Abstract

Purpose — This research article examines the intricate interplay between digitalization and sustainability in the context of the tourism industry. The purpose of this study is to explore how the integration of digital technologies can enhance sustainable practices within the tourism sector while also identifying potential challenges. Method — The research methodology involves a combination of literature review, case studies, surveys, and interviews to provide a comprehensive analysis of the subject.Result — The research findings highlight the transformative impact of digitalization on the tourism experience. Online platforms and mobile applications have revolutionized travel planning and personalized itineraries, while also fostering a growing awareness of sustainability among tourists. Through case studies, successful instances of the harmonious convergence of digitalization and sustainability are presented, showcasing innovative approaches to destination management, energy efficiency, and community engagement.Contribution — The research informs stakeholders, offering a roadmap for responsible, tech-enhanced tourism. It emphasizes balanced personalization, cultural preservation, stakeholder collaboration, digital literacy, and equitable access to digital tourism benefits.

Abstract

This study This study aims to determine the effect of country of origin, product quality, and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions of Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken as many as 112 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all users of Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel products in Yogyakarta. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that country of origin and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Child marriage is a problem for the government area, especially in Central Mamuju Regency. It is a common problem that requires prevention based on collaboration with several stakeholders involved in it. Governance. Research This aims to analyze the collaboration process in the prevention of marriage-age children in Central Mamuju Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, and study documentation. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Data analysis uses interactive data analysis. As for the informants in the study, they are actors involved​ directly in the collaboration process in the prevention of wedding-age children in Central Mamuju Regency.Research results show that the collaboration process in the prevention of wedding-age children in Central Mamuju Regency can it is said Still Not yet walk with good. This is a dialogue between face, commitment in the process of collaboration, and understanding together in the prevention of wedding-age children in Central Mamuju Regency is still Not yet effective, but there is trust built​ between the actors to prevent and suppress the number of wedding-age children. As for the impact of the results so far this is in the process of collaboration in the prevention of wedding-age children in Central Mamuju Regency which has still Not yet shown significant changes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan melalui kinerja guru pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path) dengan populasi sebanyak 176 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 yang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Dari hasil analisis jalur 1 komitmen organisasi dan pelaksanaan manajemen berbasis sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terahdap kinerja guru pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan t tabel variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 2,836 dan variabel manajemen berbasis sekolah sebesar 10,099. Dari hasil analisis jalur 2 dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai t hitung variabel komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru masing-masing sebesar 2,244, 8,153 dan 6,475. Sedangkan hasil analisis koefisien r2 pada anailsis jalur 1 sebesar 0,529, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi atau sumbangan pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi dan manajemen berbasis sekolah terhadap kinerja guru adalah sebesar 52,9% sedangkan sisanya 47,1% merupakan pengaruh dari variabel- variabel lain. Pada hasil analisis koefisien r2 pada analisis jalur 2 sebesar 0,540 yang artinya kontribusi pengaruh variabel komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan sebesar 54% dan sisanya 46% adalah pengaruh dari variabel lain. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, manajemen berbasis sekolah dan kinerja guru berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu layanan pendidikan pada UPTD SMP Negeri Kabupaten Sinjai. Adapun saran yang diberikan yaitu diharapkan sekolah mampu menata manajemen kesiswaan yang lebih baik lagi untuk meningkatkan mutu siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis lingkungan eksternal maupun internal serta merumuskan strategi yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan kerajinan anyaman rotan di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep melalui pemasaran online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, fokus grup diskusi (FGD) dan kuesioner pada kelompok pengrajin anyaman rotan. Informan dipilih 4 orang berdasarkan kriteria tertentu dan secara insidentil yang dapat ditemui. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath) / SWOT analysis. Tahap awal adalah input yaitu penentuan nilai IFE dan EFE, alternatif strategi diperoleh dari perhitungan pada tahap pencocokan yaitu Matriks SWOT. Terakhir adalah tahap keputusan penentu alternatif strategi yang akan dijalankan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada lima alternatif startegi yang ditawarkan bagi usaha kerajinan anyaman rotan di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep yaitu: 1) Menerapkan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dengan menekankan pada pelayanan prima secara langsung maupun online. 2) Pengembangan kerjasama dalam menerima ide-ide maupun komplain atau keluhan bagi pelanggan serta pengembangan produk baru. 3) Meningkatkan produksi kerajinan yang beragam bentuk maupun fungsi. 4) Memberdayakan pemasaran melalui media sosial/online, serta marketplace. 5) Pemanfaatan lokasi penjualan langsung menjadi sentra kerajinan anyaman rotan dan bambu.

Abstract

This quantitative study explores the relationship between online learning service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer retention in the Culinary Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic. Using data from 217 students in a private university, specifically in Surabaya. The analysis employed in this study is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the relationship between the research variables, including the measurement model (outer model) for validity and reliability testing, and the structural model (inner model) for hypothesis testing and mediation analysis. The research reveals a significant direct effect of online learning service quality on customer satisfaction. Higher levels of service quality positively impact customer satisfaction, aligning with previous research in e-learning contexts. Additionally, the study establishes a significant indirect effect of online learning service quality on customer retention through customer satisfaction as a mediation variable. Higher customer satisfaction levels lead to increased customer retention in the Culinary Study Program. These findings offer insights for educational institutions to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, focusing on dimensions such as content, system functionality, and interaction quality. Implementing strategies to prioritize student satisfaction can improve online learning effectiveness during challenging times like the Covid-19 pandemic. Overall, this study contributes to the knowledge of online learning service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer retention, emphasizing the importance of high-quality online learning experiences for student satisfaction and retention in the Culinary Study Program during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study investigates the key psychological and experiential factors influencing purchase decisions in live shopping environments, focusing on the Indonesian digital marketplace. This study examines how perceived enjoyment, promotional urgency, and influencer marketing affect purchase decisions, both directly and indirectly through consumer trust. It further explores the moderating role of platform experience. Using a quantitative approach with 265 valid responses analysed via Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), the results reveal that all three stimuli significantly influence consumer trust and purchase decisions. Trust is shown to mediate these effects, while platform experience strengthens the impact of the live shopping elements on purchase behaviour. The findings contribute to the growing literature on social commerce and offer practical insights for marketers and platforms seeking to enhance consumer engagement and conversion in live shopping settings. It provides empirical evidence on how perceived enjoyment, urgency-driven promotions, and influencer credibility shape real-time purchase decisions. This study is limited to Indonesia, affecting its broader applicability. Its cross-sectional nature and self-reported data may introduce bias. Future research should explore regional differences, behavioural analytics, and longitudinal studies on evolving consumer behaviours in live shopping.
