Abstract

This study discusses how the sustainability tourism development strategy in every regency be able to improve the social welfare of local communities. The decentralization program has given freedom and policy to enhance the role of regional tourism to be more competitive. This study is using qualitative methods to be able to explore the empiric phenomenon of deeper problems that expected to be used as a reference for the strategy development of regional tourism applied in global and digital era, which is very competitive and professional through the strategy of well structure and systematic tourism program to be effective and efficient.

Abstract

The success of an institution is not only determined by many resources but also the human resources’ qualities and behaviours in the institution. Desired behaviour is the behaviour that can enhance the organizational quality that is Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). The purpose of this research is to test the impact of Perceived Organizational support, organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) with servant leadership as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative study using a survey with 52 respondents from Maria Mediatrix Middle School Semarang City, Central Java. Hypothesis testing uses the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) regression model. The result of the research shows that organizational support perception and commitment has different impact toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School, where the organizational commitment has significant impact while the organizational support perception is not. Servant leadership significantly affects organizational support perception relationship and organizational commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in Maria Mediatrix Junior High School.  Keberhasilan sebuah lembaga bukan hanya ditentukan oleh banyak sumber daya salah satunya adalah  sumber daya manusia (SDM) dengan kualitas dan perilaku-perilaku yang timbul didalam lembaga tersebut. Perilaku yang diharapkan adalah perilaku yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas organisasi yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi, komitmen organisasional terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan servant leadership sebagai variabel moderating.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survei dengan responden seluruh pegawai SMP Maria Mediatrix Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 52 orang. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi model MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix, dimana komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sementara persepsi dukungan organisasi tidak. Servant leadership secara signifikan mempengaruhi hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di SMP Maria Mediatrix.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan perlu memikirkan cara dalam meningkatkatkan kinerja karyawan yang dimiliki agar dapat mendorong kemajuan perusahaan. Salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dengan mempertahankan motivasi. Faktor kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada BPR Weleri Makmur Kantor Pusat Gayamsari Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 pegawai. Analisis menggunakan SmartPLS untuk menguji persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap variabel motivasi, variabel motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Every company needs to think about ways to improve the performance of its employees in order to encourage the company's progress. One of the keys to improving employee performance is to maintain motivation. Compensation factors and the work environment can increase employee motivation and performance. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at BPR Weleri Makmur, Gayamsari Semarang Head Office. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaires to collect data. The sample in this study was 64 employees. The analysis uses SmartPLS to test structural equations. The research results show that compensation variables do not affect employee performance variables, work environment variables have no effect on employee performance variables, compensation variables have no effect on motivation variables, work environment variables have an effect on motivation variables, motivation variables affect employee performance, and motivation variables mediate the influence of the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

In managing Human Resources in a company, a leader must be able to handle the phenomenon of turnover intention. Turnover intention is a problem that arises in an organization involving the desire to leave employees. The turnover intention that occurs indicates low employee loyalty and a weak managerial system in the company. This research aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction variables on the turnover intention phenomenon and examine the role of financial compensation variables in moderating the influence of job satisfaction variables on the turnover intention phenomenon. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research. Sampling in this research was carried out using a purposive sampling technique or non-random sampling technique. The sample in this study involved 90 employees at PT. HM Sampoerna Semarang, all of which met the criteria to be used as samples. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The type of data in this research is cross section. In the research, it was found that the job satisfaction of each employee is relatively high, one of the factors that triggers turnover intention in this company is job satisfaction. The research results show that there is an influence between job satisfaction variables on turnover intention, and financial compensation cannot be a moderating variable or a supporting factor in the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention at PT. HM Sampoerna Semarang.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, organizational culture, and motivation on job satisfaction, as well as analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction with the intervening variable Motivation.This research method uses a type of research with a quantitative explanatory approach. The population and sample used were all Temanggung Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department contract employees, totaling 70 respondents. The sampling technique used was the census technique. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis by testing the t-test and Sobel test.The results of the analysis in this study show that the competency variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the individual characteristic variable partially has an insignificant negative effect on job satisfaction, the organizational culture and motivation variables partially have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the influence of competence through motivation does not have a significant influence on job satisfaction and the influence of individual characteristics and organizational culture through motivation has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims at testing and analyzing the influence of leadership, working satisfaction and working discipline towards teachers’ productivity; testing and analyzing the influence of leadership, working satisfaction and working discipline towards teachers’ productivity with organization commitment as the intervening variable. This research is using quantitative approach. The data testing technique being used in this research including validity test with pearson correlation, reliability test with cronbach alpha, classical assumption test including normality test, heteroscedasticities and multicollinearities test, double regression analysis, signification test and determination coefficient test to prove the validity and rightness of the research hypothesis. From the results of the study, it was found that leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline had a significant effect on organizational commitment. In addition, leadership, job satisfaction and work discipline have a significant effect on teacher productivity. And organizational commitment has a significant effect on teacher productivitycontribution towards teachers’ productivityTujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas  guru, menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas guru dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan pearson correlation, uji reliabilitas dengan cronbach alpha, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinieritas, analisis regresi berganda, uji signifikansi dan uji koefisien determinasi untuk membuktikan keabsahan dan kebenaran hipotesis penelitian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selain itu, kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru. Dan komitmen organisasi berpegaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru

Abstract

This research aims to find out how technology adoption factors mediate information compatibility, organizational and environmental factors, and their influence on employee digital skills for MSMEs to advance to class. This research uses a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. Where primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google forms with a sample of 45 respondents from the total permanent employees at Naruna Keramik Salatiga. This research uses outer relation data analysis techniques or measurement models. The results of this research show that the technology adoption factor mediates the significant influence of information compatibility and organization on digital skills. Technology adoption cannot mediate the significant influence of the environment on digital skills. Information compatibility and organization have a direct influence on digital skills. The environment does not have a direct influence on digital skills.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a person's desire to leave their current job to get a better job than their previous workplace High turnover rate can result in problems for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Work Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at PT Garment Semarang. This study was conducted at PT Garment Semarang, with a sample taken as many as 50 people using the saturated sample method, where this saturated sample method used the entire population as respondents in the study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence of job insecurity on turnover intention. There is a positive influence of work stress on turnover intention There is a negative influence on job insecurity on job satisfaction. There is an influence of work stress on job satisfaction. There is an influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is an effect of job insecurity on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. . Employees who have feelings of insecurity at their jobs and feel high work stress do not directly have the intention to leave the company. This is because one of the most important factors that affect the decision is work performance. This study is expected to be a reference and supporting evidence regarding the influence of each variable discussed in this study. Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali pengalaman mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi (Manajemen, Ilmu Ekonomi, dan Akuntansi) dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap lima narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan program studi tidak menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Komunikasi terbuka, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, dan kerjasama antar-mahasiswa dari berbagai latar belakang akademik menjadi kunci efektivitas dalam organisasi. Keputusan diambil melalui diskusi bersama, independen dari program studi, menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif dan adil. Perbedaan program studi justru dianggap sebagai sumber daya berharga yang memperkaya diskusi, perencanaan kegiatan, dan pemecahan masalah. Keberagaman individu digunakan sebagai kekuatan untuk mengatasi tantangan praktis, menciptakan lingkungan inklusif yang mendukung kreativitas dan kolaborasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya komunikasi terbuka dan penerimaan terhadap perbedaan dalam mencapai keputusan yang efektif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan yang inklusif dan mendukung keberagaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas tersebut dalam masa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah model analisis Interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pelatihan kepemimpinan pengawas dalam masa pandemi covid-19 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Salatiga belum efektif karena metode penyampaian yang digunakan hanya metode ceramah, koneksi internet yang kurang stabil dan pengawasan yang dapat dilakukan panitia dan widyaiswara hanya dengan melekat di zoom masing-masing peserta. Saran yang dapat diberikan terkait hasil penelitian ini adalah metode penyampaian yang digunakan hendaknya variatif dan disisipkan ice breaking agar peserta tidak bosan, disiapkan gedung khusus dengan koneksi internet yang stabil, peserta dikumpulkan di satu titik lokasi untuk mempermudah pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh panitia.
