Abstract

Friction experienced a chiselcoming from the surface upset that flows and the surface of a workpiece thathas been lopped off, due to friction this chisel had worn out. The purpose ofthis research will analyzes age use a chisel hss in pemesinan drill magnesiumaz31 and to support the survey used method of taguchi to analyze pembahsanthe results of the study. Machinery parameter a drill that is used namely ajackhammer hss ( hight speed steel with size ( 10 mm, 12 mm, and 14 mm ),the pace lap ( 635 rpm, 970 rpm, 1420 rpm ) and used motion a meal ( 0.10mm / rev, 0.18 mm / rev and 0.24 mm / rev ), with a depth cut 50 mm. thedata wear a chisel carried out using a microscope digital usb with event 50x.Data wear chisel seen every time one drilling process and machinery processwill be stopped if a drill bit has made out. The results showed that chiselhighest age profits to drill diameter 10 mm and the pace lap 635 rpm anduse motion eat 0,10 mm / rev which was during 12,74 minutes, while agechisel lowest diameter drill obtained at 14 mm and the pace lap 1420 rpmand use of motion eat 0,18 mm / rev which was during 0,68 minutes.Basedon analisys of variant ( anova ) that parameter most significant inmempengaruh age wearing a drill bit is the pace lap ( n ). The greater thepace lap ( n ) and wear a drill bit will be more quickly, this is because hightemperatures in the result of friction between screw eyes and workpiece.

Abstract

Sejak tahun 2008 sampai saat ini proses pembelajaran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati telah menerapkan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Dokter Indonesia. Sehingga peserta didik dituntut untuk menerapkan kemampuan Self Directed Learning (SDL) melalui pendekatan strategi Student Centered dan Problem Based. Agar dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang maksimal, maka diperlukan umpan balik oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku mencari umpan balik mahasiswa tahap sarjana angkatan pertama dalam proses pembelajaran di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati angkatan 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kedokteran Angkatan 2020 di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner perilaku mencari umpan balik yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Dari 121 responden, sebagian besar didapatkan distribusi perilaku mencari umpan balik adalah kategori baik sebesar 68 responden (56.2%). Perilaku mencari umpan balik mahasiswa angkatan pertama (2020) sebagian besar sudah baik. Berdasarkan kategori yang sudah baik adalah kategori proses sedangkan yang kurang baik adalah kategori aspek.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF RECEPTION WRITING AT END LEVEL BACHELOR STAGE BACHELOR OF MEDICAL STUDY PROGRAM, MALAHAYATI UNIVERSITY, 2020 Background: Prescription is the most important therapeutic transaction between doctor and patient in which a written order is attached about the drug to be used for the prevention of complications and the treatment of patient diagnosis directed by the doctor. Prescription writing is one of the materials studied by medical students, especially final year students because they have passed almost all clinical blocks. Objective: Determine the level of knowledge of prescription writing in the final year undergraduate students of the Malahayati University medical study program.Methodology: The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. With a measuring instrument using a prescription writing questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability to the respondent. Result: Of the 190 respondents consisting of 63 men and 127 women who filled out the questionnaire, the knowledge level of prescription writing was obtained 96 respondents (50.5%) sufficient knowledge, 92 respondents (48.4%) good knowledge, and 2 respondents (1.1%) lack of knowledge. Conclusion: The majority of prescription writing knowledge of final year students of the Malahayati University medical study program has sufficient knowledge. With the topic of discussion, the majority of which were controlled by the respondents was the authority to write prescriptions and the less mastered was the abbreviation of prescription. Keywords: Knowledge Level, Prescription Writing  INTISARI: TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN PENULISAN RESEP PADA MAHASISWA TINGKAT AKHIR TAHAP SARJANA PROGRAM STUDI KEDOKTERAN UNIVERSITAS MALAHAYATI TAHUN 2020 Latar Belakang: Resep merupakan sebuah transaksi teurapeutik terpenting antara dokter dengan pasien yang didalam nya terlampir perintah tertulis tentang obat yang akan digunakan untuk pencegahan komplikasi dan pengobatan diagnosis pasien yang diarahkan oleh dokter. Penulisan resep merupakan salah satu materi yang di pelajari mahasiswa kedokteran, terutama mahasiswa tingkat akhir karena telah melewati hampir seluruh blok klinis.Tujuan: Mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan penulisan resep pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir tahap sarjana program studi kedokteran Universitas Malahayati.Metodologi: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner penulisan resep yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya kepada responden.Hasil: Dari 190 responden yang terdiri dari 63 laki-laki dan 127 perempuan yang mengisi kuesioner tingkat pengetahuan penulisan resep didapatkan 96 responden (50,5%) pengetahuan cukup, 92 responden (48.4%) pengetahuan baik dan 2 responden (1,1%) pengetahuan kurang.Kesimpulan: Mayoritas pengetahuan penulisan resep mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi kedokteran Universitas Malahayati memiliki pengetahuan cukup. Dengan topik bahasan yang mayoritas sangat dikuasai responden adalah wewenang menulis resep dan yang kurang dikuasai adalah singkatan peresepan. Kata Kunci      : Tingkat Pengetahuan, Penulisan Resep

Abstract

ABSTRACT: SELF CONTROL AND SMOKING BEHAVIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT Smoking behavior appears a lot among adolescents. Smoking behavior is a form of juvenile delinquency related to self-control abilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students. The study was conducted on 205 students of SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo, Central Lampung Regency. The research data were obtained through self-control questionnaires and smoking behavior. Data analysis used Pearson correlation test. The results showed that high school students had moderate self-control and smoking behavior. There is a significant relationship between self-control and smoking behavior in high school students, with low correlation strength and negative correlation direction, which means the higher self-control, the lower one's smoking behavior. The results of this study can be a reference for the school in developing self-control intervention programs to reduce smoking behavior among high school students. Keywords: Self-Control, Smoking Behavior, High School Students Perilaku merokok banyak muncul di kalangan remaja. Perilaku merokok merupakan bentuk kenakalan remaja yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 205 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa SMA memiliki control diri dan perilaku merokok tingkat sedang. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kontrol diri dan perilaku merokok pada siswa SMA, dengan kekuatan korelasi rendah dan arah korelasi negatif yaitu semakin tinggi kontrol diri maka semakin rendah perilaku merokok seseorang. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan program intervensi control diri untuk. mengurangi perilaku merokok siswa SMA. Kata Kunci :Kontrol Diri, Perilaku Merokok, Siswa SMA

Abstract

Game Online Addiction and Depression Among Middle School Students                                                                                                                        Popular products that are nowadays massively used among teenagers are video games and online games. It can lead to an addiction and increase the risk of depression, poor social relationships with family and friends. It often causes an isolation from society and delivers a bigger chance to psychiatric disorders. This study aims to findrelationship between online games addiction and depression in Junior High School students in Bandar Lampung. This study was a cross sectional study. The sample of this study was 546 junior hign school students in Bandar Lampung. The datawas obtained by Beck Depression Inventory and online gaming addiction scale. Data analyzed by spearman correlation. Spearman analysis test result shows a significant relationship between game online addiction and depression (r = 0.999, p <0.001). The results shows that addiction to play online games can cause depression in adolescence.Salah satu produk teknologi internet yang digemari dikalangan remaja saat ini adalah game online. Bermain game online terlalu sering dapat menambah resiko depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah 546 siswa SMP se- Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengambilan data menggunakan back depression inventory dan kuesioner kecanduan bermain game online. Analisis data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil uji analisis Spearman didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara kecanduan bermain game online dengan depresi (r = 0,999, p < 0,001). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan bermain game online dapat menimbulkan depresi pada remaja.

Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF DIRECTED LEARNING READINESS (SDLR) AND ACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTSThis study aims to determine the relationship between Self-Direct Learning Readiness (SDLR) with academic procrastination in college students. This research is a quantitative study with analytic survey design and cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 174 students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Malahayati, class of 2015. The research data were obtained with the SDLR scale and academic procrastination scale. The data obtained were processed using Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results showed a significant negative correlation between Self-Direct Learning Readiness and academic procrastination, which means the greater the score of Self-Direct Learning Readiness, the lower the Academic Procrastination. The results of this study have implications for educational institutions to develop Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) in students in order to prevent the emergence of academic procrastination.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Self-Direct Learning Readness (SDLR) dengan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan survei analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 174 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati angkatan 2015. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan skala SDLR dan skala prokrastinasi akademik. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara Self-Direct Learning Readness dengan prokrastinasi akademik yang artinya semakin besar skor Self-Direct Learning Readness akan semakin rendah Prokrastinasi Akademik. Hasil penelitian ini memberi implikasi bagi institusi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR) pada mahasiswa agar dapat mencegah munculnya prokrastinasi akademik.

Abstract

SELF EFFICACY AND SELF DIRECTED LEARNING READINESS AMONG MEDICAL STUDENTSNowadays, Medical Faculty uses Problem Based Learning (PBL) method in learning. PBL uses problem or case examples as a triggers to discuss medical learning material. The application of PBL can produce self directed learning readiness (SDLR) in the learning process. SDLR was measured on the basis of an indicator to the extent that a person knows his or her attitudes, skills and personal characteristics to undergo independent learning The application of the SDLR is influenced by two factors, external and internal. One of the internal factors affecting SDLR is Self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to find relationship between self efficacy and self directed learning readiness among medical students. This study was a quantitative study with analytic design and cross sectional approach. The subject of this study was 185 medical students of Malahayati University grade 2016. The instruments used in this study was general self efficacy scale and self directed learning readiness scale. Based on the data analysis it was found that there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and SDLR among medical student of Malahayati University grade 2016 (r = .664, p < .005). The result of this study has implication on high education institusion especially medical faculty to build high students’ self efficacy and for further research need ti study other factors that relates with SDLR.Saat ini Fakultas Kedokteran menggunakan metode belajar Problem Based Learning (PBL). PBL menggunakan masalah atau contoh kasus sebagai pemicu untuk membahas materi pembelajaran kedokteran. Pengaplikasian PBL dapat menghasilkan self directed learning readiness (SDLR) dalam proses belajar. SDLR diukur berdasarkan indikator sejauh mana seseorang mengetahui tetang sikap, keterampilan dan karakteristik pribadinya untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran mandiri. Pengaplikasian SDLR dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, eksternal dan internal. Salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi SDLR adalah Efikasi diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan self directed learning readiness pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain analitik dan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah 186 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Bandar Lampung angkatan 2016. Alat untuk mengukur efikasi diri yang digunakan adalah General Self Eficacy dan Self Directed Learning Readiness (SDLR). Berdasarkan analisis data ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan SDLR pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Umum angkatan 2016 (r = .664, p < .005).  Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi pada institusi pendidikan tinggi khususnya fakultas kedokteran untuk membina mahasiswanya memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi serta untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar meneliti faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan SDLR.

Abstract

Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan terbaru dibidang pendidikan selama pandemi covid-19, yaitu dengan pembelajaran elektronik. Mahasiswa angkatan 2019 Universitas Malahayati yang menerapkan strategi pembelajaran yaitu Problem Based Learning (PBL), dimana pembelajaran berpusat pada mahasiswa. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Kesiapan belajar mandiri pelaksanaan metode E-learning pada masa COVID-19 Mahasiswa Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati Angkatan 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu Kuesioner Kesiapan Belajar Mandiri dengan Metode E-learning. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan responden penelitian 216 dengan tingkat SDLR dengan metode E-learning terbanyak dengan kategori tinggi berjumlah 119 responden (94,4%) untuk SDLR rendah 7 responden (5,6%).

Abstract

Background: adolescence is a transition from childhood to adulthood, during this time juvenile delinquency is very prevalent as aggressive behavior. One form of aggressive behavior that often occurs among teenagers is brawled between students, basically, delinquency and aggressiveness in adolescents, especially brawl behavior can occur due to the failure of adolescents to control themselves. Purpose: This study agrees to find out the relationship between self-control and aggression in Trimurjo Stage 1 High School Student Central Lampung Regency. Research Method: Quantitative research with analytic design and cross-sectional design and Simple Random Sampling sampling techniques. Data were evaluated with SPSS. The result: 205 samples out of 500 populations, median values 82.00 (moderate), min-max values (52-120) for self-control and median values 79.00 (moderate), min-max values (43-99) for aggressive behavior. The results of the Bivariate Spearman test showed a P-Value of 0.021, and an r-value of - 0.161. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between self-control and aggressive behavior inTrimurjo1 Lampung Tengah High School students, with low correlation strength and negative correlation direction, namely the higher the self-control, the lower the person's aggressive behavior.

the ability to guide their own behavior, the ability to suppress or inhibit impulses or impulsive behavior is a sense of self-control. a significant role in the effort to learn the definition of motivation. Because students are not possible without the motivation of learning activities. Learning is a complex process that happens to every person throughout his life. Between the self-control with student achievement there is a significant positive relationship. Thus, self-control is a control behavior that tends to act positively in thinking. Knowing the self-control relationship with the motivation to learn at SMA Negeri 1 Trimurjo Central Lampung. Research quantitative analytic design and cross-sectional design and sampling techniques Simple Random Sampling by questionnaire self-control and motivation to learn. Total sample 205 Of 500 population, self-control with a mean of 82.80 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13 792), while the motivation to study with a mean of 80.94 (medium), ± Std.Deviation (13,572) for the motivation to learn. The results of the bivariate analysis values ​​obtained Pearson test P Value 0.003, and the value of r 0.209. There is a significant relationship between self-control and motivation to learn at Senior High School 1 Trimurjo Central District Lampung, with the strength and direction of the correlation was positive correlation that the higher the self control, the higher a person's motivation to learn.
