Abstract

SMPN 3 Blitar it will be build on Ciliwung street. It was one of access roads to Blitar City. SMPN 3 Blitar it will be operated in 2019, then has to knowed the impact of development on the performance of traffic around it. This study aims to determine the degree of saturation of existing, operating time, and five years after SMPN 3 Blitar was operated. The analysis of this study is using Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM). The Primary data in this study is peak hour traffic volume, intersection geometric conditions, and the cycle time for signalized intersections around the site. While the secondary data in this study is the road network, an Origin Destination (OD), the GDP, and Blitar population. The analysis was started with calculating the flow of traffic at peak hours, the capacity of the intersection, and the degree of saturation. The results of the analysis of the degree of saturation (DS) was indicated that the value of the intersection on the condition of the existing DS (2016), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo. While the value of DS at the time of SMPN 3 Blitar operation (2019), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo. And the value of DS at five years after SMPN 3 Blitar was operated (2021), which has a value ≥ 0.750 is the intersection of the Ciliwung-Bendo.

Abstract

AbstractEvery Activities center as school, university, department store, shop, station, terminal, and others can causes movements of vehicles or people. Restaurant or cafe is one of activities center that causes movements of vehicles or people. The purpose of this research is to know the best model of trip attraction of private vehicles to the restaurant or cafe, and the private vehicles in this research is car and motorcycle that entered to parking place, and the locations in this research are McDonald’s, Kafetien88, Double Dipps, Pizza Hut, SAS Cafe & Resto, and Waroeng SS.The analysis of this research is using multiple regression method. In this research using two dependent variable (Y) and they are total motorcycle (Y1) and total car (Y2), and the independent variable (X) is land area (X1) and building area (X2), parking area (X3), total of table (X4), total of employee(X5), and total of menu (X6). The primer data in this research is traffic counting and the secondary data is land area, building area, parking area, total of table, total of employee, and total of menu. The analysis was started with multiple linier regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination and correlation test. The model of trip attraction of motorcycle (Y1) = -24.074 + 0,134 X2 + 1,087 X4 (R2 = 0,978) and the model of trip attraction of private car (Y2) = 1,118 + 0,033 X1+ 0,183 X4 (R2 = 0,994). Keywords: linier regression, modeling, restaurant, Surabaya,trip attraction  AbstrakSetiap pusat aktivitas seperti sekolah, universitas, pusat perbelanjaan atau mall, toko, stasiun, terminal, dan lain-lain akan menghasilkan pergerakan baik kendaraan maupun orang. Rumah makan merupakan salah satu pusat kegiatan yang menghasilkan pergerakan baik kendaraan maupun orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model tarikan perjalanan terbaik untuk kendaraan pribadi yang menuju rumah makan, dan kendaraan pribadi pada penelitian ini adalah sepeda motor dan mobil yang masuk parkir lokasi studi dan lokasi studi pada penelitian ini adalah McDonald’s, Kafetien88, Double Dipps, Pizza Hut, SAS Cafe & Resto, dan Waroeng SS. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel terikat (Y), yaitu jumlah sepeda motor (Y1) dan jumlah mobil pribadi (Y2), dan variabel bebas (X) adalah luas tanah (X1), luas bangunan (X2), luas lahan parkir(X3), jumlah meja makan (X4), jumlah keryawan(X5), dan jumlah menu makanan (X6). Data primer pada penelitian ini adalah survei kendaraan yang masuk parkir dan data sekunder pada penelitian ini adalah luas tanah, luas bangunan, luas lahan parkir, jumlah meja makan, jumlah karyawan, dan jumlah menu makanan. Analisis diawali dengananalisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji determinasi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis model tarikan perjalanan sepeda motor (Y1) = -24.074 + 0,134 X2 + 1,087 X4 (R2 = 0,978) dan tarikan perjalanan mobil pribadi (Y2) = 1,118 + 0,033 X1+ 0,183 X4 (R2 = 0,994). Kata Kunci: Kota Surabaya,pemodelan, regresi linier, rumah makan, tarikan perjalanan

Abstract

Abstract Parking is one of the elements that cannot be separated from the overall road transportation system. The existence of infrastructure such as parking facilities is urgently needed, one of which is in offices. The availability of parking spaces is often not able to accommodate vehicles so there is a need to analyze the capacity of parking spaces. The case study location was taken at Ruko Mega Galaxy Surabaya. In analyzing the parking space capacity, we will discuss the conditions of parking spaces, characteristics of parking spaces, and problem solving. The discussion on this problem starts from the identification of problems in the field, literature studies, preliminary surveys to determine the existing conditions and data collection. Then proceed with analyzing the data and discussion, so that the actual parking space capacity obtained on motorbikes and cars. Furthermore, characteristic analysis is applied according to Director General of Land Transportation 1996, then conclusions and recommendations are drawn. From the results of this survey, the parking characteristics of Ruko Mega Galaxy Surabaya, namely the static capacity of vehicles as much as 500 SRP motorcycles and 120 SRP cars. On the maximum accumulation of 556 motorbike parking lots and 138 vehicles. The volume of motorcycle parking is 1256 vehicles and cars are 941 vehicles. For maximum motorcycle parking duration 3.69 hours and 2.07 hours car. Turn over the maximum parking of motorbikes 3 times change and car 8 times change. The maximum motorcycle parking index is 111% and cars are 115%. and dynamic motorbike capacity of 2300 SRP and 552 SRP cars. Based on factual conditions, the maximum accumulation of parking has not been able to accommodate the volume of vehicles so that if it is projected in the next 3 years SRP is needed. Keberadaan prasarana seperti fasilitas parkir sangat dibutuhkan salah satunya di perkantoran. Ketersediaan ruang parkir sering kali tidak mampu menampung kendaraan sehingga perlu adanya analisis terhadap kapasitas ruang parkir. Lokasi studi kasus ini diambil di Ruko Mega Galaxy Surabaya .Dalam melakukan analisis kapasitas ruang parkir ini akan dibahas mengenai kondisi ruang parkir, karakteristik ruang parkir, serta pemecahan masalah. Pembahasan pada permasalahan ini dimulai dari identifikasi permasalahan di lapangan, studi literatur, survei pendahuluan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting dan pengumpulan data. Kemudian dilanjutkan menganalisis data dan pembahasan, sehingga didapatkan kapasitas ruang parkir aktual pada sepeda motor dan mobil. Selanjutnya diterapkan analisis karakteristik menurut Dirjen Perhubungan Darat 1996, lalu ditarik kesimpulan dan saran.Dari hasil survei ini didapatkan karakteristik parkir Ruko Mega Galaxy Surabaya yaitu kapasitas statis kendaraan sebanyak 500 SRP sepeda motor dan 120 SRP mobil. Pada akumulasi parkir maksimum sepeda motor 556 kendaraan dan mobil 138 kendaraan. Volume parkir sepeda motor 1256 kendaraan dan mobil 941 kendaraan. Untuk durasi parkir maksimum sepeda motor 3.69 jam dan mobil 2.07 jam. Turn over parking maksimum sepeda motor sebanyak 3 kali pergantian dan mobil 8 kali pergantian. Indeks parkir maksimum sepeda motor adalah 111% dan mobil 115%. dan kapasitas dinamis sepeda motor sebesar 2300 SRP dan mobil 552 SRP. Berdasarkan kondisi faktual, akumulasi parkir maksimum sudah tidak mampu menampung volume kendaran sehingga jika diproyeksikan dalam 3 tahun kedepan perlu adanya penambahan SRP.Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, SRP, Sepeda Motor, Mobil, Ruko

Abstract

AbstractTaddan Port is a new port in Sampang Madura district which is expected to be the center of new activities planned to be operational in 2018, so that traffic performance is needed before and after the Taddan port operation. This study aims to determine the performance of existing traffic before and after the Taddan port operation in unsignalized intersections and interurban road around the Taddan port location and it recommendation. This study was analyzed using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) with KAJI and Excel software. The primary data in this study are survey peak hour in active day and passive day, geometric survey of road and unsignalized intersections, and environmental conditions while secondary data are population numbers, vehicle growth, location maps, width of Tanglok Port (old) and width of Taddan Port (new). The results of the analysis of the existing traffic performance (2018) with the KAJI and Excel software show that the degree of saturation (DS) of the unsignalized intersection Jl. Mutiara - Jl. Diponegoro, Jl. Prajjan - Jl. Camplong and interurban road Jl. Taddan in the existing conditions are 0.74, 0.73 and 0.65. While the degree of saturation (DS) in the year (2018) with software KAJI and Excel after the Taddan port operation are 0.86, 0.84 and 0.75. Keywords: degree of saturation (DS), MKJI, unsignalized, interurban, port  AbstrakPelabuhan Taddan adalah pelabuhan baru di kabupaten Sampang Madura yang diperkirakan akan menjadi pusat aktifitas baru yang direncanakan akan beroperasi pada tahun 2018, sehingga perlu diketahui kinerja lalu lintas sebelum dan sesudah pelabuhan Taddan beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja lalu lintas eksisting sebelum dan setelah pelabuhan Taddan beroperasi pada simpang tak bersinyal dan ruas jalan di sekitar lokasi pelabuhan Taddan serta merekomendasikannya. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunnakan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) dengan software KAJI dan Excel. Data primer pada penelitian ini adalah survei lalu lintas jam puncak hari aktif dan hari libur, survei geometrik ruas jalan dan simpang tak bersinyal, dan kondisi lingkungan sedangkan data sekunder adalah jumlah penduduk, jumlah pertumbuhan kendaraan, peta lokasi, luas Pelabuhan Tanglok (lama) dan luas rencana Pelabuhan Taddan (baru). Hasil analisis kinerja lalu lintas eksisting (2018) dengan software KAJI dan Excel menunjukkan bahwa nilai derajat kejenuhan simpang tak bersinyal Jl. Mutiara - Jl. Diponegoro, Jl. Prajjan - Jl. Camplong dan ruas jalan antar kota Jl.Taddan pada kondisi eksisting memiliki nilai 0.74, 0.73, dan 0.65. Sedangkan nilai derajat kejenuhan pada tahun (2018) dengan software KAJI dan Excel setelah pelabuhan Taddan beroperasi memiliki nilai 0.86, 0.84, dan 0.75. Kata Kunci: derajat kejenuhan (DS), MKJI, tak bersinyal, antar kota, pelabuhan

Abstract

AbstractSurabaya is the capital city of East Java and is the center of business in the eastern part of Indonesia. So that there are many movements that occur around it, especially on the sidewalk. Based on this function, this research was conducted at the location of Jalan Kapasan which is included in the area. The primary data in this study is a survey to the place to be reviewed to find data on the number of pedestrians, sidewalks, pedestrian travel time, and also distributing questionnaires to respondents to find out people's perceptions of current road conditions. The questionnaire was processed using SPSS software by performing validity and reliability tests to determine the consistency level of the questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data uses maps of research locations and data from BPS Surabaya.From the results of the analysis calculated using geometric statistics, it can be concluded that for now and the next five years, both on holidays and effective days of the Jalan Kapasan sidewalk, it is included in the LOS A category because the current value is <16 which means it is suitable for pedestrians to use. Keywords: Market, Pedestrians, Surabaya, Service level, Variable  AbstrakSurabaya merupakan Ibu Kota Jawa Timur dan menjadi pusat bisnis di wilayah Indonesia Timur. Sehingga banyak pergerakan yang terjadi di sekitarnya khususnya pada ruas trotoar. Berdasarkan fungsi tersebut penelitian ini dilakukan pada lokasi Jalan Kapasan yang termasuk dalam kawasan tersebut. Data primer  pada penelitian ini adalah survei ke tempat yang akan ditinjau untuk menemukan data jumlah pejalan kaki, ruas trotoar, waktu tempuh pejalan kaki, dan juga membagikan kuesioner kepada responden untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap kondisi jalanan pada saat ini. Kuesionr diolah dengan Software SPSS dengan dilkakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui tingkat kekonsistenan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder menggunakan peta lokasi penelitian dan data BPS Surabaya.Dari hasil analisis yang dihitung menggunakan statistik geometrik dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk saat ini dan lima tahun ke depan, baik pada hari libur maupun hari efektif ruas trotoar Jalan Kapasan termasuk dalam kategori LOS A karena nilai arus <16 yang berarti layak untuk digunakan pejalan kaki. Kata Kunci: Pasar, Pejalan kaki, Surabaya, Tingkat pelayanan, Variabel
