Abstract

Villages have less development than cities because villages have bigger problems such as higher poverty rates, lower health, lower human resources, facilities and infrastructure that are more difficult to reach than cities. Therefore we need the concept of sustainable village development. In sustainable development, the aspect of development is not only aimed at present society but also society in the future. Before making the concept of sustainable village development, so that village development in a city/regency/district area is conceptualized evenly, decision support is needed to identify underdeveloped villages. Some indicators villages or underdeveloped regions mostly related to the survey of Potensi Desa activities by BPS from 1980 to 2014 continually participated. Related to that conditions, criteria obtained underdeveloped villages by DPU and indicator data PODES by BPS, it can be applied on Decision Making System. In this research selected case studies are census data from Potensi Desa by BPS in Magetan. This system uses SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) methods as the calculation of the weights to the criteria and ORESTE methods used for the rankings of underdeveloped villages. In this system SMARTER methods using a weighting formula Rank Order Centroid (ROC) that is proportional weighting which reflects the distance and the priority of each criteria appropriately. Furthermore, the ranking process using Oreste methods by three main stages that is Projection Matrix position, Ranking of projections and Agegration of Global Ranking. Testing of this system, which one is changing the parameters of Oreste (α value) and obtained compatibility reach 91.06% of accuracy to the experts data of underdeveloped villages from the BPS Magetan by the number 100% alternative data with value 0:01 of alpha

Abstract

Since covid 19, many barbershops have opened home call services to increase consumer convenience as well as competitiveness, so reservations are provided via telephone or whatsapp calls. While serving call services, there are several problems that make consumers feel disappointed, such as the difficulty of knowing the status of the captain, consumers have to confirm repeatedly to find out whether the barber is available or not for home calls. To anticipate these problems, a marketplace system for barbershop service providers was created to help estimate capster work time to be more efficient using extreme programming methodology and web-based Mern Stack technology which can later be used by barbershop service providers to manage their barbershop or barbershop, as well as manage the work status of the capster, so that consumers can find out the work status of their subscription capster. The calculation results from testing the marketplace system for barber service providers using ISO 25010 resulted in a percentage of 99% for the functionality and usability aspects resulting in a percentage of 85.6%, in this case indicating that the developed system runs as expected and there are no bugs in it.

Abstract

Pengembangan sistem pengaduan nasabah ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pencatatan transaksi yang berhubungan dengan pengaduan nasabah serta dapat membantu dalam proses pelaporan ke pada pihak ke tiga yaitu OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) dan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi tenaga dan waktu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis dan perancangan. Metode analisis dilakukan dengan cara melakukan wawancara kebutuhan sistem yang di perlukan dalam pencatatan pengaduan nasabah yang selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode perancangan yaitu merancang sistem yang baru dengan cara pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan pemodelan visual UML. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan framework laravel dan database MySQL. Pengujian dalam penelitian pengembangan aplikasi ini dilakukan dengan pengujian hasil laporan yang akan di hasilkan apakah sesuai dengan yang di butuhkan PT BPR Utomo Manunggal Sejahtera Lampung. Pengujian sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengujia blackbock, Pengujian blackbock dilakukan sebagai proses pengujian kinerja atau tingkat keberhasilan suatu sistem. Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk memastikan sejauh mana sistem memiliki tingkat keberhasilan pada pengujian blackbock. Pengujian hasil laporan dan pengujian blackbock dilakukan pengujian dari pihak PT BPR Utomo Manunggal Sejahtera Lampung. Dan memiliki hasil uji yang baik dan dapat membantu dalam proses pencatatan dan pelaporan pengaduan nasabah.

Abstract

Artificial tourism objects are one of the categories of tourism objects in Bandar Lampung and are widely spread in various sub-districts. While the available information related to location, direction, road conditions, and also existing facilities are not widely known by foreign and local tourists. Therefore, the researcher proposes to build a geographic information system that will assist tourists in searching and finding information related to artificial tourist objects in Bandar Lampung. The system was built using the Protoype method as a system development method, and UML as a system design modeling method. In creating User Interface and building mobile applications using Flutter framework with Dart programming language, while the text editor and software used are Visual Studio Code and Android Studio. The results of testing conducted using the ISO 25010 method show that the Functional Suitability aspect is 100%, and the Usability aspect is 88.27% which can be concluded that the software is acceptable and has met the quality of software feasibility standards.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, online attendance has now become a widely used method for conducting online attendance via websites and applications. One example is the Metro City Diskominfo, a regionally owned company which has the task of administering government affairs in the field of communications and information technology. For the Metro area, attendance at the Metro City Communication and Information Department is still done manually by hand, using a hard attendance sheet. For this reason, research was carried out to develop a GPS-based attendance system for mobile/Android devices at metro city communication and information services. Design using UML and the RAD (Rapid Application Development) development method were used to build this attendance system, with a testing method using ISO 25010 which consists of Functionality and Realability aspects. The overall test results for ISO 25010 received a score of 96.12%, which based on the criteria was rated Very Good and it can be said that the installed system meets requirements.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is that there is no decision support system method to determine the selection of the best honorary employees in the Lampung Provincial Cooperative and MSME Office. The decision support system for selecting the best honorary employees uses the VIKOR method (visekriterijumsko kompromisno rangiranje) case study of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Lampung Province. Design of decision support system for selecting the best honorary employees using the VIKOR method (visekriterijumsko kompromisno rangiranje) case study of the Cooperatives and MSMEs Office of Lampung Province using extreme programming methods which have stages, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The ranking results use the VIKOR method in the decision support system for the Best Honorary Employee, the VIKOR method recommends Honorary Employee 5 as a candidate for Honorary Employee 5 with a VIKOR index value of 0.045 and get a rank of 1.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat membantu admin dalam menentukan plano kertas, sehingga admin tidak harus menghitung manual satu per satu lagi kertas yang mengakibatkan lambatnya penanganan customer dan akan berdampak buruk terhadap pelayanan. Dengan sistem ini dapat membantu admin dalam memberikan informasi dan wawasan tentang plano kertas yang akan dipilih berdasarkan estimasi harga yang paling murah. Metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) adalah suatu metode yang mencari penjumlah terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif dari semua kriteria. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Plano dengan metode SAW pada CV Retina Khatulistiwa adalah sistem yang didalamnya sudah terdapat informasi, wawasan serta formula atau rumus perhitungan yang dapat membatu admin melalui interface sistem yang telah di buat, sehingga admin dapat memberikan estimasi harga plano kertas dan plano kertas yang efisien. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Plano dengan metode SAW pada CV Retina Khatulistiwa dapat memberikan informasi tentang plano kertas secara cepat yaitu dengan meranking harga plano kertas mulai dari harga yang paling murah. Sistem ini lebih dalam penyajian data dibandingkan perhitungan manual yang harus menghitung satu per satu lalu dan lebih aman dan nyaman digunakan dibandingkan dengan Microsoft Excel yang rumusnya dapat berubah dan terhapus oleh admin pada saat penggunaan dan lupa menyimpan file dalam keadaan rumus semula.

Abstract

PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII (PTPN 7) is a leading plantation company in Indonesia that produces main agricultural commodities. The PDF-based daily production data processing process is still done manually, takes time, and does not support interactivity. This research introduces a web-based Production Monitoring System which enables more efficient and faster monitoring of production results. This system uses crawling techniques to collect production data and presents it in graphic form that can be accessed via a web platform. Apart from that, this system is equipped with a Geographic Information System (GIS) feature to provide information regarding the location of the garden. The system development method uses the Extreme Programming method and system development uses Laravel with a template from Cork - Bootstrap 5. The main objective of this research is to build a Web Production Monitoring system that can help PTPN 7 monitor production results in a quickly updated manner. The results of the ISO 25010 testing that has been carried out conclude that the service quality of the resulting system has a good percentage of success with a total average of above 88%.

Abstract

Teknologi semakin berkembang dengan pesat, terutama teknologi internet mobile yang semakin populer. Kemunculan telepon genggam yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengunduh berbagai aplikasi dengan mudah. Namun, sebagian besar aplikasi yang tersedia adalah game yang tidak memberikan manfaat pendidikan yang memadai. Bahkan, sering kali aplikasi game ini dapat berdampak negatif terhadap penggunanya. Oleh karena itu kami mengadakan Pelatihan Game for Education di SMKN 7 Bandarlampung. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membantu peserta pelatihan memahami konsep Game for Education dan bagaimana menerapkannya dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan meliputi sesi presentasi, diskusi, dan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan game. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari siswa dan guru. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan memberikan alternatif media pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana Game for Education dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran dengan mudah.

Abstract

UMKM Toko Kripik Pisang Asa Cipto Roso adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kripik pisang, proses pencatatan transaksi di UMKM ini mengharuskan melakukan pencatatan secara sederhana. Namun, seringkali terjadi penundaan dalam pencatatan tersebut karena berbagai faktor, sehingga menghasilkan laporan yang tidak terstruktur dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis website untuk pengelolaan transaksi pada UMKM toko kripik pisang Asa Cipto Roso dalam memanajemen pencatatan transaksi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Personal Extreme Programing dan serta di implementasikan dengan menggunakan framework laravel. Adapun fitur yang disediakan dalam aplikasi ini yaitu, manajemen pengguna, bahan baku, produk, stok, transaksi penjualan, penitipan produk, dan laporan. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menghasilkan semua fungsi telah berhasil diuji tanpa mengalami masalah apapun dan menggunakan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) mencapai keberhasilan 93% yaitu masuk kategori sangat baik. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan keuangan yang memudahkan penggunaan dan telah berhasil mengurangi tingkat kesalahan dalam pencatatan transaksi
