Abstract

The purpose of PKM activities is to help solve the problems of partners to become independent and lead to a productive economy by utilizing corncob waste. The PKM partner is corn farmers in Desa Saentis which is ± 25 km or 40 minutes from UMN Al-Washliyah. The partner priority issues are ; (1) aspects of production, including; a) partners do not have the knowledge and skills in processing corncobs; b) partners never to training processing corncobs from the government or the private sector; c) partners don’t have the appropriate technology to process corncobs into handicraft items. (1) aspects of production, including: a) Focus Group Discussion on the potential of corn waste into handicraft items; b) the use of appropriate technology in the form of grinding machines and hacksaw to make handicrafts from corncobs; c) Benchmarking partners corn cob crafter; and d) training to design handicraft made from corn cobs. Output targets include: 1) grinding machines and hacksaw; 2) enhancing partner skills in the production of handicraft items made from corn cobs; 3) design of handicraft made from corn cobs such as tissue boxes, decorative lamps, placemats.

Abstract

The influence of work communication, motivation, and job training are valuable aspects that need to be considered for every company organization to support overall employee performance improvement. Therefore, this study intends to understand the effect of work communication, motivation, and job training on employee performance at PT. Sushi Indo Sukses Mandiri Medan either partially or simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Sushi Indo Sukses Mandiri Medan, totaling 74 individuals. The data analysis method used the F-Test, T-Test, and Multiple Linear Regression, while the data analysis used SPSS version 20. Based on the results of data analysis in this study, partially it can be seen that work communication (X1) has a value of 1. t_count mark t_table is 1.6657 then the number t_count > t_table of (1.944>1.6657) and the number of sig 0.056>0.05 Regarding this, it means that the accepted hypothesis is that work communication according to partial has a good and significant impact on the achievement of employees at PT. Sushi Indo Sukses Mandiri Medan. The results of the study show that the motivation variable (X2) has 4.801 and is worth 1.6657, so the total value of t_count t_table t_count>t_table (4.801 >1.6657) and the number of sig 0.000 <0.05. This means that the hypothesis is accepted, namely work motivation according to partial which has a positive and significant impact on the achievement of workers. The results of the study prove that the job training variable (X3) has a value of 3.411 and a value of 1.6657 then t_count t_table t_count > t_table (3.411 >1.6657) then the sig value is 0.001<0.05. This means that the hypothesis of receiving job training partially has a good and significant impact on the achievement of employees at PT Sushi Indo Sukses Mandiri Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of work discipline, motivation and compensation on employee performance. The research location at PT. Alpha Scorpii. The population of this research is 130 employees. Simple random sampling is used to choose 98 employees. This type of research is quantitative with survey methods. Data collection using questionnaires. Before the questionnaire was distributed to the sample employees, a validity test and a reliability test were conducted. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) work discipline, motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test the influence of Leadership Style, Surveillance and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of PT Mahesa International Maritime research Method is a quantitative approach, type of research is descriptive and quantitative nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Methods of data analysis is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research is 128 employees and the sample amounted to 94 employees. Sample collection techniques, namely simple random sampling. The calculation results of testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneous Style of Leadership, Supervision and Discipline of Work has positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of PT Mahesa International Maritime Field.

Abstract

Several elements, including as leadership approach, inspiration, and work contentment, must be addressed in order to increase employee output. A corporation's leadership approach is significant since a proper leadership approach has an effect on staff, that can increase the company's revenue. Conversely, if inspiration and work contentment are treated properly, they can boost productivity and enable staff feel at ease in the workplace. PT Dunkindo Lestari is the subject of this study as a result of a decline in the company's organizational effectiveness. This study employs a quantitative method and is descriptive explanation in nature, multi-linear regression, hypothesis testing, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination, as well as reliability and Validity test are among the data analysis techniques employed. The census sampling technique was used in this study, something that obtained overall representative of the entire population. Information was gathered from 46 personnel who participated as respondents via questionnaires, interviews, and documentation assessments. Our findings revealed how leadership approach, motivation, and work contentment really have a favorable and noteworthy impact on staff output. With such a coefficient of determination of 42.5 percent, a value of F arithmetic > F table of (12.105 > 3.22), and a value of T arithmetic > T table for the variables leadership style (1.707 < 2.015), motivation (-1.368 < 2.015), and work satisfaction (3.837 > 2.015).

Abstract

The purpose of this test is to analyze the effect of debt policy, managerial ownership, and profitability on firm value. there is a decrease in the value of the company due to debt policy, managerial ownership, and unstable profitability. The population in this study was obtained by 39 companies and the sample in this study totaled 25 companies that met the criteria. the research method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of testing the hypothesis partially debt policy has a positive effect on firm value, while for managerial ownership and profitability have no effect on firm value. and the simultaneous test results show that the variable debt policy, managerial ownership, and profitability have an influence on the value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2019-2021.

Abstract

Marketing techniques are now developing very rapidly, these marketing techniques are now called Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing has increased and has begun to compete with the existence of traditional marketing techniques. Digital marketing is considered more effective because it can reach a wider market and allows anyone to access and obtain information and carry out the buying and selling process more easily. This Sharing Session and digital marketing training in an effort to develop local products through social media networks aims to train honey small business players in Kampung Baru Village, Medan Maimun District, in maximizing the marketing of honey products. The stages of this activity are the preparation stage and the training stage as well as the Sharing Session. The result of this activity is that business actors obtain information about the usefulness of various features in the WhatsApp Business application and Facebook Marketplace, the use of advertising language, and product distribution techniques.

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate and assess the impact of discipline, job happiness, and motivation on worker performance at Nutrihub Medan. A questionnaire was issued to 80 employees of the business, which is located in Jalan Sei Besitang Gg. Baru No. 16, Sei Sikambig D, Kec. Petition Field, in order to collect the data. This study uses SPSS version 25 for data analysis. The validity test, the reliability test with Alpha Crobach's alpha, the traditional assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has no considerable impact on employee performance, including work discipline and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee job performance. The research method used is quantitative. The results of the research show that partially Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees, partially the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees, partially Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the Work Performance of Employees and simultaneously Work Discipline, Work Environment and Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance. The conclusion is that the important role of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction is to improve employee work performance. Abstract

This acquisition aims to generate a relationship between a free variable to a partially and simultaneously bound variable which consists of a communication-free variable, a work motivation and a work ethos and a performance-bound Variable. This research has a quantitative approach that is capable of delivering maximum results in this study, then is described in a comprehensive way with the number of objects studied as many as 80 employees with methods and approaches of data collection more appropriate such as interviews and discussions through questionnaires. As for the results of this study partially tested and simultaneously all free variables against the bound variables have a very strong influence therefore further research needs to make changes to the variables to be investigated.
