Abstract

Abstract Discipline factor plays a very important role in the implementation of employee work. Discipline enforcement itself affects the behavior of each employee. An employee who has a high level of discipline will continue to work well even without being supervised by superiors. A disciplined employee will not steal work time to do other things that have nothing to do with work. Likewise, employees who have discipline will obey the existing regulations in the work environment with high awareness without any sense of coercion. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using a soft system methodology approach. Soft system methodology is a research process which in its implementation uses a systems thinking approach. The results of the research are that the employee discipline is not yet optimal, such as violations of the provisions of working hours, the low sense of devotion, awareness and responsibility for official duties, the provision of services to the community that is still not optimal, the use of uniforms that are not in place, violations of disciplinary regulations The current work culture has not shown anything positive in improving employee performance, such as: Lack of communication between employees with superiors and fellow coworkers, there are still employees who are impolite towards fellow employees and superiors, Lack of leadership role in providing encouragement and employee motivation, the implementation of the organization's vision and mission has not been maximized. The recommendation is that the researcher hopes that the research results can be useful for researchers to add scientific insight to researchers regarding human resource management related to the application of discipline and an ideal work culture to improve employee performance. Then it is expected to be a material for consideration and evaluation for the Branch Office of the Regional 5 Education Office of the Lampung Province in implementing discipline and an ideal work culture for its employees by carrying out a series of appropriate and effective policies and decisions. Keywords: Discipline, Work Culture

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of differences (independent variable) on what (dependent variable). The higher the quality of service provided by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Panjang, the more satisfied the customers will be. The work environment can also affect customer satisfaction, so it is important to ensure that the conditions in the port work environment are good. The sample uses 100% of the population. Multiple linear regression analysis is a way to analyze data using the method, testing this hypothesis refers to testing (t) and testing (f). The results of this study indicate that good service makes the customers of the Mutiara Berkah 1 ship happy, and a good working environment makes the customers of the Mutiara Berkah 1 ship feel happy.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan oleh penulis di Brassel Coffee di Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang akan diterapkan oleh Brassel Coffee di Bandar Lampung dengan mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dari strategi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan matrik SWOT untuk menggabungkan kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman dalam strategi pemasaran perusahaan dan mengusulkan 15 alternatif strategi yaitu strategi SO, strategi ST, strategi WO, strategi WT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dapat disusun strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk Kopi Brassel di Bandar Lampung guna meningkatkan penjualan kopi sebagai lokasi/distribusi.

Abstract

Beban pekerjaan yang berat lambat laun akan menurunkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan yang pada akhirnya akan mengganggu pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peranan motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Barbershop Chillbarberman Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara informan sebanyak 4 orang yaitu pemilik, dan 3 orang karyawannya. Menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui 3 tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) motivasi yang telah diberikan pemimpin kepada karyawan berupa pujian, penghargaan, gaji dan bonus, kenyamanan kerja, dan fasilitas-fasilitas mendukung mampu mendorong semangat kerja bagi karyawan agar lebih baik dalam bekerja dan tercapainnya tujuan perusahaan. (2) dilihat dari kualitas pekerjaan dinilai sudah baik, tetapi dari segi kuantitas masih kurang optimal penyebabnya kurangnya jumlah tenaga kerja sehingga dalam melayani konsumen tidak tepat waktu yang telah ditentukan. (3) masih kurangnya fasilitas seperti ruangan khusus bagi karyawan untuk istirahat serta tidak disediakannya minum untuk karyawan. (4) selain motivasi yang diberikan pimpinan juga ada motivasi dalam diri karyawan itu sendiri untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine changes in consumer interest in J&T Express Kotaagung service companies and to determine the response of J&T Express companies to changes in consumer interest. The sample of this study consisted of 100 respondents obtained from the lemeshow formula. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests Based on the problems and processing of the research results, it is concluded that services have a positive and significant influence on the intention to buy J&T Kotaagung. This means that services affect consumer interest in using J&T Kotaagung shipping services. It is hoped that J&T Kotaagung will further improve the quality of services according to consumer expectations.

Abstract

Iwn today's ersa, work life prioritizes workers who think far ahead, are smart, innovative, and contemporary. Even in this situation, the position of human resoaurces plsays a vital role in an organization. Institutional, also prioritizes sufficient management aspects when managing the organization. Likewise with BPJS Kesehatan Pringsewu Regency wshich is the object of the author's research. This stsudy used quantitative methods with a sample of 40 respondents. The analytical techniques ssed for this research will test the validity, reliability, and multiple liniear regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is an influence between Competence on Employee Performance 41.69%, then the influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance is 70.22%, and the variable requirements for Competence and Work DisipIin on Employee Performance is 0.833%. The results of this study are the variable X1 (Competence) and variable X2 (Work Discipline) have a signis.ficant effect on Employee Perfmormance (Y), by % it means that these two variables affect each other and affect each other.

Abstract

Production management is a decision-making process in a company to produce a product effectively and efficiently. Good production management can be achieved when the implementation of all management functions goes well without any problems. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of actuating function and controlling function in the production management of Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The Informant in this research is the leader and also owner of Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju. The data analysis technique used in this research is the qualitative data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research show that the production management of Home Industry Efrata Stick Keju is not optimal because the implementation of actuating function and controlling function have not been carried out properly. Abstract

Di daerah sekitar Lapangan Kantor Gubernur, Kota Bandar Lampung, bisnis kuliner UMKM, terutama pedagang kaki lima (PKL), berkembang pesat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak kualitas dan harga produk mengenai tingkat kepuasan konsumen pedagang kaki lima di area tersebut. Dengan menggunakan rumus Hair dan teknik sampling acak, menilai 134 pelanggan yang pernah membeli produk makanan di tempat tersebut. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Kuantitatif mencangkup pengujian validasi, pengujian reliabilitas, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian t, pengujian f, serta pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian faktor kualitas dan harga produk terbukti berpengaruh yang positif terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 73% terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PKL Di kantor Gubernur Lampung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis UMKM Kue Bangkit Kenanga di Kota Bandar Lampung ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran dan manajemen, serta mengidentifikasi kendala, peluang, dan strategi keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pemilik, karyawan, konsumen, dan pihak Dinas Koperasi/UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi pemasaran, usaha ini memiliki kekuatan pada loyalitas konsumen dan keunikan produk berbasis budaya lokal, namun strategi digital masih minim dan tidak terstruktur. Dari aspek manajemen, usaha dikelola secara informal tanpa pencatatan keuangan dan SOP yang baku. Kendala utama mencakup keterbatasan SDM, literasi digital, dan akses pasar. Adapun peluang yang dapat dikembangkan meliputi digitalisasi bertahap, branding berbasis budaya, serta kolaborasi komunitas. Disarankan agar usaha menerapkan strategi digital, menyusun sistem manajemen sederhana, dan memperkuat identitas produk sebagai bagian dari warisan kuliner daerah.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to identify the effect of training on employee performance, identify the influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance and identify the impact of training and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The quantitative method applied here using a saturated sampling technique involved all members of the population, considering the limited sample size of the study, researchers selected 60 participants from Clarion bread and cake Lampung employees. Windows version 25 of SPSS is used for data analysis. Multiple linear regression tests, reliability and validity tests, hypothesis tests (partial T tests) and (simultaneous F tests), and coefficients of determination are some of the tests performed. The data collection is collected through a google form questionnaire. The findings of this study show that training has a considerable positive influence in partially improving employee performance (t-test), and shows that organizational citizenship behavior has a considerable positive influence in partially improving employee performance (t-test). Then simultaneous testing of training and organizational citizenship behavior (Test F) also showed a significant effect on employee performance.
