Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan perubahan dari segala jenis kepemilikan kepemilikan manajerial dan kinerja keuangan di perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah merger dan akuisisi. Kepemilikan manajerial (orang dalam) diukur dengan membandingkan jumlah manajerial saham dan jumlah saham yang beredar. Kemudian kinerja keuangan diukur dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM) yang membandingkan laba dan penjualan, Turn Asset Turnover (TATO) yang membandingkan penjualan dan total pembelian, dan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) yang membandingkan total utang dan total ekuitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam Insider dan Net Profit Margin (NPM). Sedangkan pada Turn Asset Turnover (TATO) dan Debt Equity Ratio (DER) tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan

Abstract

The purposes of the study were determine the characteristics of consumers, consumer satisfaction, and attribute that required to be improved. The research was conducted during 11 months from April 2021 to February 2022 in Samarinda City. The sampling method used purposive sampling to 45 respondents. The data analysis method included descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The result showed that the characteristics of consumers range around 21-27 years old, most of whom were women with unmarried marital status and status as students with high school graduate with income under Rp. 500,000 every month. The result of the CSI analysis showed a satisfaction level at 79.99% with the criteria of satisfied consumers, while the result of the IPA analysis showed priority of attribute that need to be improved were the nutritional facts.

Abstract

Electronic Government is an important part of this modern era. This technological advancement is utilized in the scope of government in order to realize effective and efficient public services. This research includes a type of qualitative descriptive research with purposive sampling techniques. The result of this study are known that from all five indicators of the implementation of electronic government has been fulfilled. So the implementation of this electronic government can be said to have been implemented has not fully run its maximum. The implementation of electronic government in the Communication and Informatics Office of East Kalimantan Province has not fully run its maximum because it is largely influenced by the inadequate infrastructure of internet network in each region, so that more coordination and communication is done manually and does not apply electronic government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how significant and influential Zozibini Tunzi's self-image on her Instagram account is on the YOU C 1000 product brand image. is quantitative, and the type of research used in the form of a survey in collecting data takes samples from the population, namely users of Instagram accounts who follow accounts of daughters and East Kalimantan tourism ambassadors. The sampling technique uses a purposive sample and uses the Slovin formula, which produces 70 people as respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the answers from the respondents on the entire self-image variable Zozibni Tunzi (X) a percentage was obtained with a result of 4.32% which can be said to be included in the very good category. And in the results of the overall answer to the brand image variable, getting a percentage with result of 4.33% can be said to be very good. Based on the results of the t-test, the results of Zozibini TUnzi's self-image influence the brand image. This is evident from the results of the t-count test, namely tcount > ttable (5.365) > 1.996. Based on the coefficient of self-image determination, it influences brand image by 50.2%.

Abstract

Over time, people's needs in using social media include information about health to anticipate and take the first step in dealing with their illness. Health communication itself is one way to convey messages that cover health issues. However, there are shortcomings of social media that are felt to pay less attention to technical matters in conveying health information and this is felt by the Instagram manager himself. The Instagram @rsudbontang that people rely on to get health information about health entertainment and health services. Therefore, to find out the Effect of Health Communication carried out by the Bontang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) on Public Information Reception. This research is of the Quantitative type to obtain data. Data collection techniques using Purposive Sampling and using the Slovin formula which resulted in 97 people as respondents. The results of this study indicate that Health Communication carried out by the Bontang Regional General Hospital (RSUD) through Instagram @rsudbontang as a medium has an influence of 64% on the receipt of accurate information obtained by the community, while the remaining 36% is influenced by other factors not included by researchers. In the results of the t test, the calculated t value of 13.050 is greater than the t-table value of 1.661, which means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted that Health Communication carried out by the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Bontang through Instagram on Receiving Accurate Information from the community.

Abstract

The strategic position of journalists in the public sphere must be considered. Besides being increasingly in demand, this profession has become a promising profession and has a career path. This study aims to understand the challenges and strategies used by women journalists in the Samarinda City Government in carrying out their role as professionals. The research method used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, which helps to describe the reality that occurs in society. Four female journalists who met the research criteria were interviewed and observed to collect data. The results showed that women journalists in the Samarinda City Government face challenges from their surroundings. These challenges include the empowerment of normative rights that have not been optimal, difficulties in obtaining sources, including their different characteristics, the existence of fake journalists, and gender bias in the newsroom and the field. In addition, the double burden of carrying out their profession is also a problem they need help with. Despite this, these female journalists still try to maintain their professionalism. They construct themselves as professional journalists by understanding that their profession is a form of responsibility and commitment. They maintain standards of professionalism by prioritizing the code of ethics, ethical awareness, knowledge, and competencies possessed. In this way, they strive to stay relevant and in a professional carriage in the face of the ever-growing flow of news.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya fenomena berkembang pesatnya penggemar Korean PopĀ  (K-Pop) di Samarinda yang menimbulkan interaksi parasosial. Interaksi parasosial merupakan hubungan persahabatan atau kelekatan yang terjalin dengan tokoh yang muncul di media berdasarkan ikatan afektif yang dirasakan seseorang terhadap tokoh media tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori interaksi parasosial dan teori perilaku konsumen dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive samplingĀ  dengan teknik wawancara informan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini berfokus pada motivasi terjadinya interaksi parasosial dan tingkat loyalitas remaja akhir penggemar Korean Pop (K-Pop) di Samarinda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tingkat interaksi parasosial yang terjadi pada remaja akhir penggemar Korean Pop (K-Pop) di Samarinda berada di tingkat Intense Personal Feeling, yaitu penggemar dapat merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh oleh idola favorit mereka serta penggemar pun dapat meraskaan kedekatan yang lebih dalam dengan idola melalui interaksi di media sosial. Dan tingkat loyalitas yang dicapai oleh remaja akhir penggemar Korean Pop (K-Pop) di Samarinda telah mencapai pada tingkat The Relationship, yaitu penggemar sudah tidak mempertimbangkan pada harga dan produk dalam melakukan pembelian merchandise. Para penggemar tidak melakukan pembelian berdasarkan kegunaan barang tersebut sebagai bentuk dukungan kepada idola sehingga tidak mempertimbangkan harganya.
