched to online learning. This transition affects students' mental health at various universities in Indonesia. This study aimed to examine the mental health level of 82 students who took online learning course and explained the effect of social support and self-efficacy on students' mental health. The present study utilized three measuring tools namely the Indonesian versions of Child and Adolescent Social Support Scale (CASSS), General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Mental Health Continuum (MHC-SF). Regression analysis was used to determine the effect of social support and self-efficacy on students' mental health. The results obtained from this study were that the majority of respondents' mental health, 81.7% were in the high category, 17.1% were in the moderate category, and 1.2% of respondents were in the low category. Furthermore, social support and self-efficacy also affect 71.9% (R Square = 0.719, p = 0.000) of mental health, with an effective contribution of 41.9% by social support and 30% by self-efficacy. Thus, social support and self-efficacy are important keys to improving students' mental health in online learning.
