Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of visible movement of the teacher's body when teaching so that the atmosphere of learning becomes tense as the appearance in the teaching process looks stiff. In the learning process some teachers cannot master the class because it only stays at one point. In the learning process, some teachers in explaining the material in front of the class in a voice that is not strong so that students who are behind not too hear the explanation delivered. This study aims to determine the level of teacher-student interpersonal communication in Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru High School. To find out the level of students' interest in learning in the learning process at Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru High School. To find out the relationship between teacher-student interpersonal communication with student interest in the Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru High School. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all students at Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru High School. The sample taken in this study is proportional random sampling. Where the number of samples taken 25% of the population so that the number of samples amounted to 81 respondents. Then the data analysis technique uses Product Moment correlation techniques. Based on the results of the study showed the Frequency Distribution of Interpersonal Communication Variables (X) is categorized Very Good, which is 81.4% which is in the range of 75.01% - 100%. Based on the results of the Variable Frequency Distribution of Learning Interest (Y) is categorized Very Good, which is 75.79% which is in the range of 75.01% - 100%. The relationship of teacher-student interpersonal communication with student learning interest in Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru High School is seen from the results of Product Moment Correlation Test rxy = 0.702, where the relationship is strong or high which is in the range of 0.60 - 0.799.Key Words: Interpersonal Communication, Learning Interest

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Java traditional wedding in the BayPlantation Village Panji People Kampung District of South Labuhanbatu of NorthSumatra has undergone a change. This study aims to determine what factors are thecause of the shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation Village PeopleKampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhan Batu regency of North Sumatra.Respondents in this study were 182 heads of household and 2 elders. Data collectiontechniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The methodused is the method of combination of quantitative and qualitative (mixed methodes).This method is done with the data processing result data is presented through thecalculation of the percentage and given an explanation. The results showed that thefactors that cause a shift in the Java community customary marriage Plantation VillagePeople Kampung Teluk Panji District of South Labuhanbatu regency of North Sumatrais due to the cultural influence of other communities, contact with other cultures,advanced formal education system, respect for the work of someone and the desire tomove forward, open system of society (open stratification), heterogeneous population,economic factors, time factors, technological factors, and confounding factors tribal/crossbreeding.Key Words: Factor, Shift, Customary Marriages Java

Abstract

Abstract: The scientific approach is one of the approaches to scientific learning. Daryanto (2014) revealed that learning with a scientific approach is a learning process designed in such a way that students actively construct concepts, laws or principles through stages of observing, formulating problems, proposing or formulating hypotheses, collecting data and various techniques, analyzing data , draw conclusions and communicate concepts, laws or principles found. Learning outcomes are specific competencies or abilities both cognitive, affective and psychomotor achieved or mastered by students after attending the teaching and learning process (Kunandar, 2013) This study aims to determine the effect of applying the 2013 curriculum scientific approach to student learning outcomes in PPKn learning. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Ujungbatu, Rokan Hulu Regency. The subject of this research was class XI students. The sample in this study was to use a homogeneity test taken at random two classes class XI IPS 1 as a control class and XI IPS 2 as an experimental class. Data collected through observation, tests and documentation. The design used is pre-test and post-test on the Quasi Experimental design. Based on the results of the Independent Sample T test differences it is known that the significance of p = 0,000. These results indicate that 0 <0.01. Means that there are differences in the influence of the scientific approach by using preetest and posttest between the control class and the experimental class. This shows that there is an influence of the application of the scientific approach to student learning outcomes. Coupled with the N-gain test results higher experimental class than the control class (0.57> 0.34). It shows that learning using the 2013 curriculum approach can improve student learning outcomes. Thus the use of a scientific approach has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes in PPKn subjects in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Ujungbatu. From observations that researchers take a scientific approach in addition to improving learning outcomes also increases motivation, interest in learning and student activity.Key Words: Influence, Scientific Learning, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the Batak customary ceremony in the festive atmosphere of Pekanbaru City, Tenayan Raya District, Kulim Village and To find out what is the reason for the change in Batak customary ceremony in Pekanbaru City, Tenayan Raya District, Kulim District ". The population in this study was all heads and housewives of Toba Batak ethnic Christians or Catholics in Tenayan Raya district, Kulim District, with a population of 27,764 residents. The sample of this study was 30 people, 3 of whom were Batak Indigenous leaders, while 27 were Other people are Batak Toba people: This technique of data collection is observation, questionnaire, interview, and documentation. happy in Pekanbaru City, Tenayan Raya District, Kulim Village overall, of the 30 respondents who said Yes (48%) while those who answered No (52%) meant that there was a change or a shift in the form of traditional Batak Toba ceremony in a festive mood in Pekanbaru City, Tenayan Raya District, Kulim Village. Although the ceremonies were joyful in the city of Pekanbaru, Tenayan Raya district, Kulim Village overall, out of the 30 respondents, many said Yes (43%) while those who answered No (57%) meant that there was a change or shift in procedure for Batak Toba customary ceremony. in the festive mood of the Pekanbaru City Tenayan Raya District Kulim Village. The change in the form and procedure of the Batak Toba ritual in the atmosphere of happiness was due to several factors influencing all respondents who answered Yes (52%) and those who answered No (48%). These factors include the impact of increases and declines, formal and advanced education, and natural factors.Key Words : Change, Joy Ceremony, Toba Batak Traditional

Abstract

Abstract: The role of the school committee is the advisor (advisory) in determining and implementing educational policies in the education unit, supporting both in the form of financial, thought, and personnel in the administration of education in the education unit, controlling in the framework of transparency and accountability in the implementation and education output in the education unit, and mediator between the government (executive) and the community in the education unit. This study aims as follows: to find out Community Perceptions of the Role of School Committees at SMPN 1 Tandun, Rokan Hulu Regency. The subjects of this study were all 900 parents/guardians of SMPN 1 Tandun, Rokan Hulu Regency.The sample in this study was taken based on the snowball sampling technique with 10% of subjects from 900 parents/guardians. Data collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing data using quantitative descriptive techniques.The results showed that school committee members were very instrumental in carrying out the role of school committees in SMPN 1 Tandun Rokan Hulu Regency, this was evidenced by the results of the calculation of respondents who answered "Very Often" plus "Frequent" by 91.2%, in the range of 75.01% -100% then the range is included in the range of "Very Good", so the hypothesis testing was rejected.KeyWords: Perception, The Role Of The School Committe

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research explains about the analysis Pancasila values. The implementation of the values of Pancasila is an obligation for the people of Indonesia, especially Scout members. Based on the results of observations (preliminary studies) carried out at SMK 4 Pekanbaru students who took part in scout extracurricular activities have been going very well. Based on interviews with trainers and assistant trainers at SMK 4 Pekanbaru, an analysis of the value of Pancasila in the Extracurricular Scouts has been going very well. Where students are trained to grow the values of Pancasila (values of divinity, humanity, unity, society and justice). Such as performing ceremonies carried out before and after starting Scout training, Line-up Training (LBB), adventure (nature exploring), camping, games, rigging and so on. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive research type and the method used is a survey method, Data collection techniques with questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis uses percentage formulas . Based on the results of the research from chapter IV above, it can be concluded that this research is Pancasila values analyst in scout extracurricular activities at SMNK 4 Pekanbaru has done very well. This can be seen from the results of research which states that 90% of all members of the scout smkn 4 weeks just answered "yes" and the answer proves that the analysis of the values of pancasila in the scout extracurricular activities in smkn 4 weeks can be categorized as "Very good". the answer is categorized as yes as many as 27 questions. The questions categorized as answers are not as many as 13 questions.Key Words: Pancasila Values, Scout Extracurricular

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of learning in the classroom on the character formation of students in SDN 032 Kualu Tambang Kampar Regency. The subjects of this study were teachers at SDN 032 Kualu Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This study, sample of 29 respondent were selected. This study uses a simple linear analysis, using primary data by testing using SPSS 17. Based on the analysis conducted, the results obtained by testing the hypothesis of learning variables in the classroom (X) on the positive and significant character of students (Y), it can be drawn that good learning in the classroom given by the teacher in the classroom, the better the character of students is awakened.The teacher has a big role in providing learning about the development of the characteristics that are able to be accepted by students, because with good learning in the classroom accompanied by real examples that can be used as a reference to students as learning material to build character, this character is built not only for students to other students, but the student's character to the teacher, the school environment, parents or family, and the home environmentKey Words: Learning in the Classroom, Student Character

Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the difficulties of parents in helping and guiding children in learning at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are parents' perceptions of online learning in schools in the coastal Singkep District, Lingga Regency? The research objective was to find out how parents' perceptions of online learning in schools in Singkep Pesisir District, Lingga Regency. The benefit of the research results is that it becomes a source of learning for all parties, especially parents in responding to online learning that children undergo while at home. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the data collection instrument used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 5 indicators with 24 questions. The population in this study were all parents of students in schools in the Singkep Pesisir District, Lingga Regency. The sample in this study was taken using a proportional sampling technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the overall data regarding parents' perceptions of online learning in schools throughout the Singkep Pesisir District, Lingga Regency is in the "Agree" category. Strongly Agree amounts to 13.42% plus the Agree results with the amount of 66.35%. that is, the sum is 79.77% with the presence in the range 68.01% - 84.00%. Thus, Parents' Perception of Online Learning in Schools in Singkep Pesisir District, Lingga Regency is "Good". Key Words: Perception, Parents, Online Learning.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by problems that arise in the principle of learning student activeness as seen from individual assignments and group assignments. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the teacher's perception of the principle of active learning of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. The research objective was to determine how the implementation of the principles of learning activeness of Class VII students at SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. The benefits of research results for teachers are to provide an overview of teachers 'perceptions of the principles of learning activeness of class VII students at SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru and become a reference for how active grade VII students are according to teachers' perceptions of the learning principles of seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. This research method is a descriptive quantitative method of data collection instruments used in this study, namely a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions with 2 indicators. The population in this study were class VII teachers of SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was taken using a saturated sample technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the overall data regarding teachers' perceptions of the principles of learning activeness of class VII students at SMP Negeri 37 Pekanbaru are in the "Good" category. "Very Good" amounted to 17.6% plus the calculation results of respondents who answered "Good" with a total of 54%, namely the sum of 71.6%, where this range is in the "Good" category with an existence in the range of 50.01% - 75%. It can be concluded that the Teacher's Perception of the Principles of Learning Activity in Class VII Junior High School 37 Pekanbaru is at the "Good" level.Key Words: Perception, Teacher, Learning Principles of Activeness

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by not many students of SMKN 2 Pariaman who entered college in previous years and it is not yet known the cause of the problem whether it is influenced by parental income or there are other influences that cause students of SMKN 2 Pariaman not to continue their education to college. The problem formulation in this study is how the interest of students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college and how the influence of parental income on the interests of grade XII students continue their education to college at SMKN 2 Pariaman. The purpose of this study was to find out how the interest of students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college and to find out how the influence of parental income on the interests of grade XII students continued their education to college at SMKN 2 Pariaman. This research method is Quantitative with data collection instruments used, namely questionnaires consisting of 24 questions and 4 indicators. The population in this study was students of grade XII SMK Negeri 2 Pariaman, with a sample of 68 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the research conducted, the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college is in a very high category. This is because the result of the largest frequency is at very high intervals of 69%, and there is no significant influence between the income of parents and the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college. This is evidenced from the results of the F test obtained Fhitung of 1,013 and Ftabel of (3.98), where it shows that Fhitung < Ftabel, so that Ho was accepted and Ha rejected. So that there is no influence of parental income on the interest of grade XII students to continue their education to college.So the hypothesis in this study was rejected and the influence of parental income on students' interest in college admission was very low. Because based on the results of the calculation above is known coefficient determination (R square) of 0.015, which contains the understanding that the influence of free variables (parental income) on bound variables (interest in entering college) is 1.5%. This means that the significant contribution between parents' income to the interest of students continuing education to college is 1.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that the interest of grade XII students of SMKN 2 Pariaman to continue their education to college is in a very high category and there is no influence of parental income on the interest of grade XII students of SMKN 2 Pariaman continuing their education to college.Key Words: Effect, Income, Parents, Interest, College
