Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the effectiveness of financing in micro business empowerment at Kspps AL-Anshari Bukittinggi. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely collecting data according to what is actually then compiled, processed, analysed to be able to provide an overview of the existing problems. The author obtained information and data from informants by using interviews with informants. The results of this research explain that the effectiveness of financing in the empowerment of micro businesses at Kspps AL-Anshari Bukittinggi, namely in an effort to empower micro businesses, Kspss Al- Anshari Bukittinggi provides business capital financing to customers who apply for a pinjama for mikto business capital, so that with the financing, the customer's income as a micro business entrepreneur can be said to be effective, because every customer who is studied, the average customer's income increases. The effectiveness of financing in micro business empowerment at Kspss Al-Anshari Bukittinggi for the last five years, namely in 2018-2022. In 2018 the effectiveness ratio rate is 77% (quite effective), in 2019 the effectiveness ratio is 83% (quite effective) and in 2022 the effectiveness ratio rate is 72% (quite effective) which is included in the criteria is quite effective. This is because the realisation achieved is still far enough to differ to meet the set target. In 2020, the effectiveness level is 104% (highly effective) due to the realisation that has reached the set target. In 2021 the effectiveness level of 32% (not effective) is the lowest effectiveness level, this is realised very much different from the target. From the results of the last five years from 2018-2022 it is said to be quite effective.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the extent of the impact of brand ambassadors and evidence on purchasing decisions on Zenia Clinic products in Kinali District. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This research was conducted with 95 respondents. On the other hand, the method of collecting information was attempted by distributing questionnaire forms which were then processed using SPSS 24. The analysis tools used in this research are instrument trials (validity and reliability trials), classical assumption trials (normality trials, multicollinearity trials and heteroscedasticity trials), multiple linear regression trials, coefficient of certainty trials (R2) and assumption trials (partial significance trials (T-test) and simultaneous significance trials (F-test)). The results of this research prove that the T-test of brand ambassador (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001≤0.05 and the t-count is 9.965≥ t-table 1.985. This means that H1 is obtained where there is an effect of brand ambassador (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a significant way. The T-test of evidence (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001≤0.05 and the t-count is 9.631≥ t-table 1.985. This means that H2 is obtained where there is an effect of evidence (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) in a significant way. The results of the F-test prove that the significant number of effects of brand ambassadors (X1) and proof (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) is 0.001 ≤ 0.05 and the f count is 66.169 ≥ ftable 3.09. This means that there is a simultaneous effect between brand ambassadors (X1) and proof (X2) on purchasing decisions. (Y).

Abstract

This study examines the mismatch between increased economic development and household consumption West Sumatra from 1988 to 2023. Employing a quantitative method with time series data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia), the research targeted to explore the contribution of each predetermined variable. The learning results show that household consumption contributes optimally to economic development from sig 0.033 and participation of 13.5%. The difference of 86.5% is contributed by other aspects such as government spending, investment, exports, and imports. These findings affirm the importance of household consumption, although its role is limited in driving overall economic growth.

Abstract

The origin of this lesson comes from the incident involving workers in Bukittinggi which showed the disparity between UMK and worker absorption. Data shows that during the period 2014-2023, there were significant fluctuations in the workforce and the number of people working. A drastic spike in open unemployment was identified in 2018 reaching 31,185 people from the previous 4,185 people in 2017. Meanwhile, the UMK also showed an increasing trend from IDR 1,490,000 to IDR 2,742,467 in the same period. This lesson aims to explore UMK on labor absorption in Bukittinggi City. By applying a quantitative approach through simple regression analysis. This lesson shows the UMK with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the UMK has a significant influence on labor absorption in Bukittinggi City of 57.5% and more than 42.5% is influenced by other factors. These findings indicate that employment policies need to focus on setting optimal UMK while still taking into account local labor market needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how big the influence of inflation and unemployment on economic growth in West Sumatra. The data for this research is secondary data that is time series starting from 2016-2021 (quarterly data). This type of research is quantitative research. The data source used is from the Economic Report of the Province of West Sumatra (BPS West Sumatra in Figures 2016 – 2021). The data analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, determinant coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that inflation had a significant positive effect on economic growth with a significant value of 0.015 < 0.05, and unemployment had a significant negative effect on economic growth with a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05. Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it shows that inflation and unemployment have a significant effect on economic growth with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination test obtained an R Square value of 0.473 or 47.3 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengaruh persepsi dan pengalaman terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Pantai Pasir Tiku Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, Kabupaten Agam. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu persepsi dan pengalaman dari wisatawan yang menilai bahwa banyak nya wisatawan yang merasa kurang puas dan kurang nyaman saat berkunjung ke Pantai Pasir Tiku yang diduga disebabkan oleh ketidakpuasan terhadap kebersihan, fasilitas dan partisipasi pengelola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kauntitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui koesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Kemudian dilakukan metode yang meliputi uji ninstrumen terdiri dari (uji validitas dan reliabelitas), selanjutnya uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari (uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas), uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis terdiri dari (uji parsial, uji determinasi dan uji stimultan). Untuk menganalisis menggunakan software spss 26.0 . Berdasarkan hasil pengujiann yang dilakukan maka dapat dikemukakan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: variabel persepsi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan mendapai hasil t hitung > t tabel (3.755> 1,984) dan sig.  sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H1 diterima. Variabel pengalaman berpengaruh positif dan signiifkan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dengan mendapaiti hasil nilai t hitung > t tabel (6.618> 1,984 dan sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 makaH2 diterima. Secara simultan persepsi dan pengalaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan Di Pantai Pasir Tiku Kecamatan Tanjung Mutiara, Kabupaten Agam dengan mendapati hasil F hitung 144.243 > F tabel 3,089 dan sig. sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka  H3 diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare and contrast the pre- and post-merger financial results of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Methodologically, this study was descriptive quantitative in nature. This study use Du Pont analysis as its analytical method. The study found that return on assets (ROA) changed both before and after the merger. Earnings per share (ROS) shift before and after a merger. After the merger, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) is the same as it was before. Net Profit Margin (NPM) changes between pre- and post-merger periods. A portion of the merger's goals have been met, according to the study's findings. As a result, BSI's financial performance increases across the board, including ROA, ROE, and NPM. Another thing that stays the same before and during the merger is the TATO ratio of the Bank Syariah Indonesia entity.

Abstract

Halal tourism in West Sumatra is currently an attractive nominated among the world community so many foreign tourists go on vacation to tourist attractions in West Sumatra. This study aims to see the influence of halal tourism on the interest of foreign tourist case studies on Islamic tourist attractions in West Sumatra. This research method is quantitative with descriptive analysis and data collection with questionnaires and the level is the Likert scale from correspondent data on tours that have come to West Sumatra, correspondent data as many as 38 tourists. The results of this study are: Based on the ANOVA test, a value of F = 0.197 was obtained with a probability of significance of 0.022, a significance value of 0.022 when compared to a value of <alpha (0.05), then the H0 hypothesis was rejected and the Ha hypothesis was accepted, which means that there is a significant influence on halal tourism on the interest of foreign tourist, a case study on Islamic tourist attractions in West Sumatra. The Level of Influence of Halal Tourism Variables on Foreign tourist to the Islamic Tourism Places in West Sumatra was 0.385 or 38.5% while 61.5% was influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan salah satu permasalahan sosial yang hingga kini masih menjadi tantangan serius, terutama di wilayah pedesaan seperti Nagari Kampung Tangah. Keterbatasan lapangan pekerjaan formal, rendahnya keterampilan tenaga kerja, serta terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya ekonomi menjadikan masyarakat desa rentan terhadap pengangguran. Dalam situasi ini, industri rumah tangga muncul sebagai solusi alternatif yang tidak hanya menopang ekonomi keluarga, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan di tingkat lokal.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran industri rumah tangga dalam mengurangi pengangguran di Nagari Kampung Tangah, Kecamatan Lubuk Basung, Kabupaten Agam. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh tingginya angka pengangguran dan sempitnya lapangan pekerjaan di daerah tersebut. Dalam konteks ini, industri rumah tangga khususnya usaha krey dari pelepah rumbia dipandang memiliki potensi sebagai solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi persoalan ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku dan pekerja industri rumah tangga krey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri rumah tangga krey pelepah rumbia mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam mengurangi pengangguran, meskipun dalam skala terbatas. Industri ini menyerap tenaga kerja dari kalangan keluarga dan masyarakat sekitar, sehingga dapat menambah pendapatan keluarga dan meningkatkan taraf hidup. Namun, keterbatasan modal, akses pasar, dan bahan baku masih menjadi kendala dalam mengoptimalkan peran industri rumah tangga secara menyeluruh. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, usaha ini sejalan dengan prinsip kerja, produktivitas, dan kemandirian ekonomi yang dianjurkan dalam ajaran Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh banyaknya pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di pasar tiku yang menggunakan pembiayaan di Bank Konvensional. Namun adanya suatu permasalahan pokok yang menarik perhatian penulis yaitu para pelaku usaha mikro kecil (UMK) masih rendahnya persepsi dan pengetahuan para pelaku usaha terhadap prinsip syariah dan produk yang ada di bank syariah, karna itu pelaku usaha mikro kecil di pasar Tiku masih menggunakan pembiayaan di bank konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dan pengetahuan terhadap keputusan pelaku usaha mikro kecil tidak memilih pembiayaan di Bank Syariah. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 33 orang. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinan (R2), uji hipotesis (uji t) dan uji fisher (uji f) untuk melihat kontribusi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sesuai dengan uji T terdapat nilai sig persepsi yaitu 0,01 dan Thitung persepsi yaitu 24.770 sedangkan Ttabel sebesar 1,679 (Thitung 24.770 < Ttabel 1,697 dan sig 0,01< 0,05 dari hasil dapat diketahui bahwa H1 diterima. Dari uji T di dapatkan nilai sig pengetahuan yaitu 0,01 dan Thitung Pengetahuan 12.981 (Thitung 12.981> Ttabel 1,697 dan sig 0,01<0,05) dari hasil tersebut dapat kita ketahui bahwa H1 diterima dan Sesuai dengan uji F di dapatkan nilai sig 0.01 Fhitungnya 432.684, sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3.316 (Fhitung 432.684 < Ftabel 3.316 dan sig 0,01 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat Kesimpulannya H1 diterima artinya Persepsi dan pengetahuan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pelaku usaha mikro kecil di pasar tiku tidak memilih pembiayaan di Bank Syariah.
