Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali pengalaman mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi (Manajemen, Ilmu Ekonomi, dan Akuntansi) dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam terhadap lima narasumber. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan program studi tidak menghambat proses pengambilan keputusan dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan. Komunikasi terbuka, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, dan kerjasama antar-mahasiswa dari berbagai latar belakang akademik menjadi kunci efektivitas dalam organisasi. Keputusan diambil melalui diskusi bersama, independen dari program studi, menghasilkan keputusan yang objektif dan adil. Perbedaan program studi justru dianggap sebagai sumber daya berharga yang memperkaya diskusi, perencanaan kegiatan, dan pemecahan masalah. Keberagaman individu digunakan sebagai kekuatan untuk mengatasi tantangan praktis, menciptakan lingkungan inklusif yang mendukung kreativitas dan kolaborasi. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang pentingnya komunikasi terbuka dan penerimaan terhadap perbedaan dalam mencapai keputusan yang efektif dalam organisasi kemahasiswaan yang inklusif dan mendukung keberagaman.

Abstract

Turnover Intention is a person's desire to leave their current job to get a better job than their previous workplace High turnover rate can result in problems for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Job Insecurity and Work Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable at PT Garment Semarang. This study was conducted at PT Garment Semarang, with a sample taken as many as 50 people using the saturated sample method, where this saturated sample method used the entire population as respondents in the study. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of the study show that there is a positive influence of job insecurity on turnover intention. There is a positive influence of work stress on turnover intention There is a negative influence on job insecurity on job satisfaction. There is an influence of work stress on job satisfaction. There is an influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is an effect of job insecurity on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention mediated by job satisfaction. . Employees who have feelings of insecurity at their jobs and feel high work stress do not directly have the intention to leave the company. This is because one of the most important factors that affect the decision is work performance. This study is expected to be a reference and supporting evidence regarding the influence of each variable discussed in this study. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, organizational culture, and motivation on job satisfaction, as well as analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction with the intervening variable Motivation.This research method uses a type of research with a quantitative explanatory approach. The population and sample used were all Temanggung Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department contract employees, totaling 70 respondents. The sampling technique used was the census technique. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis by testing the t-test and Sobel test.The results of the analysis in this study show that the competency variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the individual characteristic variable partially has an insignificant negative effect on job satisfaction, the organizational culture and motivation variables partially have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the influence of competence through motivation does not have a significant influence on job satisfaction and the influence of individual characteristics and organizational culture through motivation has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The disruption era includes the fourth industrial revolution, climate change, and the Covid-19 pandemic. Education, the economy, business, and tourism, among other areas, are all affected by the disturbance. The purpose of this research is to examine how organizational resilience is implemented in a hotel from the perspective of strategic human resource management. The study employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and data processed through narrative. According to the conclusions of this study, the strategic roles of human resource executives or leaders are critical in dealing with organizational crises. This study contributes to knowledge by constructing propositions to establish a mini-theory.
