Abstract

The purpose of this research was to examine factors that determine turnover intention in medical representative at PT. APL. To be known before that medical representatives have high percentage in turnover. The research using work exhaustion as mediation to determine the relationship between works overload and work family conflict of turnover intention. Research method is quantitative approach in causal research. The analysis tools are AMOS and T-Sobel. Findings of this research are both work overload and work family conflict berpengaruh with work exhaustion and turnover intention, work exhaustion mediated work overload and work family conflict over turnover intention.

Abstract

This study tries to explain the influence of import tariff to Indonesian balance of trade and national income. The analysis was made by applying a dynamic linier model. The result showed that the imposing of import tariff has a positive and significant influence to the raising of balance of trade surplus in a long term. The import tariff on commodity of agriculture and manufacture have also positive influence to the growth on balance of trade, however the sector that give a significant value is agriculture sector. The surplus growth on balance of trade gives positive and significant influence to the national economic growth.

Abstract

The research objective is to measure the economic performance and financial independence of the respective districts or cities  in East Java Province. To measure it , the author used physical and non physica abilitie, economic and  business sector growth , area quality of growth, and financial independence. The benefit is to contribute the development of alternative models of economic performance measurement and financial independence for Regency/City, the form of software measurement of economic performance and financial independence of the Regency/City.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the market structure and competitive behavior of the Indonesian banking. Found that the market structure group of large banks declined from oligopoly leads to monopoly. In a large group of medium-small banking moving toward behavior monoplistik competition. Variation of the management efficiency of input factors, production capacity and business mix impact on variations in interest income and income distribution is unequal total inter-bank or bank group. Post-entry into the  API, intense competition, the actions need to be followed closely and carefully by the bank management, but that does not mean reduction in financing opportunities in the banking sector that minimal risk

Abstract

One of the used policy form government to push exporting to be natural balance of trade surplus (X>M) is with imposition of import tariff. This research aim to know tariff impact import to growth of balance of trade in Indonesia [at] period 1995.1-2005.4. By using Linier Model analysis method Dinamik (MLD) through approach of Error Correction Model (ECM), known that import tariff have an effect on positive to growth of balance of trade. Its meaning, if natural tariff of increase hence will give impact go up him growth of balance of trade (surplus) which significant.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is providing an analysis on the economic opportunities that can be generated through the implementation of an integrated and well organized solid waste management in order to increase the economic value of garbage from the level of household, small, and medium industry to give positive impact due to the increased prosperity for the community in urban areas, especially the poor. The research employed survey method to identify the fundamental problems at the level of households and industries, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions to find strategic steps and practices in implementing integrated waste management which based on partnerships to overcome urban poverty. The results of this study indicated that the economic value of organic waste is Rp. 193, 952, 422 ($14,841.80) per year and Rp. 223, 142, 710 ($17,077.86) per year for inorganic waste. This potential should be properly managed through synergizing the existing waste management agencies such as the Department of Public Cleanliness and the Waste Bank of Malang city. The synergy on waste management should be made up to the lowest level in public institutions that is housewives association, because the role of housewife is very important in the success of waste management. Thus, the funds collected from the optimization of waste management can be used as business capital to help low income working families in Malang city.
