Abstract

This community service activity in the form of socializing the importance of digital security in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 aims to help the residents of Gajah Mati village, Central Bengkulu, in getting information about technological advances and how to maintain digital security. The subjects in this service activity were the Head of Gajah Mati Village and his apparatus and all residents of Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu. This socialization process is carried out by providing information about security and prevention in the face of technological advances and fraudulent fraud in cyberspace. The result of this community service activity is that it can help villagers know about technological advances, how to deal with various kinds of online fraud so that they can slightly reduce victims of cybercrime. The conclusion of this community service activity in Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu, is that it can provide information about technological advances, use technology, one of which is the use of Android smartphones, and help the community in dealing with fraud - fraud in cyberspace so that citizens can think smart if face the problem of fraud - fraud in cyberspace because they have received information and how to overcome it through this socialization. So the victims of crimes in cyberspace are slightly reduced.

Abstract

The development of technology requires a variety of activities that can be easily accessible regardless of time and space. The development of information technology becomes innovative, dynamic, and economically beneficial solutions. The information technology is an answer to the problems and challenges faced by the world of education. Cloud computing changes the way information technology services are provided and distributed, so that institutions have the opportunity to access educational and scientific information. Cloud computing is a computing model, where the resources such as processor or computing power, storage, network, and software become abstract and are provided as a service on a network or internet by using remote access patterns. The use of cloud computing based technologies in the learning process can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in improving the quality of learning outcomes

Abstract

The relationship between technology and education has been going on for quite a long time. The use of information and communication technology for learning is increasingly developing. With the idea of ​​developing the internet of things (IoT), the use of technology for learning is increasingly showing significant progress. As a consequence, life activities are very dependent on the Internet, one of which is carrying out the education process. Considering the enormous potential for development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, knowledge about this technology and how to use it in everyday life is very necessary. SMAN 1 Kepahyang has development potential in utilizing IoT technology, but requires training in its use in education. For this reason, the Faculty of Computer Science, Dehasen University, Bengkulu conducted community service regarding IoT technology to students at SMAN 1 Kepahyang. Material related to IoT is provided in stages from introduction to practical use of IoT in everyday life. The results of the training show that the students gained knowledge about how to use IoT in education
