Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk menawarkan produk yang berkualitas dan mempunyai nilai lebih salah satunya yaitu Perusahaan umum perum Bulog kantor wilayah Lampung menjual beras premium. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yaitu dimana sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 45 responden Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah uji valditias, realibilitas, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Volume Penjualan sebesar 14,97%, lalu pengaruh antara Harga terhadap Volume Penjualan sebesar 21,99%, dan pengaruh variabel Kualitas Produk dan Harga terhadap Volume penjualan adalah 28%. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel X1(Kualitas Produk) dan variabel X2 (Harga) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan (Y), sebesar 30,20% itu artinya ketiga variabel ini saling berpengaruh dan mempengaruhi satu sama lainnya.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang mengalami dampak dari Covid 19. Kemendikbudristek menerbitkan Surat edaran No. 2 Tahun 2022 tentang panduan penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19 yaitu pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan memperhatikan batasan tertentu seperti lama belajar di sekolah, jumlah siswa dan guru disebut  Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menjadi referensi dalam merencanakan manajemen pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan khususnya Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Lingkungan Kabupaten Lampung Utara. Selain itu, dapat dijadikan sampel perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran di masa transisi pandemi. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan sumber data primer yang berasal dari hasil wawancara pada 14 informan yang merupakan guru SMPN 14 Kotabumi dan data sekunder yang berasal dari berbagai bahan pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Salah satu metode belajar mengajar di sekolah yang diterapkan guru di masa transisi pandemic covid-19 yaitu pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas. Dalam kegiatan perencanaan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas, hal yang pertama kali disiapkan adalah Perangkat pembelajaran. Penerapan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas di SMPN 14 Kotabumi dilaksanakan dengan cara membagi siswa menjadi 2 shift perkelas. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka terbatas memperhatikan juga tahapan kegiatan  pembelajaran yang terdiri dari memotivasi dan apersepsi, penyampaian materi pembelajaran, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran, melaksanakan  metode pembelajaran, serta pelibatan siswa secara aktif. Dalam tahapan evaluasi, guru harus mampu memberikan penilaian atau mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa baik sikap, pengetahuan maupun keterampilan.

Abstract

The problem with this study is that the sales targets for the Otsky distribution fluctuate and are not met each month. Preliminary research showed that only 51% of the 100% sales target was met. Respondents believe that product quality can be imitated by other brands, prices are relatively high compared to competitors, and the lack of promotion for Otsky products causes fluctuations in purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variables, i.e. product quality, price and advertising, on the dependent variables, i.e. Otsky Distro clothing purchase decisions. The study population consisted of his 320 Otsky users, and a sample of 76 respondents was drawn using his Slovin formula. Data were collected using SPSS version 25 statistical software and regression analysis was performed yielding the multiple regression equation Y = 20.128 + 0.388X1 – 0.004X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.258, indicating that 25.8% of the variability in purchasing decisions can be explained by product quality, price, and advertising. The F-test shows a value of 8.360 at a significance value (Sig) of 0.000. From this we can conclude that product quality, price and advertising have a positive impact on purchasing decisions. The remaining 74.2% are explained by other variables not considered in this study.

Abstract

Employee performance at PT. Telkomsel Bandar Lampung experienced a decline, indicated by a decrease in high performing employees and an increase in employees with poor performance. The decline in employee performance was in line with the decline in sales that did not meet the company's target. This research aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on the employee performance of PT. Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. The population and sample used are 70 employees of PT. Telkomsel Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through a questionnaire and the technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This study found that work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance of PT. Telkomsel Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Investors in the Indonesian capital market continue to increase in number every year. The current total capital market investors are 6,100,525 investors. But this number is still very far when compared to the total population of Indonesia. What is the strategy of stakeholders in the Indonesian capital market to increase student interest in investing in shares in the capital market. This study aims to determine and examine how influential investment knowledge is on the interest of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Bandar Lampung University batch 2018 to invest in stocks in the capital market.The population in this study were regular undergraduate students/class 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung with a total of 211 people. In this study, the determination of the sample using random sampling technique (random). And for the data collection technique using a questionnaire (google form) which will be distributed to regular S-1 students/I class 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Bandar Lampung.It is known that based on the results of research, investment knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the investment interest of FEB students at Bandar Lampung University batch 2018, with a tcount value of 10,560 > from ttable 2,008. The average of the 18th FEB UBL students' answers regarding investment knowledge and investment interest are in the "Good" category. The securities companies are expected to be able to coordinate well with the related academic parties in providing knowledge or seminars on investment to students in a more attractive manner so that students are more enthusiastic in listening to the material and are more motivated to invest.

Abstract

The purpose of this research, is to see the implementation of risk management carried out by MSMEs in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic that emerged since March 2020. This research explain how MSME owners identify risks, conduct risk analysis and evaluate risks, and also see how MSME owners as well as treat these risks during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a case study on 10 MSMEs located in the Pagi Market and Sentral Market in North Lampung Regency. Data obtained through interview and checklist methods, then data will be analyzed using ISO 31000:2018 risk management process guidelines (identifying risks, analyzing and evaluating risks, and as well as treating risks that arise).By obtaining the result of the analysis and research conducted, the results obtained are: 1) Almost of the respondents do not or have not identify risk. 2) The results of the analysis risk and evaluation carried out show that almost all of the identified risks are in the green zone (low risk). For MSMEs that are included in the red zone, it is MSMEs engaged in the retail business and culinary business 3) Many respondents choose to maintain risk.

Abstract

 Abstract This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of venture capital companies, to remain able to print company profits and to find out the factors that can hinder the implementation of marketing strategies in the midst of the COVID-19 Pandemic. This type of research is qualitative research. the source of data in this study is the result of interviews at PT. Sarana Lampung Ventura. Data collection methods used are preliminary surveys, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is PT. SLV changes its marketing strategy. PT. SLV cooperates with Third Parties, binds cooperation agreements, conducts marketing to prospective business partners with the category of MSMEs that have potential, conducts marketing to prospective business partners remotely.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of incentives and leadership supervision on employee performance at the South Lampung Regency Transportation Service. This study uses qualitative analysis methods and uses explanatory research types. The population in this study were all employees of the South Lampung Regency Transportation Service and the sample used was 51 people and then analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, leadership supervision also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the hypothesis test showed that incentives and leadership supervision had a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the conclusions, there are results obtained in this study, including, on the incentive variable, the incentive component that gets the lowest score is "Currently, the provision of incentives is very proportional based on fairness and feasibility". Thus the leadership can coordinate with the employee's direct supervisor to obtain information in determining the amount of incentives given to employees who are truly in accordance with their responsibilities and workload so that the sense of fairness and feasibility of giving awards in the form of incentives is really well implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing plan of Toko Dura to increase its competitiveness. The research methodology is descriptive analysis, SWOT analysis, External Factor Evaluation (EFE matrix), and Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE Matrix) were all used in this study. The study findings explain that Dura Store's competitive tactics are not only offering high-quality goods at low prices, but also considering delivery services, maximizing the marketing of goods through social media, and upholding the industry's reputation in society to foster consumer confidence. The IFE matrix for Dura Store is 2.86 which indicates a very strong internal position. The weight value of the EFE Matrix is 3.21 which shows that Toko Dura is relatively strong in resisting the dynamics of the external environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze work motivation and labor discipline in improving the work efficiency of workers at Tiga Jaya Makmur cast iron factory. In this study, two independent variables were tested, namely work motivation and work discipline. The population of this study included workers of the Tiga Jaya Makmur ironworks. The sources for this study are 1 owner and 4 employees. Qualitative analytical methods are performed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification of research results. Research results analyzing work motivation and work discipline in improving employee performance at Tiga Jaya Makmur Ironworks, Bandar Lampung, conclude that work motivation and work discipline play a role important role in supporting employee performance. Employee performance at Tiga Jaya Makmur Iron Shop in Bandar Lampung can be considered good if employee performance is satisfactory and can improve the company's image well.
